• Please read the entire instruction manual before operating the JumpBox BIGRIG PRO 16L. Save these instructions.Review all
cautionary markings on this product and in this manual.
• The BIGRIG PRO 16L is designed to start large diesel trucks up to 16L in a variety of conditions. There are variables such
as extreme outdoor temperatures and truck mechanical issues (bad starter, no fuel or engine problems) that may limit the
BIGRIG’s ability to start an engine. The BIGRIG is designed to instantaneously start a truck battery in a low voltage condition
(5V and up). The BIGRIG PRO 16L is equipped with a “Hyperboost” energy transfer feature to assist in starting, but is not
designed to be used primarily as an energy transfer device (i.e. Lead acid jump cart). Please feel free to call us or your local
representative if you have questions about operating the BIGRIG PRO 16L.
• To activate the 12V(16V Peak) DC Aux power ports (Cigarette Charging Ports), hold the output on/off function button until
the unit beeps and the LED display shows “16V”.
• Your BIGRIG PRO 16L is tted with built-in safety protections. These safety protections monitor and control the unit. To
ensure product longevity, activation is limited to 30 second intervals. During this 30 second period the unit is performing
a “Hyperboost” function, transferring large amounts of energy from the BIGRIG PRO 16L to your vehicles batteries. If you
experience the unit timing out during a jumpstart, simply cycle the main On/Off rocker switch to reactivate the jumpstart
“Hyperboost” function.

What can BIGRIG do?
The JumpBox BIGRIG PRO 16L is
engineered to jumpstart the largest 12V
diesel engines on the road, up to 16 liter.
This device can also be used on smaller
12V gasoline or diesel vehicles.
Powering your computer or electronics
is a breeze with the large capacity 236.8
Wh lithium-ion battery. You can charge
all your devices through the USB, 3.5mm
ports or the DC Aux (cigarette) ports. Most
mobile phones, smart phones, laptops,
portable gaming devices, MP3/MP4
players and even CPAP machines can be
charged with the included accessories.

Electronics charging
Turn the MAIN ON/OFF switch to the “ON”
position. For charging electronics like smart
phones through the USB port, simply insert
your OEM cord or utilize the 3-in-1 USB
cable provided. For powering CPAP machines,
please utilize the DC auxiliary port by holding
the function button to activate 16V on LCD.
Please check with your CPAP manufacturer to
conrm settings and runtimes.
Laptop charging
Turn the MAIN ON/OFF switch to the
“ON” position. Insert the 40cm adapter
cable into the 5.5 mm round output port
(19V or 12V depending upon your laptop
settings). Then attach the corresponding
8-in-1 tting for your laptop.

on the road. The connectors required
to charge most phones, electronic
accessories and laptops are included.
An 18V 100-240VAC wall charger and
an 18V DC Cigarette port charger are
provided to charge your unit.
A safety strap is also included to help
protect the unit and the operator. The
