Please read these instructions carefully to familiarize yourself with the required
tools, materials, and installation sequences. Follow the sections that pertain
to your particular installation. This will help you avoid costly mistakes.
In addition to proper installation, read all operating and safety instructions.
All information in this manual is based upon the latest product information
available at the time of publication. At Kohler, we constantly strive to improve

NOTE: The bathtub pictured in the installation steps may dier from the
model being installed.

In addition to installation procedures, this manual contains important care and
cleaning. Please retain for future reference.
¨Please provide adequate available space for the bath unit in accordance with
rough-in. Arrange the location of drain in advance.
¨ Bath can be installed aer the wall is completed. Bath drain supplies
should be arranged preliminarily according to the selected bath.

Product Notice
A. Installation Hazard Notication
DANGER: Risk of re, electric shock, or injury to persons. Read important

WARNING: Risk of electrical shock. A licensed electrician should make
all electrical connections.
WARNING: Risk of electrical shock. Connect only to a circuit
protected by a Ground-Fault Circuit-Interrupter (GFCI) or
Earth-Leakage Circuit-Breaker (ELCB).
WARNING: Risk of electrical shock. Disconnect power before
servicing.
WARNING: Risk of injury or property damage. Please read
all instructions thoroughly before beginning installation, including
the following product requirements.
WARNING: Keep the area around the blower motor clean and free of
debris. Ensure that the area around the blower motor is free of sawdust,
insulation, dirt, or other small loose debris. Such material could clog the
blower motor air ducts and reduce the air ow through the blower.
NOTICE: Follow all local plumbing and electrical codes.

B. Factory-Assembled Features
Factory installed components include blower motor with power supply cord,
check valve, air piping, user keypad, and keypad cable. Other than power
wiring and plumbing, no assembly is needed.
WARNING: Unauthorized modication may cause unsafe operation
or aect performance of the bath with airjets. Do not relocate the
blower motor, or make other modications to the system in the absence
of kit instructions, as this could adversely aect the performance and
safe operation of the bath with airjets. Kohler Thailand shall not be liable
under its warranty or otherwise for personal injury or damage caused
by any such unauthorized modication.

Product Requirement
A. Summary Of Key Requirements
¨Observe all local plumbing codes.
¨ Install the unit to a level suboor.
B. Plumbing Specications
If installing a rim-mount faucet, make sure there is no interference with drain
overow before drilling any holes.
Conrm adequate mounting and connection space for the faucet specied for
your installation.
C. Product Inspection
Unpack and inspect bath for damage. All Kohler’s baths have been manufactured
with sophisticated crasmanship. However, please inspect for any possible
damage that may have occurred in transit. Leave all materials in the crate
during construction to prevent damage.
NOTE: Damage occurred during transit shall not be covered by warranty.
D. Electrical Requirements
The installation must have a Class A Ground-Fault Circuit-Interrupter (GFCI).
The GFCI protects against Line-to-ground shock hazard. Use a 220-240 V, 10 A
(minimum), 50 Hz dedicated service for the bath with airjets.
E. New or Replacement Installation Requirements
This bath can be installed in new or existing bathrooms.
For replacement: Remove the old bath, and remove enough old wall material
and oor covering from the area to allow for installation. Remove any old
plumbing that does not conform to the rough-in requirements.
For new installation: Position the plumbing according to the roughing-in
dimensions.
F. Clearance Requirements
¨Check the rough-in and room dimensions to provide adequate available
space for the bath unit.
¨ Make sure the ooring oers adequate support for your bath, and verify
that the suboor is at and level.

Prepare the Site
NOTICE: Adequate oor support must be provided. Consult the roughing-in
sheet packed with your bath for specic oor loading requirements.
¨ Ensure the suboor oers adequate support for your bath.
¨ Ensure the suboor is level.
¨ Use the cut-out template provided with the bath (specied model) to
properly mark the bush and drain locations in relation to the determined
location of the bath.
IMPORTANT! To ensure a successful installation, it is critical that bath be
installed on a perfectly level nished oor.
¨ Ensure the nished oor is perfectly level before proceeding with the bath
installation.

1. Adjust Height of Bath /
¨Adjust the feet under the bath to make it level. Tighten the nut on the
adjustable feet to sele the height of the bath.
IMPORTANT: The bath must be installed level on all top edges. Floor should
be at, level and free of any bumps or protrusions.
IMPORTANT: Keep a certain clearance (suggested value: 5 mm) from oor to
the apron boom. Be careful with the drain hose to prevent it to be squeezed.

¨ Place position template (specied model) on the oor.
¨Place guide bush onto the corresponding area of the position template.
Then x guide bush onto the oor with silicone sealant or anchors, washers
and screws.
