1. Das Werkzeug ist nur geeignet zum Herstellen von REHAU
Schiebehülsenverbindungen, der auf dem Werkzeug angegebenen
Dimension (z.B. 10,1 x 1,1, 12 x 2,0 oder 14 x 1,5). Benutzen Sie
das Werkzeug nicht für andere Zwecke oder Dimensionen.
2. Betreiben Sie das Werkzeug nur mit REHAU Originalteilen und
Zubehör.
3. Lassen Sie Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten nur von dafür autori-
sierten Personen ausführen. Für Arbeiten von Fremdpersonal wird
von uns jegliche Verantwortung und Haftung abgewiesen.
4. Betreiben Sie das Gerät immer mit beiden Händen.
5. Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und frei von behindernden
Gegenständen. Sorgen Sie immer für ausreichend Beleuchtung.
6. Halten Sie unbefugte Personen von Ihrem Arbeitsplatz fern.
7. Tragen Sie geeignete Arbeitskleidung. Benutzen Sie eine Schutz-
brille.

1. Rohr mittels Rohrschere 25 gratfrei
und rechtwinklig auf das gewünschte
Maß ablängen.
2. Werkzeug in Ausgangsposition bringen.
Hierzu beweglichen Hebel vollständig
önen (> 150 °).
3. Schiebehülse in das Werkzeug
einstecken.
4. Rohr durch die Schiebehülse bis zum
Anschlag in das Werkzeug einschieben.
5. Hebel zusammendrücken und in der
Endstellung ca. 5 Sek. verbleiben.
6. Werkzeug in Ausgangsposition bringen
und aufgeweitetes Rohr entnehmen.
(Beweglichen Hebel vollständig önen)
7. Fitting in das Rohr bis zum Anschlag
einstecken.
Nach kurzer Zeit sitzt der Fitting im Rohr
fest. (Memoryeekt).
8. Werkzeug an der Verbindung vollstän-
dig ansetzen.
Achtung!
Nicht verkanten! Werkzeug muss
vollflächig und im rechten Winkel
angesetzt werden.
9. Hebel zügig, nicht ruckartig, zusam-
mendrücken und Schiebehülse bis zum
Fittingkragen verpressen.
Achtung!
Bis Memory Eekt voll einsetzt,
kann der Fitting aus dem Rohr
fallen! Auf geraden Sitz des
Fittings achten.
Achtung!
Haltehand mit Sicherheitsabstand
vom Werkzeug.
Keine Sägen o.ä. verwenden.
Achtung!
Innere Anfasung der Schiebehül-
se muss voraus in das Werkzeug
eingeführt werden.

In addition to the operating instructions, generally applicable legal and
other binding regulations relating to industrial safety and the preven-
tion of accidents should be observed and the relevant instructions

1. The tool is only suitable for preparation of REHAU compression
sleeve joints of the dimension stated on the tool (e.g. 10.1 x 1.1,
12 x 2.0 or 14 x 1.5). Do not use the tool for other purposes or
dimensions.
2. Only operate the tool with original REHAU parts and accessories.
3. Only allow repairs and maintenance to be carried out by authorised
persons. REHAU will reject any responsibility or liability for work
undertaken by unauthorised personnel
4. Only operate the tool using both hands.
5. Keep your workplace tidy and free of obstructions.
Make sure there is always sucient light.
6. Keep unauthorised persons away from your workplace.
7. Wear suitable work clothes. Use goggles.

AsseMblY pROcedURe
1. Using pipe cutters 25, cut pipe to
required length at right angles without
leaving burrs.
2. Bring tool into starting position. Open
movable lever completely (≥50°).
3. Slide compression sleeve into tool. 4. Slide pipe through the compression
sleeve into the tool up to the stop.
5. Press lever together and maintain in
position for approx. 5 sec.
6. Bring tool into starting position and
remove expanded pipe. (Open movable
lever completely).
7. Insert fitting into pipe up to the stop.
After a brief period the fitting will sit
tightly in the pipe (memory eect).
8. Attach tool completely to the joint.
Caution!
Do not tilt! Tool must be applied
over full surface and at right
angles.
9. Press lever together rapidly, avoiding
jerky movements and compress compres-
sion sleeve up to the fitting collar.
Attention!
Before the full memory eect
takes place, the fitting may fall
out of the pipe! Make sure the
fitting is in a straight position.
Attention!
Keep your hand at a safe dis-
tance from the tool. Do not use
saws or similar devices!
Attention!
Inside taper of the compression
sleeve must point forwards.

raccords REHAU de dimensions 10,1 x 1,1 - 12 x 2,0 ou
14 x 1,5 indiquées sur l‘outillage. Ne l‘utilisez pas pour d‘autres
dimensions ou d‘autres usages.
2. Utilisez l‘outillage uniquement avec les pièces d‘origine et acces-
soires REHAU.
3. Les réparations et travaux d‘entretien doivent être eectués
uniquement par des personnes compétentes. Nous déclinons toute
responsabilité pour les travaux exécutés par du personnel extérieur.
En outre, notre garantie n‘est plus assurée dans ce cas.
4. Utilisez toujours l‘outillage à deux mains.
5. Votre poste de travail doit être propre. Aucun objet gênant ne doit
s‘y trouver.
Veillez à ce que l‘éclairage soit toujours susant.
6. Les personnes non autorisées doivent être tenues à l‘écart de votre
poste de travail.
7. Portez des vêtements de travail adaptés. Utilisez des lunettes de
protection.
