IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE
REFERENCE.
1.
Warning: to reduce the risks of burns, electrical
shock, re, bodily injuries and exposure to excessive
microwave power: use this appliance only for its
intended purpose, as set out in this user manual.
2.
Do not use steam or corrosive chemical
products in this appliance. This type of oven
is specically designed for heating, cooking or
dehydrating food. It is not designed for industrial
or laboratory use.
3. Do not turn the oven on if it is empty.
4.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualied persons in order to avoid a
hazard.
5.
We recommend cleaning the oven on a
regular basis and removing any food residue: if
the appliance is not kept clean, its surface could
degrade, irreparably affect the lifespan of the
appliance and lead to a dangerous situation.

When heating food in plastic or paper

containers, keep an eye on the microwave oven
to ensure that the container does not catch re.
7.
Remove any metal clips from paper/cardboard/
plastic bags before putting them in the oven.
8.
Should you see any smoke, stop or unplug
the microwave oven, and keep the door closed to
extinguish any ames.
9.
Do not store food or containers inside the
oven. Do not put cardboard/paper objects, kitchen
cookware or food inside the oven when it is not in
use.
10.
The microwave oven is intended to be used
freestanding.
11.
Heating drinks in the microwave can cause
sudden or delayed spurts of boiling liquid. For this
reason, great care must be taken when handling
the recipients.
12. Do not fry food in the oven. Hot oil can warp
the oven’s parts and the cookware, and could cause
skin burns.
13.
We do not recommended heating eggs in their
shell or whole hard-boiled eggs in a microwave
oven, as they may explode, even once cooked.
14.
Pierce foods with a thick skin before cooking.
15.
The contents of baby bottles and baby food
jars must be stirred or shaken and the temperature
must be checked before consumption, so as to
avoid burns.
16.
Cookware can become very hot because of
the heat transferred by the heated food. It may be
necessary to use oven gloves to handle cookware.
17.
Make sure that the cookware is microwave
safe. Only use microwave-safe cookware.

18. This appliance can be used by children aged
from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
19. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision.
20.
Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach
of children under 8 years of age.
21.
Warning: if the appliance has a combi function,
children should only use the appliance under adult
supervision because of the temperatures generated.
22.
This appliance is not intended to be operated
using an exterior timer or by a separate remote
control system.
23.
The details for cleaning the door seal, the
cavities and the adjacent parts are provided in the
“Cleaning and Maintenance” section.
24. The appliance should only be used indoors.
25.
WARNING: If the door or door seal is damaged,
the microwave must not be used until it has been
repaired by a suitably qualied technician.
26. WARNING: It is dangerous for anyone other
than a qualied technician to carry out maintenance
or repair operations which require removing the
cover that protects the user from exposure to
microwave energy.

WARNING: Liquids and other foods must not
be heated inside tightly sealed recipients, as there
is a risk of explosion.

This appliance has been designed for domestic

– Use by guests in hotels, motels and other

Ensure that there is a space of at least 30 cm
above the oven, 10 cm to the rear and 20 cm to
the sides.

The microwave oven has been designed
to heat food and drinks. Drying food or washing,
in addition to heating up heating pads, slippers,
sponges, damp washing and other similar items
can pose an injury, ignition or re risk.

The appliance must not be placed in a cabinet.
32.
Warning: hot surface. Accessible
surfaces can become hot when the
appliance is in operation.

Do not try to use this microwave oven with its
door open, as this could cause dangerous exposure
to microwave energy. It is imperative that the safety
locks are not tampered with or altered.

Do not place any objects between the door
and the oven. Ensure that any soiling and residue
from cleaning products do not accumulate on the
sealed surfaces.
Radio interference
35.
Using the microwave oven can cause
interference that is likely to disrupt the reception
of your radios, televisions and other appliances. If
there is any interference, try to reduce it or eliminate

it by doing the following.
– Clean the door and sealed surfaces of the
oven.
– Re-position the reception antenna of the radio
or television.
– Change the position of the oven in relation to
the receiver.
– Move the microwave away from the receiver.
– Connect the microwave oven to another socket
so that it is not connected to the same electrical
circuit as the receiver.

section for detailed information on how to clean
surfaces in contact with foods,

Faulty electrical appliances must be
recycled and not discarded with household
waste. Please actively help us in our efforts to
preserve resources and protect the environment
by disposing of this appliance at dedicated collection
centres and rubbish dumps.

The appliance shall not be cleaned with a
steam cleaner.

Metal food and drink containers cannot be
used in the microwave.

freestanding. It must not be placed inside a cabinet.
