The data communication between the computer and the other system modules could not get
established or is disturbed.
Follow Troubleshooting Guide <File Name>
1. Replace Console. Power off and on the system.
2. Check interconnection cable between Power Module and Computer
3. Remove Gear Module connection. Power off and on the system.
4. Replace the Power Module
Checksum mismatch between downloaded application and application data located on Power
Module.
If a checksum error occurs, the software will automatically retry to fix it.
If it will 3 times again, ERROR #4 will appear.
This error will only occur in R&D
environment or if an update was
wrong build
There's no application data available on Power Module. 1. Process an USB Update
2. Procedure - Factory Programming Batch for Power Module
This error will only occur in R&D
environment
The system could not download the application data without errors to the computer.
A squeezed cable could be an possible error source. Try to connect a new cable between the
Computer and the Power Module.
If it isnt' the cable, replace the Power
Module

A2 ERROR_COM_GAMMA_SENSOR
The data communication between the Power Module and the Gamma Sensor could not get
established or is disturbed.

1. Check interconnection cable between Power Module and Gamma Sensor
2. Gamma Sensor Module defect, replace it.
A3 ERROR_GS_OFFSET_MEAS_BAD
Gamma Sensor meldete bei der Durchführung der SET OFFSET Messung, dass die Werte zu
ungenau sind. Daher schlägt die Messung fehl.
Try the offset Measurements several times. It's important that the bike is mechanical well adjusted
and both treadles incl. pedals are mounted. Make also sure, that the OFFSET measurement is done
accordingly to the advices displayed in the screens. After the STOP symbol is displayed, make sure
that the treadle (drive) can run down without any influence.
If OFFSET measurement will still fail, the cause of the failure must be searched on the mechanical
side.
Be aware that the failure is not caused
by the user! Consider this this, before
we will replace a bike.
Gamma Sensor Module has detected that the upper photo interrupter is broken.
1. Replace Photo Interrupter
2. If there can be scratches detected on the Photo Interrupter, something on the mechanical
alignment is wrong. In that case, replace bike.
I think, that we will just replace the
bike in that case.
