3.1Installation
3.1.1Pleasecheckwhetherthepartofthismachinearefullyequipped
andnotdamagedaccordingtothepartslistorpartfigure.
3.1.2Pleaseleaveplentyroomaroundthemachineforyoureasyoperating,
inordertoavoidinjury.
3.1.3Pleaseremovetheanti‐rustgreaseonprocessingsurfacesand
somepartsincludedkerosene.
3.1.4Atthemountinglocation,centerpunchtwopoints2‐1/2"apart,
anddrilltwo3/8"diameterholesattheselocations.’
3.1.5Securethismachinetotheworkbenchorspecialstandwithtwo
3/8"‐16boltsorcapscrewsofappropriatelengthtoensurethatthe
fastenersthreadintothecastingatleast1/2".
3.1.6Whenyouneedtosetupthedies.A)Raisethehandle,loosenthefour
retainingknobs,un‐clipthedieretainerfromthepress‐sureanvil,and
slidethedieassemblyfromthecasting.B)Onthedies,graspthedie
retainerclipandpulltheupperjawfromthesheetmetaldiehousing.
Therestofthediewillcomeaparteasily.Donotloseanysprings.C)
Cleananyoldgrease,ormetalshavings,ordebrisoffofthetooland
dies,andlightlyoil.D)Useaguidetoarrangethediepartsinthe
correctorderandreassemble.
