Frozen Food KN450 only - Your
kn fe ncludes freezer blades (larger
teeth) for use w th some frozen
foods. They are su table for cutt ng
part ally thawed or l ghtly frozen food
but not sol d deep frozen food.
1 Make sure the sl c ng kn fe s
d sconnected from the power supply.
2 Hold the blades by the r handles and
nterlock together . W th the
cutt ng edge fac ng downwards
nsert the blades nto the kn fe body
and push nto place .
3 Plug the kn fe nto the power supply.
4 W th the food on a su table cutt ng
surface, place the blades onto the
food. Operate the cutt ng blades by
press ng the operat ng button.
(Releas ng the button stops the
cutt ng blades.) Allow the kn fe to cut
through the food.
●Use the kn fe by hold ng t n place,
do not use a cutt ng mot on. The
kn fe w ll cut automat cally as
requ red e ther vert cally or at an
angle.
