Press and hold (*) to turn on Silent Mode. Do it again to turn off.

Press and hold the 1 key. Follow the voice prompts.

Device closed—Press either Volume button (located on the side of
the device). Device open—Press the button.

During a call, press Speaker. Press Speaker again to turn it off.
