1. SECURITY WARNINGS
WARNING! When using electric tools basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock and personal injury.
Read all these instructions before attempting to operate this product and save these instructions.
1. Keep work area clear
Cluttered areas and benches invite injuries.
2. Consider work area environment
Do not expose tools to rain.
Do not use tools in damp or wet locations.
Keep work area well lit.
Do not use tools in the presence of flammable liquids or gases.
3. Guard against electric shock
Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces (e.g. pipes, radiators, ranges, refrigerators).
4. Keep other persons away
Do not let persons, especially children, not involved in the work touch the tool or the extension cord and keep
them away from the work area.
5. Store idle tools
When not in use, tools should be stored in a dry locked-up place, out of reach of children.
6. Do not force the tool
It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was intended.
7. Use the right tool
Do not force small tools to do the job of a heavy duty tool.
Do not use tools for purposes not intended; for example do not use circular saws to cut tree limbs or logs.
8. Dress properly
Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery; they can be caught in moving parts.
Non-skid footwear is recommended when working outdoors.
Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair.
9. Use protective equipment
Use safety glasses.
Use face or dust mask if working operations create dust.
10. Connect dust extraction equipment
If the tool is provided for the connection of dust extraction and collecting equipment, ensure these are
connected and properly used.
11. Do not abuse the cord
Never yank the cord to disconnect it from the socket. Keep the cord away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
12. Secure work
Where possible use clamps or a vice to hold the work. It is safer than using your hand.
13. Do not overreach
Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
14. Maintain tools with care
Keep cutting tools sharp and clean for better and safer performance.
Follow instruction for lubricating and changing accessories.

Inspect tool cords periodically and if damaged have them repaired by an authorized service facility.
Inspect extension cords periodically and replace if damaged.
Keep handles dry, clean and free from oil and grease.
15. Disconnect tools
When not in use, before servicing and when changing accessories such as blades, bits and cutters,
disconnect tools from the power supply.
16. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches
Form the habit of checking to see that keys and adjusting wrenches are removed from the tool before turning
it on.
17. Avoid unintentional starting
Ensure switch is in "off" position when plugging in.
18. Use outdoor extension leads
When the tool is used outdoors, use only extension cords intended for outdoor use and so marked.
19. Stay alert
Watch what you are doing, use common sense and do not operate the tool when you are tired.
20. Check damaged parts
Before further use of tool, it should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform
its intended function.
Check for alignment of moving parts, binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, mounting and any other
conditions that may affect its operation.
A guard or other part that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by an authorized service
centre unless otherwise indicated in this instruction manual.
Have defective switches replaced by an authorized service centre.
Do not use the tool if the switch does not turn it on and off.
21. Warning
The use of any accessory or attachment other than one recommended in this instruction manual may
present a risk of personal injury.
22. Have your tool repaired by a qualified person
This electric tool complies with the relevant safety rules. Repairs should only be carried out by qualified
persons using original spare parts, otherwise this may result in considerable danger to the user

Operation with gloves forbidden!
Gloves may be only used at maintenance work and changing the saw blade
Do not touch the rotatory blade by hands.
Do not use the machine in raining.
Do not connect with household power supply.
Wear suitable work clothes! Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry as they might be caught and
cause severe accidents!
Wear a hair net if you have long hair
Keep other people, particularly children, away from work area.
Do not remove any chippings, sawdust and waste from the dangerous area around the circular
saw blade with hands.
Danger! electric shock
The appliance must be switched off and unplugged for the following works
- repairs
- servicing and cleaning
- troubleshooting
- saw transport
- circular saw blade replacement
- when leaving the saw (even for short work interruptions)
Take care the projectile from the blade
Conforms to relevant safety standards
Do not dispose of old appliances with domestic rubbish.
Protect the machine from dampness (causing a short circuit)

Residual risks
Even if you use this product in compliance with all safety requirements, the potential risks of injury and damage remain.
The following hazards may arise from the structure and design of this product:
There are harmful health consequences resulting from the emission of vibrations if the product is used for long periods
of time or not properly managed and properly maintained.
There is risk of injury and property damage due to attachments or the sudden impact of hidden objects when using the
blade.
Risk of injury to persons and property caused by flying objects.
Risk of inhalation of dusts.
Serious injuries to hands and fingers by the cutting tool or the cut material if the blade is used non-correctly.
Always wear complete protective equipment and take all actions in order to reduce the risks.
Intended use
The table saw blade can be used for straight and transverse cutting of massive wood and board materials such as
chipboard, block board and fibreboard.
Use the appliance as designated, the manufacturer's conditions regarding the operation, servicing and repairs must be met
and the safety instructions included in the Operating Instructions must be followed.
Any other use of the saw exceeding the specified extent will be considered a use in conflict with the designation. The
manufacturer will not be liable for any damage of any kind caused by using the appliance in that manner; the risk will be
bore by the user.
This table saw must only be used, repaired and maintained by persons over 18 years of age. Any metal parts must be
removed from the cut wood.

3. ASSEMBLY
INFORMATION:
Following the model, the table and/or some parts are potentially already assembled. Please check your delivery
first before. Follow the below steps if the tool is not fully assembled. We recommend the user to have a help for an
experienced person for the mounting of this table, specifically for untrained persons.
Some pieces (washers, bolts, etc.) are not provided with this tool. You can buy them in specialized stores in order
to assemble the tool. The tool must be assembled as described below, with the correct tools.
a) Put the table on an appropriate work bench.
b) Take four M6x16 hex head bolts, four M6 washers and four M6 nuts and mount the feet on the table. The bolts
must not be tightened too much. Do same action for the 4 foot.
c) Take two M6x16 hex head bolts, two M6 washers and two M6 nuts and mount the guide rail on sides of the table
(one horizontal, one vertical). Screw the guide rails. Make sure longer bolts for rails are used.
d) Use two ST4.2x13 guide bolts to install the switch box on the foot.

e) Install the 4 bar to the feet. The bolts must not be tightened too much. Then connect the together with screw and
bolts.
f)Install the extension table, the extension table can be installed in two ways:
- Side 1: Unscrew the screws of the side of the table. Install the 2 support bar on each side of the low
bar of the table and screw them with screws and washers. Install the extension table and then put in
place the screws. Screw the support bar with the extension table.

- Side 2: screw the 2 support bar on the low bar of the table. Install the extension table and screw it on
the table and then screw the support bar with the extension table.
g) Install the support of foot on the feet.
h) Take four M4x12 hex head bolts, four M6 washers and four M6 nuts and mount axle and part pulley to part 4 and
part 5 (see pic. 9). The bolts must not be tightened too much.
i)Tighten all the bolts.
j)Turn the appliance to its feet. Ask for the help to another person for this. Adjust the wheel with the bar until it touches
the ground. Secure the bolts.
