Precautions 03
1. Don’t use the player in extremely hot, cold, dusty or damp environment.
2. Don’t drop the player when using it.
3. The service life of the battery is subject to the using condition, manufacturer and production date.
4. Please charge the battery in the following instances:
A. The icon of battery level shows weak;
B. System powers off automatically, and powers off again after restarting;
C. Keys do not work;
5. During the formatting or uploading/downloading, do not disconnect abruptly, or it might cause mistakes
with portable disk.
6. When this player is used for portable storage, keep the device away from static electricity, we shall not be
responsible for any loss due to missing files.
7. When Charging push power switch to position, the player cannot charge if the power switch is not
on. Do not disassemble the player at random, or you will not enjoy our warranty service, any questions

06 Basic Operations

Power On/Off
Power On: push power switch to position, then press and hold key for 3 seconds, the player will
display the boost picture and enter into Function Selection menu.
Power Off: a. In Play status, short press to pause, then press and hold for 3 seconds to power off.
b. In other modes, press and hold for 3 seconds to power off.
c. Note that if the player has a low battery, it will shut down automatically
Lock Switch
In Video, Record or Music status, you can set a Lock on the device to lock the keyboard and prevent unmeant
operation.
Lock: press and at the same time to lock.
Unlock: in Lock status, press and at the same time to unlock.
A-B Repeat
In Music Play status, press to begin Repeat mode, at that time, the screen will display repeat icon “A”,
which confirms the starting repeat point, then press to display “B” which confirms the ending repeat point.
At this time, repeat icon A-B is fixed and the player will play the selected sound from A to B only. To cancel A-B
repeat mode press to cancel
Power Reset
If your media is aborted during the playing, restart the player.

Connect to Computer and File Transfer
After starting your computer, plug the USB cord into the player and wait for the computer to recognize the
device. Select the file that is associated with the device and then drag and drop your selected media in the
window. If you prefer to, you may use a third party’s program to sync media to your player such as Window
Media Player
Volume Control
In Music, or Video status, press or to control volume.
F/FWD & F/REV
In Music, or Video status, press and hold or to fast forward or fast reverse.
Previous/Next file
In Music, or Video status, short press or to read previous or next file.
Auto Browsing
a. While viewing the photos, press key shortly to begin auto browsing, and once more to end
b. While reading the text, press shortly, to begin auto scroll, and once more to end

08 System Menu
In the main menu, press enter function, in submenu press and hold to exit and return main menu.
In Main menu, select [Setting] option, press to enter Setting menu (shown as following picture), then
press or to select your required sub item to set. (Music and Record settings are described in
relative functions)
Display Setting
1. Backlight time: 5s, 10s, 15s, 20s, 30s andAlways on.
2. Brightness control: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, the higher the level, the brighter.
3. Backlight display mode: Normal and power save, if you set as power save mode, in “Backlight Time” no
operation, player will close the display.

System Menu 09
Auto Play Set
Two sub items Text, and Jpeg.
1. Text: 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, text turn over page time.
2. Jpeg: 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, text turn over page time.
System Setting
Three sub items: Language,About, and Update.
1. Language: 20 languages such as Chinese, English and so on.
2. About: system software version no., system software date, player rest memory/total memory, Mini SD
Card rest memory/total memory, these info are read-only, short press to exit.
3. Firmware Update: in this menu, eject our dialog box to remind if to have Firmware Update, it will exit if no
Firmware Update.
Power Off Time
In the menu: select power off, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 120 minutes.
Default Set
In this menu, select box “YES” or “NO” to reset default ” then press to begin loading the default setting.
