All Neos’s devices are covered by a one year limited manufacture’s
warranty, which is valid from the date of purchase. Any malfunction
caused by defective parts or workmanship will be corrected at no
charge to you. Please ensure you keep your dated sale receipt; it is
required for all warranty requested.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Repair service, damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence and
batteries are not covered by this warranty. Unauthorised service or
modication of the products or of any furnished components will
void this warranty entirely.

Caution:
Keep small cells and batteries away from children. Swallowing may
lead to burn, perforation of soft tissue and death. Severe burns can
occur within 2h of ingestion.
If swallowed, consult a doctor at once. Battery can explode or leak
if heated, disassembled, shorted, recharged, exposed to re or high
temperature or instead inserted incorrectly.
Keep in original packaging until ready to use,
and please retain original product literature for future reference.
Do not carry batteries loose in your pockets or bag.

To avoid malfunction or damage to your Neos Smart Leak Sensor
please observe the following:
+ Designed for indoor use only.
+ Ensure battery compartment is closed and sealed properly, so not
to expose the batteries or internal workings of the Neos Smart Leak
Sensor to water or moisture at any time.
+ The Neos Smart Leak Sensor is designed for reliable operation
between the temperatures of -10°C to 50°C.
Battery
When the batteries are depleted in your Neos Smart Leak Sensor,
we recommend replacing with the following:
2 new AAA lithium battery for the Neos Smart Leak Sensor.

Maintenance
If you decide to clean the device, remove the battery from the Neos
Smart Leak Sensor. This also applied when the equipment is not in
use. Please make sure you keep the equipment away from water
and other liquids at all times.
To avoid environmental and health problems due
to hazardous substances in electrical and electronic
goods, the following symbol indicates that this
product and/or battery should not be disposed of
with household waste. When you decide to dispose
of this product and / or its battery, do so in
accordance with local environmental laws.
Your local authority will be able to advise you on the location of
the nearest recycling centre that is authorised to accept this type of
waste. Please recycle responsibly.
