This USB 3.0 to Ethernet adapter uses the high bandwidth of the USB 3.0 interface with up to

At least a Cat6 Ethernet cable is recommended.

directly from the adapter, no internet access required

Installation
Hardware Installation
• Connect a CAT5/6/6a cable to the RJ45 Port on the network adapter and to a network
device such as a router.
• Connect the USB Type-C®or -A (adapter) connector on the network adapter to
a USB 3.0 Type-C®or -A port on the host computer.
Driver installation
macOS®and Linux®(LTS)
• The adapter provides native driver support for macOS®and Linux®(LTS) and can be
attached to such systems without any driver installation.
Windows®
When this adapter is connected to a Windows®based PC that can automatically start "auto
run" function for CD driver installation, the window below will pop up on your screen (if the
PC has not been installed with the driver of this adapter before), then you need to click "Yes"
to finish installation.
• If the driver does not automatically installs itself when you connect the network adapter to
the host computer, the following message that a virtual CD is loaded will appear:

• Click on the message and the "CD Drive" screen will open and prompts you to install the
driver. Please click here:
• …or double click "This PC" Icon on the desktop and you also can see the "CD Drive"
window.
• Double clicking "CD Drive" automatically installs drivers and the "CD Drive" icon will
disappear after the installation has been completed.
• The device is now ready for use.
