SET UP AND ADJUSTMENTS
1. Lay miter saw stand upside down on level surface.
2. Place one wheel on axle with air stem pointing out. Install metal cap on the
same end of axle using the axle cap installation tool. Place one 5/8” spacer onto
the opposite end axle and slide until tight against wheel. Insert axle through the
holes in the bottom of each leg. Place remaining 5/8” spacer on axle followed
by the wheel with air stem pointing away from stand. Install metal cap using
installation tool.
3. Set stand on level ground with all legs touching equally.
4. Set miter saw on stand, center left to right, and toward the back to maximize
use of stock support rollers. Make sure the miter saw mounting holes will miss
tubing under top. IF NECESSARY SHIFT MITER SAW UNTIL MOUNTING
HOLES MISS TUBING. If you are using a support wing and stop system be
sure there will be no interference with the optional accessories before drilling
mounting holes. After adjusting saw to clear tubing, mark each hole on top,
drill and fasten saw to stand according to your saw owners manual. Mounting
hardware included with stand.
5. Loosen adjustment knobs on 1” tubing beneath top. Pull extension arm out
until 3” remain inside and tighten. Insert base of roller through extension arm
coupler and into “T” base. Raise roller until level with the miter saw bed and
tighten coupler with “T” base knobs. Repeat on opposite side.
