Allmänt
Följande avsnitt beskriver byte av shuntmotor.
Shuntmotor ESBE 66 ersätts av shuntmotor Lineg.
Handshuntning
Vid behov av handshuntning – Ställ värmepumpen/pan-
nan i reservläge och ändra ställskruven till läge ” ”.

OBS! Elinstallation samt eventuell service skall göras av
behörig elinstallatör samt enligt gällande bestämmelser.
1. Tillse att värmepumpen/pannan är spänningslös.
2. Demontera befintlig shuntmotor.
3. Skruva i stoppskruv (A) enligt bild.
4. Montera plastbussning/medbringare (B) på axeln.
OBS! Tillse att fasning/anvisning i axel och bussning
kommer mitt för varandra.
5. Rotera axeln så att plastbussningens markering pe-
kar på 10.
6. Montera shuntmotor (C). Kontrollera att stoppskru-
ven låser shuntmotorn.
7. Montera skylt (D).
8. Montera vred (E) så att markering pekar på 10.
9. Skruva i skruv (F).
10. Anslut kablar (G).
11. Tillse att shuntmotorns ställskruv (H) står i läge ”A”
enligt bild.
12. Spänningssätt värmepumpen/pannan och kontrol-
lera att shuntmotorn shuntar ut värme på värme-
systemet enligt vald värmekurva.

General
The following section describes how to change shunt
motor. Shunt motor ESBE 66 is replaced by shunt motor
Lineg.
Manual shunting
If manual shunting is required, place the heat pump/boi-
ler in standby and alter the adjustment screw to “ “.

NOTE! Electrical installations and service must be car-
ried out by a qualified electrician and in accordance with
applicable regulations.
1. Ensure that the heat pump/boiler is disconnected
from the power source.
2. Remove the existing shunt motor.
3. Screw in the set screw (A) as illustrated.
4. Mount the plastic sleeve/guide (B) on the shaft.
NOTE! Ensure that the bevel/guide on the shaft and
sleeve are placed next to each other.
5. Rotate the shaft until the mark on the plastic sleeve
points to 10.
6. Mount shunt motor (C). Check that the set screw
locks the shunt motor in place.
7. Fit sign (D).
8. Fit lever (E) with the mark pointing to 10.
9. Screw in screw (F).
10. Connect cables (G).
11. Check that the shunt motor set screw (H) is set to
position ”A” as illustrated.
12. Switch on the heat pump/boiler and check that the
shunt motor is shunting out heat to the heating
system in accordance with the heat curve selected.

Allgemeines
Im Folgenden wird der Stellantriebswechsel beschrieben.
Stellantrieb ESBE 66 wird durch Stellantrieb Lineg er-
setzt.
Manuelles Mischen
Bei manuellem Mischbedarf – Schalten Sie
Wärmepumpe bzw. Kessel in den Reservebetrieb und
bringen Sie die Stellschraube in die Position ” ”.

Hinweis: Die elektrische Installation sowie eventuelle
Wartungsarbeiten müssen von einem ausgebildeten
Elektroinstallateur gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften
ausgeführt werden.
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Stromversorgung der
Wärmepumpe bzw. des Kessels unterbrochen ist.
2. Demontieren Sie den vorhandenen Stellantrieb.
3. Drehen Sie die Stoppschraube (A) gemäß Abbildung
hinein.
4. Montieren Sie die Kunststoffmuffe bzw. den
Mitnehmer (B) auf der Welle. Hinweis: Achten Sie
darauf, dass die Abschrägung an Welle und Muffe
übereinstimmen.
5. Drehen Sie die Welle so, dass die Kennzeichnung
an der Kunststoffmuffe auf “10“ weist.
6. Montieren Sie den Stellantrieb (C). Überprüfen Sie,
ob die Stoppschraube den Stellantrieb arretiert.
7. Montieren Sie das Schild (D).
8. Befestigen Sie den Drehschalter so, dass die
Kennzeichnung auf “10“ weist.
9. Drehen Sie die Schraube (F) hinein.
10. Schließen Sie die Kabel (G) an.
11. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich die Stellschraube (H) des
Stellantriebs (C) in der Stellung ”A” befindet (siehe
Abb.).
12. Schalten Sie die Stromzufuhr für Wärmepumpe
bzw. Kessel ein und kontrollieren Sie, ob der
Stellantrieb eine Vorlauftemperatur gemäß der ge-
wählten Heizkurve steuert.
