Charge your tracker
Note: The wristbands at both ends of the device need to be removed before charging.
1. Pull left and right, do not pull straight away.
2. Gently pull the wristband away from the tracker to release it.

3. Repeat on the other side.
1. Plug the tracker charging port into the USB port on your computer, a USB wall charger,
or another low-energy charging device. (NO Charger In Package)
2. The metal piece of the charging port of the device must be firmly locked with the gold
contacts on the USB port. The tracker vibrates, and a battery icon appears on the screen
once charged successfully. If plug it in wrong direction, it won't show the charging icon.
(When the battery drains out, it needs more than 20 seconds to be activated)
3. Charging fully takes about 1-2 hours. While the tracker charges, you can tap the button
to check the battery level. A fully-charged tracker shows a solid battery icon.
Set up with your phone
1. Download the GloryFit app:
Apple App Store for iPhones. (IOS8.0 Bluetooth 4.0 or above)

Google Play Store for Android phones. (Android 4.4 Bluetooth 4.0 or above)
2. Install the app and open it:
a. Allow the connection of the Bluetooth and agree the privacy policy.
b. Login or Register the account.c. Setting profile. d. Bonding the tracker, select the
device T11. (please confirm that Bluetooth on phone doesn't connect other device)
e. Allow the Bluetooth Pairing Request, and allow the Notifications.
Once bound successfully, the time on the tracker will be automatically synchronized with
your phone. on the left top of the tracker the sign will be present. Please reconnect
if the sign is showing.
Note: The fitness tracker can save 7 days data. Kindly informed that sync the data to app
weekly, and all data will be reset to 0 everyday.
Get to know your tracker
1. Single Touch Operation
Navigate tracker by tapping the circle touch key. Tap once to switch to different interfaces.
Press the touch key more than 3 seconds to enter the functions.

2. Switch Watch Faces
There are 3 looks, on Home page, just hold the touch key more than 3 seconds to enter
and choose the favorite one, press the key more than 3 seconds to select and confirm.
3. Activity and Sleep
RISE continuously tracks a variety of stats whenever you wear it. From the home page,
tap to different interfaces to check daily stats:
On Sports page, press the touch icon more than 3s to enter, there are 9 workouts
included:

Choose a goal
Set a goal on app to help you get started on your health and fitness journey. When you
reach your goal, your tracker vibrates and shows a celebration.
Track your sleep
Wear RISE when sleep to automatically track basic stats about your sleep, which shows
deep, light and awake sleep insights, build better bed time habits. (Only track night-time
sleep, cannot track daytime sleep or nap )
To see your sleep stats, sync your tracker to app, or on your tracker to check the Sleep
hours.
4. Heart Rate & Blood Pressure Monitor
RISE will measure the heart rate automatically. (Turn on the 24 hours automatic heart rate
detection in the APP). Please kindly wait around 10s to monitor the right data. After
syncing to app, results and details will be presented in the app.

Switching to blood pressure monitoring, press and hold touch icon for 3 seconds to
monitor. If this “ --- / ---” appears, please ensure that the sensor is close to the skin
and keep your body relaxed and still. And it will take around 30s to monitor the blood
pressure. After syncing to app , the results will be presented at the blood pressure
interface on app. (it cannot be used as professional equipment.)
5. Smart in Every Way
RISE can show call, text and app notifications from your phone to keep you informed.
Keep the distance between phone and tracker within 10m to receive notifications. (Pair
the tracker to GloryFit, and turn on the notifications on Device page. Note that if you use
the Do Not Disturb on your phone, you won’t receive notifications.)
Call Alert: The caller name will show, press and hold the touch icon to dismiss the call.
Message Alert: Tap the touch icon to see more info.

6. Get more fun out of RISE
Set an alarm
Silent alarms vibrate to awake or alert you when you needs. Up to 3 daily alarms meets
different needs. Set and delete alarms in the APP. Turn alarms on or off directly on
tracker.
Stopwatch
On Stopwatch interface > press and hold touch area for 3 seconds, the tracker will go into
stopwatch mode. While the stopwatch is running , tap the touch icon to pause or continue.
Find the Phone
On More interface > Find Phone > press and hold the touch icon for 3 seconds, your
phone will ring and screen will light up when tracker connected with app.
Brightness Adjustment
On More interface > Brightness > press and hold touch area for 3 seconds, tap to adjust
screen brightness.
Sedentary Reminder
Reminder to move, which friendly reminds to move and stretch. Turn on the reminder in
the GloryFit.

Display Timeout
You can set the tracker screen-on time between 5-15 seconds in the app.
Shake to Take Picture
Turn on that function in the app, you can shake wrist to take pictures by remote control
camera of phone.
IP68 Waterproof
It can be used when washing hands and swimming in rainy days, but not in hot water
shower, diving , etc. It does not have waterproof effect on corrosive liquids such as acidic
and alkaline solutions, and chemical reagents.
7. Reset Device
If the tracker can’t sync, won't respond to touch button press and have trouble with
tracking your stats, reset your tracker:
RISE: More page > Reset > Press more than 3 seconds to reset.
APP: Device > Reset Device > Yes
8. Maintenance
a. Keep the device clean. b. Keep the device dry.c. Do not wear the device too tight
(Use soap-free cleaners instead for stains that are difficult to remove, it is recommended
to scrub with alcohol or clean water)
