Vor dem Benutzen
Die Gebrauchsanweisung aufmerksam lesen. Sie ent-
hält wichtige Hinweise für den Gebrauch, die Sicherheit
und die Wartung des Gerätes.
Sie soll sorgfältig aufbewahrt und gegebenenfalls an
Nachbenutzer weitergegeben werden. Das Gerät
darf
nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck,
gemäß dieser
Gebrauchsanweisung, verwendet werden.
Dieses Gerät ist dafür bestimmt, im Haushalt und ähnli-
chen Anwendungen verwendet zu werden, wie beispiels-
weise:
− in Küchen für Mitarbeiter in Läden, Büros und anderen
gewerblichen Bereichen;
− in landwirtschaftlichen Anwesen;
− von Kunden in Hotels, Motels und anderen Wohnein-
richtungen;
− in Frühstückspensionen.
Das Gerät ist nicht für den rein gewerblichen Gebrauch
bestimmt.
Beim Gebrauch die Sicherheitshinweise beachten.

Sicherheitshinweise
●Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Perso-
nen (einschließlich Kinder) mit eingeschränkten physi-
schen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder
mangels Erfahrung und/oder mangels Wissen benutzt
zu werden, es sei denn, sie werden durch eine für ihre
Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt oder erhiel-
ten von ihr Anweisungen, wie das Gerät zu benutzen ist.
●Das Gerät nur unter Aufsicht betreiben.
●Achten Sie darauf, dass Kinder keine Gelegenheit
erhalten, mit dem Gerät zu spielen.
●Das Gerät außer Reichweite von Babys betreiben.
Die Zuleitung sicher verlegen, nicht über scharfe
Kanten ziehen oder einklemmen, nicht herunter-
hängen lassen sowie vor Hitze und Öl schützen.
●Den Babykostwärmer nicht auf heiße Oberflächen
z. B. Herdplatten oder Ähnlichem oder in der Nähe
der offenen
Gasflamme abstellen, er könnte dabei
anschmelzen.
●Den Netzstecker nicht an der Leitung oder mit nassen
Händen aus der Steckdose ziehen.
●Das Gerät nicht in Betrieb nehmen bzw. sofort
Netzstecker ziehen, wenn:
- Gerät oder Netzkabel beschädigt ist
- das Gerät undicht ist
- der Verdacht auf einen Defekt nach einem Sturz
oder Ähnlichem besteht.
In diesen Fällen das Gerät zur Reparatur geben.
●Die Nahrung stets im Wasserbad erwärmen.
●Vor Inbetriebnahme darauf achten, dass ausreichend
Wasser im Becher ist. Keinesfalls darf das Wasser bei
längerem Betrieb völlig verdunsten.
●Vorsicht, der Becher und das Wasserbad werden
im Betrieb heiß.
●Gläser vor dem Erwärmen öffnen.
●Säuglingsnahrung nur einmal erhitzen und direkt ver-

abreichen. Die Warmhaltezeit darf eine Stunde nicht
überschreiten, andernfalls nimmt das hygienische Risi-
ko für die Säuglingsnahrung zu.
●Am Temperaturregler lässt sich das Gerät nicht dauer-
haft abschalten, deshalb nach jedem Gebrauch den
Netzstecker ziehen.
●Den Babykostwärmer niemals in Wasser tauchen.
●Bei Zweckentfremdung, falscher Bedienung oder nicht
fachgerechter Reparatur wird keine Haftung für even-
tuelle Schäden übernommen. Ebenso sind Garantielei-
stungen in solchen Fällen ausgeschlossen.
●Das Gerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch
bestimmt.
●Verpackungsmaterial wie z. B. Folienbeutel gehören
nicht in Kinderhände.
●Wenn die Anschlussleitung dieses Gerätes beschädigt
wird, muss sie durch den zentralen Kundendienst des
Herstellers oder eine ähnlich qualifizierte Person ersetzt
werden. Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können
erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen.
Inbetriebnahme
Das Gerät kann zum bequemen Aufwärmen und Warm-
halten von Babyflaschen und handelsüblichen Fertig-
kostgläsern bis 73mm Durchmesser verwendet werden.
Vor Inbetriebnahme die überschüssige Zuleitung am
Boden des Gerätes aufwickeln und den beiliegenden
Heber mit dem spitzen Ende nach unten in die Nut am
oberen Rand des Gerätes einschieben.
Zum Aufwärmen von Gläsern den Heber nur so weit
nach unten schieben, bis der Rand des geöffneten Gla-
ses gerade noch über das Gerät hinausragt.
Bei Babyflaschen den Heber ganz nach unten schieben.
Anschließend das Gerät bis ca. 2cm unterhalb des Ran-
des mit Wasser füllen.
Hinweis: Vereinzelt könnten die Gläser einiger Herstel-
ler von Babynahrung beim Einsetzen in das Gerät etwas
klemmen. Meist ist ein unrundes Glas die Ursache. Ver-
suchen Sie, das Glas etwas zu Drehen, dann wird es in
der Regel leicht hineinpassen.
Temperatureinstellung
Am Drehknopf wird die Temperatur des Wasserbades ein-
gestellt. Die Erwärmung der Babynahrung ist von deren
Konsistenz und der Beschaffenheit der Flasche bzw. des
Glases abhängig.
Für festere Kost eine höhere Einstellung des Drehknopfes
wählen als für flüssige Nahrung. Ebenso verlangen volle
Flaschen oder Gläser eine etwas höhere Einstellung als
weniger gefüllte.
Die jeweils richtige Einstellung wird in der Praxis schnell
ermittelt.
Die Kontrollleuchte zeigt an, dass das Gerät heizt. Sie
erlischt, wenn das Wasserbad die eingestellte Temperatur
erreicht hat. Zum Herausnehmen des Glases den Heber
etwas nach oben ziehen.
Die Flasche gut schütteln bzw. die Fertigkost gut umrühren,
damit der Inhalt gleichmäßig warm ist.
Die richtige Temperatur sollte stets durch Anlegen an
die Wange, besser noch durch eigenes Probieren
geprüft werden.
Soll die Nahrung für einige Zeit warmgehalten werden, das

Fläschchen oder Glas im Gerät stehen lassen. Der Ther-
mostat sorgt für konstante Temperatur, indem er die Hei-
zung von Zeit zu Zeit automatisch einschaltet.
Reinigung und Pflege
Vor jeder Reinigung den Netzstecker ziehen und das Was-
ser ausgießen. Das Gerät nicht in Wasser tauchen. Keine
Scheuermittel verwenden. Das Gerät nur mit einem feuch-
ten Tuch abwischen, bei Bedarf mit etwas Spülmittel.
Garantie-Information
Für unsere Geräte übernehmen wir gegenüber dem
Endkunden eine 24-monatige Haltbarkeitsgarantie. Sie
beginnt mit dem Kauf des Gerätes durch den Endkun-
den und gilt im Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Ansprüche aus dieser Garantie sind unter Vorlage des
Kaufbelegs direkt gegenüber unserem zentralen Kun-
dendienst geltend zu machen.
Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind Schäden durch
normalen Verschleiß, unsachgemäßen Gebrauch sowie
unterbliebene Pflege.
Der Endkunde besitzt zusätzlich zu den Ansprüchen aus
dieser Garantie gesetzliche Ansprüche wegen Mängeln des
Gerätes gegenüber seinem direkten Verkäufer/Händler, die
durch diese Garantie nicht eingeschränkt werden.

Before Using
Read these instructions carefully. They contain important
notes for the use, safety and maintenance of the appliance.
Keep them in a safe place and transfer them to a possible
succeeding user. Only use the appliance for the purpose
mentioned in these instructions.
This appliance is intended for domestic use and similar
applications, such as:
- in staff kitchens in shops, offices and other commercial esta-
blishments;
- in agricultural establishments;
- by guests in hotels, motels and other accommodation facilities;
- in bed-and-breakfast facilities.
The appliance is not intended for purely commercial use.
Be sure to follow the safety information when using the
appliance.

Safety Advice
●Keep out of reach from children.
●Do not operate the appliance unattended.
●This appliance is not meant to be used by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensorial or
mental capacities or in absence of the necessary expe-
rience and/or knowledge - unless they are supervised
by a person responsible for their safety and from whom
they get instructions on how to use the appliance.
●Operate the appliance out of the reach of the baby.
Place the connection cord safely and do not pull it
over sharp edges or jam it, do not allow it to hang
down and protect it from heat and oil.
●Do not place the baby food warmer onto hot surfaces,
e. g. hot plate etc. or near gas flames, it may melt.
●Do not pull out the plug by the cord and do not
touch it with wet hands.
●If the following happens do not use the appliance
and unplug it immediately:
- the appliance or the cord is damaged
- the appliance leaks
- any defect after the appliance has accidently
dropped or something similar is suspected.
In these cases have the appliance repaired.
●Always heat up the food using the water bath.
●Before putting into operation take care that there is
enough water in the container.
When operating the appliance for a longer time,
under no circumstances allow the water to
evaporate completely.
●Caution, the container and the water will become
hot during use.
●Open the jars before warming up.
●Baby food warm up once only and serve directly.
Do not keep food warm for longer than one hour other-
wise the hygienic quality of the baby food may be

reduced.
●The appliance cannot be switched off permanently
by the temperature control.
Therefore unplug always after use.
●Do not immerse the baby food warmer in water.
●In case of misuse, wrong handling or incorrect repair
no liability will be taken for possible damages. Claims
under guarantee are also excluded in such cases.
●The appliance is not designed for commercial
purposes.
●Packaging material like foil bags are not designed
for children.
●In case the cord of this appliance is damaged, it has to
be replacede by an authorised service agent of the
manufacturer or a person having similar qualifications.
Substantial dangers for the user can appear from inap-
propriate repairs.
Putting into operation
The appliance can be used for a convenient warming up
and keeping warm of feeding bottles and all standard
sized baby food jars with a diameter of up to 73mm.
Prior to use, roll up the not required cord at the botom of
the appliance and slide the pointed end of the lifter into
the groove in the upper edge of the appliance.
To warm up baby food jars, only push the lifter down until
the edge of the open glass is just over the appliance. For
feeding bottles, push the lifter right down to the bottom.
Then fill container with water up to 2 cm below the edge.
Comment: Sometimes, the jugs of some manufacturers of
baby food might jam when inserting into the appliance. The
often reason for this is an non-round jug. Please try to turn the
jug a bit - by this normally it fits in slightly.
Temperature control
The temperature of the water bath can be controlled by
the rotary switch. The warming up of the baby food
depends on the consistency and composition of the bott-
le or the glass.
For solid food choose a higher setting of the rotary
switch than for liquid food. Full bottles and jars also
require a higer setting than for less filled ones. When
practising the correct setting can be found quickly.
The control lamp shows that the device is heating.
It goes out as soon as the water reaches the set tempe-
rature. For taking out the food jars, push the lifter a bit
upwards.
Shake the bottle well or stir the baby food well in order to
guarantee equally warm contents.
The right temperature should always be checked by
holding the baby bottle against the cheek or better
by tasting yourself.
If the food is to be kept warm for some time, the jar or
the bottle should be left in the container.
The thermostat guarantees a constant temperature by
switching on the heating time after time.

- the wire which is coloured brown must be connected to
the terminal which is marked with the letter L or
coloured red.
Do not connect any wire to the terminal which is marked
with the letter E or by the earth symbol , or coloured
green or green and yellow.
3. If a 13 A (BS 1363) plug is used it must be fitted with a
3 A fuse conforming to BS 1362 and be ASTA approved.
If any other type of plug is used, the appliance must be
protected by a 5 A fuse either in the plug or adapter or at
the distribution board.
If in doubt - consult a qualified electrician.
4. Never use the plug without closing the fuse cover.
The appliance complies with the European
directives 2006/95/EC, 2004/108/EC and
2005/32/EC.
At the end of its lifetime this product must not be
disposed of through the normal domestic waste, but
it should be handed to an assembly point for the
recycling of electrical and electronical appliances. You can
inquire about details at the local administration.

Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning always unplug the appliance and pour
out the remaining water. Never immerse the appliance
into water.
Do not use caustic or scouring cleansing agents. Clean
with a damp cloth, if necessary use some
washing-up liquid.

1. This product is supplied with a 13 A plug conforming to
BS 1363 fitted to the mains lead. If the plug is unsuitable
for your socket outlets or needs to be replaced, please
note the following. If the plug is a non-rewireable one,
cut it from the mains lead and immediately dispose of it.
Never insert it into a socket outlet as there is a very
great risk of an electric shock.
2. The replacement of the plug at the mains lead has to be
done according to the following instructions:

accordance with the following code:
blue: Neutral
brown: Live
As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this
appliance may not correspond with the coloured
markings identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed
as follows:
- the wire which is coloured blue must be connected to
the terminal which is marked with the letter N or
coloured black,

Indications de sécurité

●Ne pas mettre l’appareil en marche ou le
débrancher si:
- l’appareil ou le câble est défectueux
- l’appareil n’est pas étanche
- l’appareil a reçu un choc violent
Veuillez remettre l’appareil au service de
réparation.
●Chauffer la nourriture seulement à bain-marie.
●Avant utilisation faire attention à ce qu’il y ait suffi-
samment d’eau dans le pot. Durant une longue
utilisation l’eau ne doit pas s’évaporer complètement.
●Attention, les pots et l’eau deviennent chauds lors

●Ouvrir les pots avant de les chauffer.
●Ne faire chauffer la nourriture de bébés qu’une
seule fois et la donner directement après. Le temps
de conservation à chaud ne doit pas dépasser une
heure, autrement le risque hygiénique augmente.
●En manoeuvrant le bouton, l’appareil ne s’arrête
pas complètement. Pour cette raison, débrancher
l’appareil après chaque utilisation.
●Ne jamais plonger le chauffe-biberon dans l’eau.
●En cas d’utilisations non conformes ou de
réparations effectuées par une personne non
qualifiée, notre responsabilité ne sera pas engagée
et nous n’assumerons aucun dommage.
Dans ces cas la garantie ne sera pas appliquée.
●L’appareil n’est pas conçu pour une utilisation
professionnelle.
●Les emballages tels que les poches en plastique
ne doivent pas être mis entre les mains d’enfants.
●Dans le cas où le cordon de cet appareil est
endommagé, seuls le service après-vente du four-
nisseur ou une personne compétente sont à même
de le changer. Des réparations impropres peuvent
causer de graves dangers pour l’utilisateur.
Utilisation
L´appareil sert à chauffer et conserver au chaud les
biberons et petits pots de nourriture bébé disponibles
dans la commerce et d’un diamètre maximum de 73 mm.
Avant utilisation, enrouler l’excédent de câble non
utilisé dans l’enroulement sous l´appareil et introdui-
re l´étrier pointe vers le bas dans la rainure prévue à
cet effet.
Pour chauffer les pots, pousser d´abord l´étrier vers
le bas jusqu´à ce que le bout du pot ouvert dépasse
un peu de l´appareil. Pour les biberons pousser
l´étrier complètement vers le bas.
Puis, remplir l’appareil d’eau jusqu´à environ 2 cm du
bord de l’appareil.
Conseil: Quelques fois, les petits pots de certains
fabricants d´alimentation pour bébé peuvent se coin-
cer lorsqu' on les place dans l´appareil. La plupart du
temps, cela vient du fait que le pot n' est pas rond.
Essayez de tourner un peu le pot et il devrait nor-
malement pouvoir entrer plus facilement dans l'ap-
pareil.
Réglage de la température
Régler la température de l’eau avec le bouton. Le
temps de chauffe varie en fonction de la consistance
de la nourriture et du biberon / pot.
Pour une nourriture plus compacte mettre le bouton
plus fort que pour une nourriture liquide. Pour des
biberons / pots pleins mettre le bouton un peu plus
fort que pour des biberons / pots moins remplis.
Vous trouverez vite le bon réglage à l’aide des
marquages sur le bouton.
La lampe indique que l’appareil commence à chauffer.

Elle s’éteint quand la température du bain-marie est
atteinte.
Pour ôter les pots ou les biberons, tirer l´étrier légère-
ment vers le haut.
Bien secouer le biberon ou les pots pour répartir la
température.
Vérifier la bonne température en les posant
contre la joue ou mieux en goûtant la nourriture.
Pour conserver la nourriture au chaud laisser les
biberons ou pots dans l’appareil. Le thermostat
maintient la température constante, le chauffage se
met en marche de temps en temps.
Nettoyage et entretien
Avant tout nettoyage débrancher l’appareil et faire
sortir l’eau. Ne pas immerger l’appareil dans l’eau, ne
pas utiliser des produits chimiques agressifs.
Nettoyer l’appareil avec un chiffon humide et, si
nécessaire, avec un produit vaisselle.
Cet appareil est conforme aux directives
européennes 2006/95/CE, 2004/108/CE et
2005/32/CE.
Quand il n'est plus utilisable (fin de vie), vous ne
devez pas jeter ce produit avec les ordures
ménagères mais le remettre au point de recycla-
ge des appareils électriques et électroniques le
plus proche (ou déchetterie). Si vous avez besoin de
détails supplémentaires, vous pouvez également vous
adresser à la mairie de votre commune.
