IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

♦ Household use only. Do not use for industrial purpose.

♦ Unplug from outlet hen assembling and disassembling the unit.

♦ Close supervision is necessary, hen any appliance is used near

children.

♦ When carrying the unit, be sure to hold the motor housing ith both

hands. Do not carry the unit by holding only the hopper plate or

head.

♦ Do not fix the cutting blade and cutting plate, hen using kebbe

attachment.

♦ Never feed food by hand. Al ays use food pusher.

♦ Do not grind hard food such as bones, nuts, etc.

♦ Do not grind ginger and other materials ith hard fiber.

♦ Continuous running of meat grinder should be not more than 10

minutes ith the follo ing 10 minutes interval for motor cooling.

♦ Reverse function is prohibited hile the appliance is operating (For

example s itch “ON” knob to “R” knob or on the contrary), ait at

least one minute until grinder has come to a complete stop.

Other ise it may cause an abnormal noise, vibration or a transitory

electric spark in the appliance. It could result easily damage to

appliance and make the user frightened.

♦ After use, there ould be a little food left in the grinder head. This

is normal. There might be a bit of black metal po der adhering to

the food ground in the end. Please pick them out and thro a ay,

do not eat them.

♦ To avoid jamming, do not force to operate the unit ith excessive

pressure.

♦ When the circuit breaker activates, do not s itch on.

♦ Never try to replace the parts and repair the unit by yourself.

FOR THE FIRST TIME

♦ Check that voltage, indicated on the rating label, corresponds the

mains voltage in your home.

♦ Wash all parts (except body) in arm soapy ater.

♦ Before plugging in, ensure the “ON/OFF/ Reverse s itch is turned

to "OFF" position.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

ASSEMBLING

■ Holding the head,

insert it in the inlet ith

one hand, place the

locking knob into the

hole on the side of the

motor housing. Tighten

it clock ise to secure

the head (fig. 1-2).

■ Place the feed scre

into the head, long end

first, by turning the

feed scre slightly

until it is set into the

motor housing (fig.3).

■ Place the cutting

blade onto the feed

scre shaft ith the

blade facing the front

as illustrated (fig.4). If

it is not fitted properly,

meat ill not be

ground.

■ Place the desired

cutting plate next to the

cutting blade, fitting

protrusions in the slots

(fig-5).

■ Support or press the

centre of the cutting

plate ith one finger,

then scre the fixing

ring until tight ith

another hand (fig.6).

■ Do not over tighten.

Place the hopper plate

on the head and fix into

position.

■ Locate the unit on a

firm place.

■ The air passage at

the bottom and the side

of the motor housing

should be kept free and

not blocked.

MINCINGMEAT

♦ Cut all foods into pieces (sine less, boneless and fatless meat is

recommended, approximate size: 20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm), so that

they fit easily into the hopper opening.

♦ Plug in and turn the “R / ON” s itch to "ON" position, then turn the

“ON/OFF/Reverse s itch to "ON" position.

♦ Feed foods into the hopper plate. Use only the food pusher (fig.7).

♦ After use s itch the unit off and unplug it from the po er supply.

REVERSEFUNCTION

♦ In case of jamming s itch the appliance off by turning the “R / ON”

s itch to "R" position and “ON/OFF/ Reverse s itch to "R"

position.

♦ Feed scre ill be rotating in the opposite direction, and the head

ill get empty.

♦ If it doesn't ork, s itch the unit off and clean it.

MAKING KEBBE

RECIPE

STUFFING

♦ Mince mutton once or t ice.

♦ Fry onion until bro n and add minced mutton, all spice, salt and

flour.

OUTLET COVER

Lean meat 450g

150-200g

to your taste

Nutmeg (cut finely)

Po dered red pepper

♦ Mince meat three times and mix

all ingredients together in a bo l.

More meat and less flour for outlet

cover creates better consistency

and taste.

♦ Grind the mixture three times.

♦ Disassemble by reversing the steps

from 5-3 to remove the cutting

plate and cutting blade.

♦ Place kebbe attachments onto the

feed scre shaft together, fitting

protrusions in the slots (fig. 8).

♦ Scre fixing ring into place until

tight. Do not over tighten (fig.9).

♦ Make the cylindrical outlet cover

(fig. 10).

♦ Form kebbe as illustrated belo

and deep fry.

CUTTING SLICE/SHRED/STRIP

♦ Press the fasten button, hold the head and insert it into the inlet

( hen inserting, please pay attention the head must be slanted as per

arro indicated on the top, see fig. 8), then move the head

anticlock ise, so that the head being fastened tightly. There ill be

locked hen you heard a voice of “KA” (fig. 2).

♦ Put the cutting attachments “slice cutter” or “shredded cutter” or

“strip cutter” into the cutting head. Note: must be on place (fig. 9).

♦ The s itch I/II knob to “I”, the s itch ON/O/R knob to “ON”

position, hen you cutting. Put the vegetable into vegetable cutting

head, and then push do n the vegetable pusher ith 5N po er (fig.

10).

♦ After use, s itch the unit off and unplug it from the po er supply.

MAKING SAUSAGE

♦ Before starting, please assemble sausage attachment as per

follo ing (fig. 11).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

DISASSEMBLING

♦ Make sure that the motor has

stopped completely.

♦ Disconnect the plug from the po er

outlet.

♦ Disassemble by reversing the steps

from 6-1 pictures.

♦ If the fixing ring is not easily

removed by hands, please use tools

(fig.12).

♦ To remove the cutting plate easily,

place a scre driver bet een the

cutting plate and the head as

illustrated and lift it up (fig.13).

CLEANING

♦ Remove meat, etc. Wash each part in arm soapy ater.

♦ A bleaching solution containing chlorine ill discolor aluminum

surfaces.

♦ Do not immerse the motor housing in ater, but only ipe it ith a

damp cloth.

♦ Thinners and petrol ill crack or change the color of the unit.

♦ Wipe all the cutting parts by vegetable oil et cloth.

МЕРЫ ПРЕДОС ОРОЖНОС И

♦ Только для бытового использования, не предназначена для

использования в промышленных целях.

♦ Отключайте мясорубку от розетки, когда собираете или

разбираете устройство.

♦ Будьте особенно внимательны, когда рядом с работающим

устройством находятся дети.

♦ При перемещении мясорубки держите ее за корпус двумя

руками. Не держите устройство за лоток для пищевых

продуктов или горловину мясорубки.

♦ Используя насадку для кеббе, не устанавливайте режущий и

дисковый ножи.

♦ Не проталкивайте продукты руками. Всегда используйте

толкатель.

♦ Не перемалывайте такие твердые продукты, как кости, орехи и

т.д.

♦ Не измельчайте имбирь и прочие продукты с твердыми

волокнами.

♦ Не эксплуатируйте мясорубку более 10 минут подряд.

Подождите, пока мотор охладиться в течение 10 минут.

♦ Запрещено включать функцию реверсивного вращения во

время работы мясорубки (например, переводить переключатель

из положения “ON” в положение “R” или наоборот), подождите

одну минуту, пока мясорубка полностью не остановится. В

противном случае может возникнуть сильный шум, вибрация

или электрический разряд. Это легко может повредить

устройство и вызвать испуг у пользователя.

♦ После эксплуатации в горловине мясорубке остается некоторое

количество пищи. Это нормальное явление. В конце процесса

можно заметить черную металлическую пыль, прилипшую к

остаткам пищи. Пожалуйста, соберите это и выбросите, не

ешьте.

♦ Во избежание забивания мясорубки, не оказывайте на нее

слишком большого давления.

♦ Если сработал автоматический выключатель, не включайте

устройство.

♦ Никогда не пытайтесь менять детали и ремонтировать

устройство самостоятельно.

ПЕРЕД ПЕРВЫМ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ

♦ Проверьте, чтобы напряжение, указанное на заводской

табличке, соответствовало сетевому напряжению Вашего

помещения.

♦ Помойте все детали (за исключением корпуса) в теплой

мыльной воде.

♦ Перед подключением к сети убедитесь в том, что

переключатель вкл./выкл./реверсивного вращения находится в

положении "OFF" («выкл.»)

ИНС РУКЦИЯ ПО ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЮ

СБОРКА

♦ Удерживаягорловину

мясорубки, вставьте ее в

отверстие горловины одной

рукой. Зафиксируйте

горловину с помощью

кнопки фиксации

горловины. Для надежной

фиксации затяните ее по

часовой стрелке (рис. 2).

♦ Вставьте шнек в

горловину мясорубки

вперед длинным концом и

немного поверните его,

пока он не станет в

корпус мотора (рис.3).

♦ Наденьте режущий

нож на шнек таким

образом, чтобы лезвие

ножа было повернуто

лицевой стороной, как

показано на рисунке 4.

Если режущий нож

установлен неправильно,

мясорубка не будет

работать.

♦ Затем наденьте на ось

подходящий дисковый

нож. Проверьте, чтобы

углубления дискового

ножа совпадали с пазами

горловины мясорубки

(рис.5).

♦ Удерживая или

прижимая дисковый нож

по центру одной рукой,

другой рукой закрутите

накатную гайку (рис. 6).

Не затягивайте сильно

накатную гайку.

♦ Установите лоток для

пищевых продуктов на

горловине мясорубки и
