WARNING!
WARNING This conversion kit shall be installed by a
qualified service agency in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions and all applicable codes and
requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. If the
information in these instructions is not followed exactly, a
fire, explosion or production of carbon monoxide may result
causing property damage, personal injury or loss of life.
The qualified service agency is responsible for the proper
installation of this kit. The installation is not proper and
complete until the operation of the converted appliance is
checked as specified in the manufacturer's instructions
supplied with the kit.
Broil burner injector (orifice) replacement
1. Remove oven doors from the cooker.
2. Unscrew 4 screws that are holding broil burner reflective sheet to oven ceiling.
3. Unscrew 1 screw that is holding broil burner on the front side while holding the burner.
4. Move the burner aside to reach the injector (orifice).
5. Replace the injector (orifice) according to the table of injectors (orifices) using 9/32’’ or 7 mm nut
driver.
6. Reverse the procedure to reassemble the burner.

Bake burner injector (orifice) replacement
1. Remove the drawer from the range cooker.
2. Unscrew the nut on gas tube connection with gas pressure regulator using 9/16’’ or adjustable
wrench.
3. Unscrew two screws that are holding injector (orifice) holder from the back side of range cooker
base.
4. Remove the gas tube with injector (orifice) holder towards you.
5. Replace the injector (orifice) according to the table of injectors (orifices) using 9/32’’ or 7 mm nut
driver.
6. Align the gas tube with injector holder back to the gas pressure regulator and tighten it with hand.
7. Screw the injector (orifice) holder back to the range cooker base.
8. Tighten gas tube connection with gas pressure regulator using 9/16’’ or adjustable wrench.
9. Check gas tightness of the connection of gas tube with gas pressure regulator.
Gas pressure regulator conversion
1. Remove the drawer from the range cooker.
2. Unscrew the nut on gas pressure regulator
using _5/8’’ or adjustable wrench.
3. Remove the protection cap.
4. Turn the metal nut on counter side and
assemble the protection cap back.
5. Screw the nut back to the gas pressure
regulator.
Cooktop burners injector (orifice) replacement
1. Remove the grates, burner caps and burner heads from all burners.
2. Replace the injector (orifice) according to the table of injectors (orifices) using 9/32’’ or 7 mm nut
driver.
3. Reassemble burner heads, caps and grates.
Adjusting minimum flow
1. Turn on all top burners and set them on “LO”setting.
2. Remove the knobs and fully tighten the regulation screws using small flat blade screwdriver.

ADVERTENCIA Este kit de conversión debe ser instalado
por una agencia de servicio calificada, siguiendo las
instrucciones del fabricante y todos los códigos y requisitos
aplicables de las autoridades competentes. Si la
información de estas instrucciones no es seguida con
precisión, podrían producirse incendios, explosiones o
emisiones de monóxido de carbono, que pueden causar
daños materiales, lesiones personales o la muerte. La
entidad de servicio calificada es responsable de realizar
una correcta instalación de este kit. La instalación no se
considerará adecuada y completa hasta que no se
compruebe que el aparato convertido funciona según lo
especificado en las instrucciones del fabricante
suministradas con el kit.
Reemplazo del inyector (orificio) del quemador
para asar
1. Retire las puertas del horno
2. Desatornille los 4 tornillos que sujetan la lámina reflectante del quemador al techo del horno.
3. Desatornille el tornillo de la parte frontal y al mismo tiempo sostenga el quemador.
4. Mueva el quemador a un lado para llegar al inyector (orificio).
5. Reemplace el inyector (orificio) de acuerdo con la tabla de inyectores (oficios) usando un
destornillador de tuercas de 9/32'' o 7 mm.
6. Para volver a armar el quemador, siga los pasos en el orden inverso.

Reemplazo del inyector (orificio) del quemador
de horneado
1. Retire el cajón de la estufa
2. esenrosque la tuerca que se encuentra en la conexión del tubo de gas con el regulador de presión
usando una llave ajustable o una llave de 9/16''.
3. Desatornille los dos tornillos que sujetan el soporte del inyector (orificio) en la parte trasera de la
base de la estufa
4. Retire el tubo de gas con el soporte del inyector (orificio) hacia usted.
5. Reemplace el inyector (orificio) de acuerdo con la tabla de inyectores (oficios) usando un
destornillador de tuercas de 9/32'' o 7 mm.
6. Vuelva a alinear el tubo de gas que tiene el soporte del inyector con el regulador de presión, y
ajústelo con la mano.
7. Vuelva a atornillar el soporte del inyector (orificio) a la base de la estufa
8. Ajuste la conexión entre el tubo de gas y el regulador de presión usando una llave ajustable o una
llave de 9/16''
9. Haga una prueba de estanqueidad de gas en la conexión del tubo de gas con el regulador de
presión.
Conversión del regulador de presión de gas
1. Retire el cajón de la estufa
2. Desenrosque la tuerca del regulador de
presión usando una llave ajustable o una
llave de 5/8''.
3. Retire el cajón de la estufa
4. Gire la tuerca de metal en el lado contrario
y vuelva a colocar la tapa de protección.
5. Vuelva a atornillar la tuerca al regulador de
presión.
Reemplazo del inyector (orificio) de los
quemadores de la placa de cocción
1. Retire las rejillas, las tapas y las cabezas de todos los quemadores.
2. Reemplace el inyector (orificio) de acuerdo con la tabla de inyectores (oficios) usando un
destornillador de tuercas de 9/32'' o 7 mm.
3. Vuelva a colocar las cabezas, las tapas y las rejillas de los quemadores.

Ajustar el flujo mínimo
1. Encienda todos los quemadores superiores y colóquelos en la posición «LO» (bajo).
2. Retire las perillas y apriete completamente los tornillos de regulación usando un destornillador
pequeño de punta plana.
