Diese Anleitung beschreibt die Montage des Anbausatzes für Viessmann-Motoren an einen
PAW-Mischer. Die Anleitung gilt für die folgenden Artikelnummern:

Für die Montage des Anbausatzes benötigen Sie folgendes Werkzeug:
•Kreuzschlitz-Schraubendreher P2
•Steckschlüssel 8 mm, 10 mm und 13 mm
Montageanleitung
Anbausatz für Viessmann-Motor
an PAW-Mischer
Achtung: Sachschaden durch Mineralöle!
Mineralölprodukte beschädigen die EPDM-Dichtungselemente nachhaltig,
wodurch die Dichteigenschaften verloren gehen. Für Schäden, die durch
derartig beschädigte Dichtungen entstehen, übernehmen wir weder eine
Haftung noch leisten wir Garantieersatz.
Vermeiden Sie unbedingt, dass EPDM mit mineralölhaltigen Substanzen in
Kontakt kommt. Verwenden Sie ein mineralölfreies Schmiermittel auf
Silikon- oder Polyalkylenbasis, wie z. B. Unisilikon L250L und Syntheso
Glep 1 der Firma Klüber oder Silikonspray.

1. Drehen Sie den Stellknopf des
Mischers in die Position 0.
2. Lösen Sie die
Befestigungsschraube und
ziehen Sie den Stellknopf ab.
3. Montieren Sie die
Spindelverlängerung mit der
Kupplung wie dargestellt.
Beachten Sie die Ausrichtung
der Klauenkupplung (K).
4. Verschrauben Sie das
Halteblech mit dem Mischer.

1. Drehen Sie den Stellknopf des
Mischers in die Position 0.
2. Lösen Sie die
Befestigungsschraube und
ziehen Sie den Stellknopf ab.
3. Montieren Sie die
Spindelverlängerung mit der
Kupplung wie dargestellt.
Beachten Sie die Ausrichtung
der Klauenkupplung (K).
4. Verschrauben Sie das
Halteblech mit dem Mischer.

1. Demontieren Sie die Rückplatte
des Stellmotors (H) und
verschrauben Sie diese
handfest mit dem Halteblech
des Anbausatzes.
2. Richten Sie die Rückplatte des
Stellmotors so aus, dass ein
gleichmäßiger Spalt um die
Kupplung (K) entsteht. Ziehen
Sie alle Schrauben fest.
3. Nun können Sie den Stellmotor
in die Rückplatte einhängen und
festschrauben. Die Markierung
auf der Spindelverlängerung (M)
markiert den Zeiger des
Mischerkükens. So können Sie
die Mischerstellung
kontrollieren, auch wenn der
Stellmotor montiert ist.

These instructions describe the assembly of the accessory kit for Viessmann actuators to a
PAW mixing valve. These instructions refer to the following articles:

(until 10/2010)
For the assembly of the accessory kit you need the following tools:
•Phillips screwdriver P2
•Socket wrench 8 mm, 10 mm and 13 mm

Notice: material damage due to mineral oils!
Mineral oil products cause lasting damage to seals made of EPDM,
whereby the sealant properties are lost. We do not assume liability nor
provide warranty for damage to property resulting from sealants damaged
in this way.
It is imperative to avoid that EPDM gets in contact with substances
containing mineral oils. Use a lubricant based on silicone or polyalkylene
and free of mineral oils such as Unisilikon L250L and Syntheso Glep 1 of
the Klüber company or a silicone spray.

1. Turn the rotary knob of the
mixing valve to position 0.
2. Loosen the screw and remove
the rotary knob.
3. Mount the spindle extension with
the coupling as shown in the
figure. Make sure that the jaw
clutch coupling (K) is correctly
mounted.
4. Screw the support plate to the
mixing valve.

1. Turn the rotary knob of the
mixing valve to position 0.
2. Loosen the screw and remove
the rotary knob.
3. Mount the spindle extension with
the coupling as shown in the
figure. Make sure that the jaw
clutch coupling (K) is correctly
mounted.
4. Screw the support plate to the
mixing valve.

1. Dismount the back plate of the
actuator (H), screw the back
plate onto the accessory kit and
tighten the screws by hand.
2. Adjust the back plate of the
actuator such that there is a
uniform gap around the coupling
(K). Tighten all screws.
3. Now you can hang the actuator
onto the back plate and tighten
the screws. The mark on the
spindle extension (M) shows the
position of the valve cock. So
you can check the operating
position of the mixing valve,
even when the actuator is
mounted.

Set de montage pour servomoteurs Viessmann

Attention : dégâts matériels dus à des huiles minérales !
Les produits contenant de l'huile minérale endommagent considérablement
les éléments d'étanchéité en EPDM qui peuvent ainsi perdre leurs
propriétés d'étanchéité. Nous déclinons toute responsabilité concernant les
dommages résultant de joints d'étanchéité endommagés de cette manière
et nous ne garantissons pas de remplacement gratuit. Évitez
impérativement que les éléments d'étanchéité en EPDM entrent en contact
avec des substances contenant de l'huile minérale. Utilisez un lubrifiant
sans huiles minérales à base de silicone ou polyalkylène comme par
exemple Unisilikon L250L ou Syntheso Glep 1 de l'entreprise Klüber ou
spray de silicone.

1. Tournez le bouton de la vanne
mélangeuse en position 0.
2. Desserrez la vis de fixation et
retirez le bouton.
3. Montez l'extension de tige avec
l'accouplement comme montré
ci-contre. Vérifiez que
l'accouplement à griffes (K) est
correctement positionné.
4. Vissez la tôle de montage à la
vanne mélangeuse.
