with the following general Remote
Control 2.0 warnings and the entire
contents of this leaflet before using
your Remote Control.
Choking hazards
The Remote Control is not a toy and
therefore should be kept out of the
reach of children and anyone else
who might swallow parts or other-

Special attention should be paid to
the smaller components in order to
prevent children from swallowing
them and choking.
If a part is swallowed, see a doctor
immediately.
Battery Use
• Always use batteries recommend-
ed by your hearing health care
professional. Batteries of low
quality may leak and cause bodily
harm.
• A depleted battery should be
removed as soon as possible.
• Never attempt to recharge non-
rechargeable batteries. They may
explode and cause serious injury.
• Never dispose of batteries by
burning them. There is a risk that
they will explode and cause serious
injury.
Active Implants
Caution is advised and users are
advised to follow the guidelines as
recommended by manufacturers
of implantable defibrillators and
pacemakers regarding use of mobile
phones. If you wear an active implant,
keep the Remote Control more than
15 cm away from the implant.
Explosives
The power source in your Remote
Control has insufficient energy to
cause fire in normal conditions of use.
The Remote Control has not been
tested for compliance with interna-

atmospheres. It is recommended not
to use your Remote Control in areas
where there is a danger of explo-
