Warranty:
To ensure the warranty of our products, it is needed to follow some guidelines.
Should one or more of the terms below be not fullfilled, our warranty expires.
The terms of warranty are:
• Installation of the lighting system just by authorized personel
• Correctly connected to the electrical system
• Installation under consideration of the installation plans
• Repairs only by authorized personel
• Usage of the product under consideration of the manual
• Appropriate handling with all delivered parts
• No fluctuiation of the electrical potential permitted
• The sticker showing the date of delivery must be intact and visible
For our master and slave modules there is a additional term:
• If the warranty seal is destroyed, our warranty expires instantly
