Keep the smartwatch screen clean and make sure you don’t damage it. With the
Rebel Cactus screen protector, you protect the screen against scratches and greasy
fingers. Know that the screen starts up under low temperature.
Clean the smartwatch with a soft cloth, just like you would clean your glasses. Do not
use water or abrasive cleaning agents.
Pay attention! Do not use the smartwatch to make calls while cycling. Don’t get
distracted in traffic.
Switch off your Rebel Cactus in places where there are also mobile phones
connected, as in the airplane. On the plane, put the smartwatch on ‘flight modus’, just
like everyone does with mobile phones, Ipads and notebooks. Smartwatches can
affect electronic equipment, so they should be off in these places.
Do not use your Rebel Cactus at petrol stations and car garages or in near flammable
materials or chemicals. Use can cause fire. Do not use your smartwatch close to a
weak signal or high-precision electronic devices. Radio waves can affect this so that
this equipment stops working. Think of: hearing aids, pacemakers and other medical
electronic equipment, fire detectors, automatic doors and automation equipment.

Place the end of the charging cable on the copper dots on the back and bottom of the
Rebel Cactus. This is very easy because it is held in place by magnets. Then plug the
cable with the USB end into a USB port of a 220V charger or a USB port of a computer.
As soon as the indicator on the screen of your Rebel Cactus is 100% colored, the
battery is fully charged.
Charge the battery fully the first time you use your Rebel Cactus.

Pay attention! This must be a nano format SIM card.
Open the cover on the bottom of the Rebel Cactus, by gently opening the cover and
turning it to the right. Place the nano SIM card in the watch, with the copper chip
towards the top and the beveled edge at the top right.
Close the cover and press it firmly. This is very important for the water resistance of the
watch. If for whatever reason the cover has broken off, the watch can absolutely no
longer come into contact with water. The cover must then be repaired first.
So, now that the SIM card is in the smartwatch, you can put the Rebel Cactus into the
strap. You do this from bottom to top. Make sure that the on/off button of the clock on
the right fits into the recess of the strap.

Press the button in the center-right for three seconds and turn on the Rebel Cactus. The
screen says ‘enter pin’. Enter the PIN code of the SIM card. Move with your fingertip or
stylus pen in the empty input field and a small keyboard will appear. As soon as you
have entered the 4 digits of the PIN code, press the button at the top right. You can also
press the screen, the down arrow, at the very bottom left. Then you’ll see that the
screen changes. Now press ‘OK’ at the bottom left of the screen. If you take this a little
longer, the Rebel Cactus will automatically go to the home screen.
The PIN code on the SIM card is very inconvenient to use, so change this code. You do
that as follows. On the smartwatch, go to ‘settings’, then to ‘SIM card lock settings’,
‘unmark lock simcard’ and enter the PIN code again.

Now go again to ‘settings’, then to ‘mobile networks’, then to ‘data roaming’. In data
roaming, check ‘data roaming’.
Now go to ‘settings’ again and press ‘reboot’. The smartwatch will now reboot.

the SIM card. Check whether the smartwatch is connected to the mobile network. You
can do this by sending a text message to another number or calling a phone number
from the smartwatch.
