SAFE OPERATION PROCEDURES
Please follow this procedures and notice the safety when you use the mini
electric hoist:
◊ Pleases read and understand this manual carefully before you apply
the mini electric hoist. The installation location mini electric hoist
must be chosen to meet the needs and to facilitate the operation.
You must check regularly the installation of micro-electric hoist and
confirm it solid or not.
◊ The capacity of the mini electric hoist is limited, please do not over-
loading use. And do not use it when you do not know the weight of

condole)! Overloading might damage the mini electric hoist or the
rope, and also increase unsafe factors of the operation process. We
suggest to use the pulley to-operate when you hook clog, this method
can make the load to reduce by 50%.
◊ Mini electric hoist is designed according 3-20%(25%)-10min(namely
it works 2 min and need have to rest 8min) please do not long time
use continuous. Using continuous may increases unsafe factors
during op-erating: seriously will damage the motor.
◊ Please do not pull suspend objects when the mini electric hoist was
working, otherwise, it will increases load of the mini electric hoist,
and made mini-electric hoist and wire rope in overloading condition.
◊ Keep mini electric hoist working area clean and tidy. Do not let other
personal near and contact taut wire rope, forbid anyone standing on
the below in operation state of mini electric hoist.
◊ As the need to change the wire rope, its type specification must be
consistent with the original wire rope.
◊ Please put thick leather gloves on and do not allow wire rope from
your hand access when wire rope in working, otherwise the lesions
of wire rope might stab your hand.
◊ At the end of the operating please put wire rope into canister, and do
not use hand directly to lead and array wire rope.
◊ Do not use hooks hook rope itself, do not use micro-rope hoist tie.
Hitch the object suspended, otherwise it will damage trevoked the
rope. So please use other appropriate rope to hitch the object.
◊ Limit device is as a safety device configuration, it can make sure
when hook rose to limit position be shut off
◊ Do not use mini electric hoist hook someone or use for manned
eleva-tor, this mini electric hoist is not to be used lifting.
◊ Mini electric hoist installation positions must be sure the warning
sign and telltale marks in striking state.
◊ Ensure the operation of micro-electric hoist to operate without any
barrier.
◊ Please do not below the mini electric hoist around when it works.
◊ Please use the fixed attachment of the mini electric hoist provided,
or you are insecure.
◊ Do not optional reconstruct or weld mini electric hoist
◊ With the mini electric hoist hook object, make sure rope cylinder on
retained for at least 3 laps wire rope, in order to prevent the wire rope
is too stress from rope cylinder on shedding.
INSTALLATION (PIC. 1-3)
The standard model of the mini electric hoist is equipped with brackets that
allow it to be fastened to pipes.
WARNING
Be sure to open and take paper tape wrapped around the rope drum. Only
after that can test machine, rushing may cause rope rewind and crash.
The location of mini-electric hoist installation is according to operational
needs. Be proposed to install in a special bracket for mini-electric hoist,
and should be solid and reliable.
Should avoid wire rope with and limit rack direct contact, otherwise it will
cause the limit switch failure, causing micro-electric hoist is not working
properly IP40.
Twinged manner of rope
Do not let the mini-electric hoist be exposed to rain or soaked in water.
Mini electric hoist needs to use the fixed hex bolts, flat washers, spring
washers etc. Ensure proper installation of all components, and tighten
bolts with torque wrench, enclosed annex ”installation map”. Ensure that
the fixed ring(or other substitute)firmly press the mounting pole(round rod
or square bar),so as the micro-electric hoist body not to move or rotate.
POWER INSTALLATION
Mini electric hoist the standard of work is single-phase ac power source
220V/50(HZ),and must be used contain grounding wire.
Waning: ensure all cables and mini electric hoist on rotational or fever parts
maintain proper distance.
OPERATION
Switch
Not to operate the switch, ”rising switch”, ”falling switch” in disconnect
form, “urgent stop switch” in “make up” state, mini electric hoist motor
power disconnected, mini electric hoist in braking. Press the “rising
switch”(near cable side),the “rising switch” in the ”make up” condition, mini
electric hoist motor rises loop the power is connected, mini electric hoist
is in motion state. At the same time hook is rising status. Click “falling
switch”, “falling switch” in the “make up” Condition, mini electric hoist
motor decline loop the power is connected mini electric hoist is in motion
state, and hook falling state.
For PA1000 type, if press the ”urgent stop switch”. Then mini electric
hoist electric motor rises circuit, drop loop are disconnected, press ”rising
switch”, ”falling switch” mini electric hoist are not running, must be reset
“urgent stop switch”, ability makes mini electric hoist working normally.
WARNING
1. If mini electric hoist has absence of operation the power should
be cut off and good isolation measure should be taken. It is a
prohibition that heavy objects are hanged in the air for a long time,
so as to prevent permanent deformation or any accident.
Regular inspect fixed mini electric hoist the bolts and the power
cord, seasonable clear accumulation in electric hoist online of dust
and corro-sive liquid.
2. If the electric hoist in decline state, electric hoist reel last coated
with red paint of wire rope cannot release three laps. If continue to
decline switch, wire rope according to that would pour around rope
canister, make the electric hoist up and down operation conversed,
such limit switches will lose action.
MAINTENANCE
Oil
Buying new miniature electric hoist inside note have lifelong maintenance
lubricant. In operating mini electric hoist, there may be little oozy, especially
in the first operation. This is normal, do not need to refuel for the mini elec-
tric hoist.
Wire rope
Mini electric hoist need to periodic inspect and replace frequently the rope.
If the wire rope frayed, should be replaced immediately.
FAULT AND EXCLUDING
Mini electric hoist often be used or improper operated,may appear various
