Safety instructions
When using your appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
NEVER immerse the appliance, cable or plug in any liquid.
DO NOT allow water and moisture on the electrical parts of the device.
NEVER touch the appliance with wet or damp hands.
Only plug the appliance into an outlet with an earthed (ground) contact.
Otherwise, there is a risk to get an electric shock!
- DO NOT let children or untrained persons use the appliance without supervision.
- DO NOT leave the appliance unnecessarily plugged in. Disconnect the plug from the
mains when the appliance is not being used.
- DO NOT use the power cord or the appliance in order to pull the plug out of the socket.
- DO NOT leave the appliance exposed to the weather (rain, sun, etc. ).
- DO NOT leave the appliance without supervision when it is connected to the power
supply.
- Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used near children.
- Always use the appliance on a dry, level surface.
- Always unplug from the plug socket when not in use and before cleaning.
- Do not operate the appliance if damaged, after an appliance malfunctions or it has been
damaged in any manner, return to at authorized service engineer for repair.
- In the interest of safety, regular periodic close checks should be carried out on the supply
cord to ensure no damage is evident. Should there be any signs that the cord is damaged
in the slightest degree, the entire appliance should be returned be authorized service
engineer.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch hot surfaces. Allow
unit to cool before wrapping cord around base for storage.
- Do not touch any hot surfaces, do not store or cover the appliance until it has full cooled
down.
- Do not place this appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, in or where it could
touch a heated oven, or a microwave oven.
- Do not use harsh abrasives, caustic cleaners or oven cleaners when cleaning this
appliance.
- Caution-bread may burn. When using this appliance, allow adequate air space above and
on all sides for air circulation. Do not allow this appliance to touch curtains, wall coverings,
clothing, dishtowels or other ammable materials during use.
CAUTION is required on surfaces where heat may cause a problem – an insulated heat
pad is recommended.

- Do not use this appliance with any foodstu product containing sugar content or
with products containing jam or preserves.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similarly qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
ATTENTION!
- Internal parts of the device run hot. Be careful because you can burn your ngers with hot
surfaces or vapor.
- Place your device only on a dry, stable, even and antislip surface.
If you fail to observe the above mentioned rules, there arises A DANGER OF BURN!
Batter in the wafer-maker may get burned, so do not use the device close to highly
ammable matters (for example, curtains). The distance from the device to the furniture,
curtains and other ammable matters should be at least 50 cm.
- THIS APPLIANCE IS FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE
FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN INTENDED USE.
- Do not use it for commercial purpose.
Actions in extreme situations
- If your device has fallen into water or water has penetrated it, immediately disconnect it
from the mains without contacting the device itself or the water.
- If there appears smoke, sparkling, strong smell of burning isolation, immediately stop
using the device, disconnect the device from the mains and apply to the nearest service
center.
Operation
Before startup
- Remove all wrap materials and stickers
- Make sure that all the parts of appliance don’t have damages.
Preparation for use
- Place the wafer-maker on the even, heatproof, antislip surface leaving free space around
the device to ensure sucient air circulation. The distance from the device to furniture,
curtains and other ammable objects should be at least 50 cm.
- It is recommended to use heat insulating inammable trivets on the surfaces which may
be damaged by heat.
- Wipe the heating surfaces of the device with a wet cloth or sponge.

ATTENTION! Specic smell or light smoke may appear after the rst switching on the
device due to dust or lubricating oil ingress on heating surfaces. This is normal and after
several minutes of the device operation these eects shall disappear.
- Slightly smear the heating surfaces with a small quantity of food oil.
- Connect the device to the mains. Both indicators (red mains indicator and green indicator
of the heating surfaces readiness) will light up.
- Leave the device to warm up for about 10 min. The device must be closed when warming
up.
When the green light ashes again, your device is ready for use.
ATTENTION! The red indicator will be on during the whole period of cooking while the plug
is connected to the socket. The green indicator will periodically ash and go out, this is a
normal regime of the device operation.
Cooking wafers
- Prepare frying batter. Mix the ingredients: 100 g of sugar, 100g of our, 2 eggs. To avoid
sticking of wafers to heating surfaces, add some margarine.
- Always warm up the heating surfaces to operating temperature before cooking.
- Open the cover and pour a portion of the batter prepared to the center of the lower
heating surface Picture 2 (page 2).
- To obtain wafers of similar size distribute the batter over the heating surface uniformly.
Pour the batter in the quantity sucient to cover the whole heating surface. The batter
should be poured quickly to obtain the wafer of uniform color.
- Close the cover and x it with a latch. Keep closed. In the process of cooking vapor shall
emerge from the wafer-maker. When the vapor stops, it means that the wafer is ready.
ATTENTION! Be care with the emerging vapor and heating surfaces, they may burn your

After cooking is nished disconnect the device from the mains, let it cool down and clean.
Maintenance and care
WARNING!
- Before cleaning the appliance in any way, make sure that the appliance plug is not
connected to the socket.
- Before cleaning unplug the appliance and let it cool completely.
- Never place it in water or any other liquid.
- Do not use abrasive or aggressive detergents. Do not scrape or shave the device with
metal sponges and sharp objects.

With the aim of cleaning wipe the surfaces of the device with a soft cloth or a
sponge moistened in a neutral detergent and then in clean water. After that wipe it with a
dry cloth and let it dry.
If some food got burnt on the heating surface it is recommended to wipe it with vegetable
oil and leave for some minutes to get soft.
Storage
- Before storage unplug the appliance and let it cool completely.
- Clean and dry appliance before storage.
- Keep the appliance in cool dry place, away from children and persons with reduced
mental or physical abilities.
Environmental protection
Old appliances contain valuable materials that can be recycled. Please arrange for the
proper recycling of old appliances. Please dispose your old appliances using appropriate
collection systems.

Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
Sehr geehrter Nutzer, folgenden anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen Regeln
und Vorschriften in diesem Handbuch aufgeführten nutzt dieses
Instrument extrem sicher.
ACHTUNG!
- Tauchen Sie niemals das Gerät, das Netzkabel und Stecker in Wasser oder anderen
Flüssigkeiten.
- Man darf nicht das Eindringen von Wasser und Feuchtigkeit auf die elektrischen Teile der
Vorrichtung ermöglichen.
- Nehmen Sie nicht das Gerät mit nassen Händen.
Die Nichteinhaltung der Regeln einzuhalten, besteht die Gefahr eines elektrischen
Schlages!
- Lassen Sie niemals das Gerät nicht unbeaufsichtigt!
- Ziehen Sie immer den Stecker aus der Steckdose, wenn Sie das Gerät und vor der
Reinigung und Lagerung nicht mehr verwenden.
- Man darf nicht das Gerät, bei Ihr den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose durch das Kabel
ziehen, ausschalten.
- Bevor Sie das Gerät verwenden, stellen Sie sicher, dass die Versorgungsspannung auf
dem Gerät angegebene an die Netzspannung in Ihrem Haus entspricht.
- Das Gerät darf nur an eine Steckdose angeschlossen werden, die eine
Masseverbindung. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Steckdose in Ihrem Haus für die
Leistungsaufnahme des Gerätes ausgelegt ist.
- Die Verwendung der ungeeigneten Verlängerungskabel oder Übergangsstücke des

führen.
- Wenn das Gerät von einem kalten in einen warmen Raum transportiert, drehen Sie nicht

ACHTUNG!
- Die Innenteile des Gerätes werden im Betrieb sehr heiß. Seien Sie vorsichtig, weil es
möglich ist, heiße Oberächen zu erhalten verbrannt zu berühren oder Dampf entweichen
kann.
- Stellen Sie das Gerät auf trockene, stabile, glatte, rutschfeste Oberäche.
Die Nichteinhaltung der oben genannten Regeln einzuhalten, besteht DIE GEFAHR
VON VERBRENNUNGEN!
Nicht Das Gerät in der Nähe von brennbaren Gegenständen (z.B. Vorhänge in der Nähe
oder unten). Der Abstand von der Vorrichtung an die Wände der Möbel, Vorhänge und
anderen brennbaren Gegenstände sollte mindestens 50 cm betragen.
- Legen Sie nicht den Toaster auf oder in der Nähe von Heizgeräten sind nicht in einen
Toaster setzen Ofen oder einem heißen Ofen.
- Verwenden Sie den Toaster nicht für andere Zwecke außer für die sie bestimmt ist.
Für die kommerzielle Nutzung kaufen Sie Geräte für industrielle Zwecke.
Handeln in Extremsituationen:
- Sollte das Gerät doch einmal ins Wasser gefallen sein, ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker
aus der Steckdose, ohne das Gerät oder das Wasser zu berühren.
- Falls Sie Rauch, Feuern, einen starken Geruch von verbrannten Isolierung bemerken,
schalten Sie das Gerät sofort aus, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose,
benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht mehr und wenden Sie sich bitte an ein nahegelegenes
Servicecenter.
Vorbereitung für die Benutzung
- Vor dem ersten Gebrauch entfernen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial und stellen Sie sicher,
dass alle Teile des Gerätes nicht beschädigt werden.
- Stellen Sie Das Gerät auf einer achen, hitzebeständig, rutschfeste Oberäche,
Bereitstellen Raum auf allen Seiten für eine ausreichende Luftzirkulation -. Der Abstand
