BEAT IT is a portable, deep muscle full-body massager, designed to
target specific muscles and problem areas. With four interchangeable
massage heads to target the back, shoulders, arms, legs and bum.
Select your desired speed and BEAT IT.

device on the face. This is not a medical device and should not be
used to treat any medical conditions. Any consequence resulting
from misuse, application to other parts of the body or face,

• Do not cover the machine.
• Do not misuse the product - use only for its intended purpose.
• Allow the massager to cool down between multiple uses.

• Do not place the product in direct sunlight or expose the battery
to high temperatures, or heat-generating equipment. Other
electrical equipment in the vicinity may be affected by the usage
of this product.
• Make sure your device is disconnected from the USB charging
cable before use.
• Strictly for external use only.
• Do not allow fingers or hair close to the axis and vibrating head.

EN GETTING STARTED
1) BeatIt comes with a USB charging cable.
Before first use, charge for 3 hours. Plug it into
any USB socket on a charge plug or on your
computer to charge. Whilst charging, the blue
charging light will flash. Once fully charged the
indicator light will be solid.
2) Select your massage head!
See MASSAGE HEADS Section to select
the correct head for your treatment
3) Make sure your device is switched off, and
attach your selected massage head by pressing it
as far as it will go into the round hole on your
gun. To remove, just pull. Voila!
4) Hold down the power button for 3 seconds to
turn on to level 1. Press the power button once to
move up a level. There are 6 different intensity
levels. We recommend starting off at level 1 and
pressing to level up to your desired intensity!

5) For a very gentle treatment, place the
massage gun lightly onto your desired body
part and do not apply pressure. For deep tissue
treatment, apply pressure for the full intensity.
6) With 4 different interchangeable massage
heads to choose from, you can have a
customised treatment to target specific
muscles all over the body.

7) To turn off, press and hold the power button.

The Bullet Head has a rounded end which is perfect for
applying a lot of direct pressure for a deep tissue
massage. This simple shape has a lot of impact and is
great for massaging large areas of muscle, such as the
thighs, and giving a very intense and precise massage to
your target area. Avoid smaller muscles that don’t need
as much of an intense deep tissue massage, such as the
spine or shoulders.
BULLET HEAD
Suitable for all areas of the body the Flat Head is the
most versatile. The levelled head applies even pressure
to any muscle area it’s used on. Unlike the bullet
attachment it doesn’t give a precise and targeted deep
massage, as the level heads distributes an even and
medium amount of pressure which is great for helping to
relax all muscles.
FLAT HEAD
The U-Shaped Head has 2 points of pressure which
helps it to cover more of your body with a deep,
targeted, massage. This allows it to work faster, giving
direct pressure on larger areas of muscles. The unique U
shape also allows you to massage the muscles on your
back along both sides of the spine, without hitting the
spine directly. It’s also great for use on the back of your
neck and on the achilles tendon.
U-SHAPED HEAD
The rounded Sphere Head gives an even, soft and
relaxing massage, and is great for use on the neck, spine,
buttocks and thighs. The soft head evenly distributes
pressure and is best to use on sensitive or bony areas to
help relax the muscles. Being rounded helps to disperse
the pressure. Use at a 90 degree angle for more
pressure, and twist to the side for a more gentle
massage.

1) Beat It est livré avec un câble de charge USB.
Avant la première utilisation, le charger pendant
3 heures. Branche-le sur n'importe quelle prise
USB d'une prise de charge ou de ton ordinateur
pour le charger. Pendant la charge, le voyant de
charge bleu clignotera. Une fois complètement
chargé, le témoin lumineux sera fixe.
2) Sélectionnez votre tête de massage !
3) Assurez-vous toujours que l'appareil est éteint
avant d'insérer ou de changer les têtes de
massage. Pour insérer, sélectionnez la tête de
votre choix et poussez-la au maximum à
l'intérieur de l'axe circulaire. Pour la retirer, il
suffit de tirer.
4) Maintenez le bouton d'alimentation enfoncé
pendant 3 secondes pour passer au niveau 1.
Appuyez une fois sur le bouton d'alimentation
pour passer au niveau supérieur. Il existe 6
niveaux d'intensité différents. Nous vous
recommandons de commencer au niveau 1 et
d'appuyer sur le bouton pour passer au niveau
supérieur jusqu'à l'intensité souhaitée !
