Controllers and High Limit Circuit Boards
In an ongoing effort to provide you with the most complete and up-to-date information, we are including
this additional information on your machine which may differ from the manual. Please read this bulletin
carefully. It contains current and updated information specific to your unit.

Purpose
The purpose of this bulletin is to make sure that
you do not accidentally interchange temperature
controllers or high limit circuit cards, which are
used with different sensors.
Description
Thesetemperaturecontrollersandhighlimitcircuit
boardsarenot universally interchangeable. Make
sure that you check the part numbers
carefully. The controllers and high limit circuit
boards look the same but are used with different
sensors. The controllers cannot be
reprogrammed on site.
1. Controller Part No. 4202-310 is used only
on ironers with touchless (Eagle Eye, no
contact) sensors, Type K thermocouple wire,
and Z058 High Limit Circuit Board, Part
No. 4206-520.
2. Controller Part No. 4202-300 is used only
on ironers with contact shoe sensors, Type J
thermocouple wire, and Z024 High Limit
