COFFEE MAKER
USER MANUAL

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed, including the following:
1. Read all Instructions.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
3. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury to persons
do not immerse cord, plugs, or the body of appliance in water
or other liquid.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used
by or near children.
5. Unplug from outlet when either the appliance or display
clock is not in use, and before cleaning. Allow to cool before
putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appli-
ance.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug
or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in
any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized ser-
vice facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or
injury to persons.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch
hot surfaces.
10. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a
heated oven.
11. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into

the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “off”,then
remove plug from wall outlet.
12. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
13. Do not open the lid when the appliance is operating. Scald-
ing may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing cycles.
14. For the Glass Coffee Container:
A. The container is designed for use with this appliance. It must
never be used on a range top.
B. Do not set a hot container on a wet or cold surface.
C. Do not use a cracked container or a container having a loose
or weakened handle.
D. Do not clean container with cleansers, steel wool pads, or
other abrasive material.
15. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appli-
ance by a person responsible for their safety.
16. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
17. If the SUPPLY CORD is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in
order to avoid a hazard.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than
the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is

intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the
plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it
still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not
attempt to modify the plug in any way.
EXTENSION CORD
a) A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce risks
resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a
longer cord.
b) Longer extension cords are available and may be used if
care is exercised in their use.
c) If a long extension cord is used:
1) The marked electrical rating of the extension cord should
be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance;
2) The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not
drape over the counter top or table top where it can be
pulled on by children or tripped over.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
PROG ON/OFF

To ensure the first cup of coffee tastes excellent, you should
rinse the coffee maker with warm water as follows:
1.Pour 1500ml water into water tank.
2.Set nylon filter in funnel (add no coffee ground), then cover
up water tank cover.
3.Place drip carafe on keeping warm plate.
4.Connect to power source, “12:00” will show on display.
5.Press ON/OFF button once, the red indicator is illuminated,
coffee will drop out automatically after a while.
6.After water not dropping out any more, you can pour the
water in each container out then clean them thoroughly, now
you can start brewing.
MAKE DRIP COFFEE
1.Open the water tank cover, pour proper drinking water into
water tank according to the mark in the tank.
2.Add ground coffee to nylon filter with measuring spoon, a
spoon ground coffee power can make a cup of top-grade
coffee, but you can adjust according to the taste yourself.
3.Cover up water tank cover, then connect the appliance to
power supply source, the display will show 12:00.
4.Set nylon mesh into funnel.
5.Push drip carafe on keeping warm plate, pay attention to let
center line of carafe aligns with that of funnel.
6.Press down ON/OFF button once, the red indicator is illumi-
nated, coffee will drop out automatically after a while. Note: at
any time, you can take out carafe to serve but the time cannot
exceed 30 seconds, otherwise the coffee may overflow from
the edge of funnel.

SET THE CLOCK AND PROGRAMMING AUTOMATIC START-UP
(only fit for making drip coffee)
The appliance has a presetting function, after preparing:
1.Press PROG to set the current time and appointment time.
2.When you press PROG once, CLOCK appears on the display
screen. Turn the knob to set the current time, the time range
is from 01:00 to 12:59. When the number that represent hour
on the display screen starts flashing, you can start turning the
knob to set the hour, clockwise and counterclockwise both
rotation can be set. After setting the hour time, after stopping
turning the knob for 3 seconds, when the number that repre-
sent minute on the display screen starts flashing, you can
start turning the knob to set the minute, clockwise and coun-
terclockwise both rotation can be set. Exit the setting state
after stopping the operation for 5 seconds.
(NOTE: The time cycle is 24 hours;“AM”and “PM”will switch
once every 12 hours.)
3.When you press PROG twice, TIMER appears on the display
screen. Turn the knob to set the appointment time, the time
range is from 01:00 to 12:59. When the number that represent
hour on the display screen starts flashing, you can start
turning the knob to set the hour, clockwise and counterclock-
wise both rotation can be set. After setting the hour time,
after stopping turning the knob for 3 seconds, when the
number that represent minute on the display screen starts
flashing, you can start turning the knob to set the minute,
clockwise and counterclockwise both rotation can be set.
Press the PROG button again to enter the reservation status.

The blue indicator lights up, If there is no operation, automati-
cally enter reservation status after 5 seconds.
4.If you want to cancel the reservation status press the PROG
button again.
5.When you want to drink stronger coffee, you can select the
concentration mode with the PROG button, long press PROG
button for 3 seconds, when the display shows the concentra-
tion indicator 5." ",represents that the product has
entered the concentration mode. If you want to cancel the
concentration mode, press and hold the PROG button again
for 3 seconds. The product cannot select the concentration
mode in the coffee brewing status and the reservation status.
6.Press ON/OFF one time and the red lamp on, the unit enter
making coffee state,and will shut off after 2 hours after brew-
ing finished.
7.Press ON/OFF key twice time, return to wait.
WARNING: Do not leave the coffee maker unattended during
making the coffee, as you need operate manually sometimes!
CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE:
1.Cut off power source and let the coffee maker cool down
completely before cleaning.
2.Clean housing of coffee maker with moisture-proof sponge
often and clean water tank, drip insulation board, funnel, filter
screen and drip carafe regularly then dry them.
Note: Do not clean with alcohol or solvent cleanser. Never
immerse the housing in water for cleaning.
3.Open the water tank cover, get out the funnel and filter

screen , then get out the funnel and filter screen, then you can
clean it with cleanser, but at last you must rinse with clear
water.
4.Clean all the attachments in the water and dry thoroughly.
CLEANING MINERAL DEPOSITS
To keep your coffee maker operating efficiently, you should
clean away the mineral deposits left by the water every three
months or according to the water quality in your area and the
frequency use the appliance, the detail is as follows: fill the
carafe with one part of white vinegar and three parts of cold
water, pour the water and vinegar mixture into the tank, do not
place into coffee ground, brewing the water-vinegar solution
per “Before the first use”, repeat it until no yellow liquid comes
out if necessary, then pour out the mixture, brewing with tap
water until no vinegar odor is left.
