Bevor Sie mit diesem Gerät arbeiten, lesen Sie die nachstehenden Sicherheitsvorschriften und die Bedienungsanlei-
tungen aufmerksam durch. Bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen, überzeugen Sie sich davon, dass Sie wissen, wie
es im Notfall abzustellen ist. Der unsachgemäße Gebrauch des Gerätes kann zu Personenschäden sowie Schäden am
Gerät führen. Bewahren Sie diese Anleitungen sorgfältig und griffbereit auf, so dass Sie diese im Bedarfsfall jederzeit
zu Rate ziehen können.
Die vom Hersteller eingebauten Sicherheitsvorrichtungen dürfen auf keinen Fall ausgeschaltet oder verändert werden.
ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
1. Das Produkt darf nicht von Kindern oder unkundigen Personen verwendet werden.
2. Immer die einwandfreie Funktion und Unversehrtheit des Gerätes überprüfen; der Anwender kann sonst in ernst-
hafte Gefahr kommen.
3. Die Einzelteile des Gerätes nicht demontieren oder verändern.
4. Während des Aufrollvorgangs keine Gegenstände in die Öffnung des Schlauchaufrollers stecken.
5. Während des Aufrollvorgangs den Schlauch nicht loslassen.
INSTALLATION
Das Produkte an der Wand oder an sonst geeigneten Stellen nur unter Verwendung geeigneter Befestigungsmateria-
lien befestigen. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass der Zuleitungsschlauch bei der Nutzung des Gerätes nicht eingeklemmt
oder beschädigt werden kann.
Das Produkt ist mit einem Rastersystem ausgestattet, das die Positionierung in fast jeder gewünschten Position ge-
währleistet. Um dieses Rastersystem zu entsichern, ist ein kurzer Zug am Schlauch notwendig, um den Schlauch bis
zu der gewünschten Länge herausziehen zu können. Danach ist der Schlauch wieder in die Rasterposition zu bringen
um mit dem Gerät zugentlastet arbeiten zu können. Der Schlauchaufroller wird mit einem Rasterstopp geliefert, der
den Schlauch in der gewünschten Position hält. Der Rasterstopp kann, wie in der Zeichnung, Seite 2 zu erkennen, für
ein freies Schlauchaufrollen umgangen werden.
PNEUMATISCHER ANSCHLUSS
1. Schließen Sie den Verbindungsschlauch des Schlauchaufrollers an die Druckluftversorgung an. Hierbei darf der
maximale Druck den im Datenblatt des Schlauchaufrollers genannten Maximaldruck nicht überschreiten!
2. Bei höherem Druck muss ein Druckminderer in die Anschlussleitung eingebaut werden.
3. Um einen schnellen Werkzeugwechsel zu gewährleisten kann eine Schnellschlusskupplung am Schlauchende
montiert werden.
4. Kein Gas und keine feuergefährlichen Flüssigkeiten benutzen.
5. Keine korrosiven Flüssigkeiten (z.B. Säuren) oder andere Flüssigkeiten benutzen, welche unverträglich mit dem
Aufroller sind.
WARTUNG
Regelmäßig:
• Die Federfunktion und korrekte Schlauchaufwicklung prüfen
• Auf Leckagen überprüfen, eventuell die Dichtung austauschen
• Den unversehrten Schlauchzustand prüfen und von Schmutz befreien
• Rasterstoppfunktion überprüfen
• Befestigung des Aufrollers an der Wand prüfen
• Stecker und Kupplung prüfen

Before you start using the product, please read carefully through the adjacent safety instructions. Before using the
product for the rst time, read carefully through the operating instructions and familiarise yourself with how to set it
down safely in an emergency. Improper use of the product can lead to personal injury or damage to the product. Keep
these operating instructions safe in an easily accessible place so that you can consult them whenever necessary.
The safety devices integrated into the product by the manufacturer must never be deactivated or modied.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. The product must not be used by children, or people who are unfamiliar with it.
2. Always check that the product is complete, undamaged and working properly; otherwise the user could be placed
in serious danger.
3. Do not dismantle or modify individual parts of the product.
4. Do not place objects into the opening of the hose reel during the winding or unwinding process.
5. Do not let go of the hose during the winding or unwinding process.
INSTALLATION
Always use fastening materials suitable for the specic situation when fastening the product to the wall or in another
suitable location. Ensure that the feeder hose cannot become trapped or damaged during use of the product.
The product is tted with a ratchet stop system to enable the hose to be latched in almost any unwound position the
user requires. A quick pull on the hose unlatches the ratchet stop system to allow the user to pull out the required
length of hose. The user must then bring the hose into a latched position to relieve the tension on the product while
working. The air hose reel is tted with a ratchet stop system, which latches the hose in the required unwound po-
sition. The ratchet stop system can be switched off to allow the air hose to be freely unwound, as illustrated in the
drawing on page 2.
AIR SUPPLY CONNECTION
1. Connect the air hose reel feeder hose to the compressed air supply. The indicated maximum pressure of the sup-
ply must not exceed the maximum pressure given in the air hose reel datasheet!
2. If the maximum supply pressure is higher than the value in the datasheet, a pressure reducer must be integrated
into the connection line.
3. A quick release coupling can be mounted on the end of the hose so that tools can be changed quickly.
4. Do not use the product with gases or ammable liquids.
5. Do not use corrosive liquids (e.g. acids) or other liquids incompatible with the reel.
MAINTENANCE
Regular:
• Check that the spring works properly and the hose winds onto the reel correctly
• Check for leaks and replace seals if necessary
• Check that the hose is complete and undamaged and remove any dirt
• Check that the ratchet stop system works properly
• Check the fastening of the reel to the wall
• Check the plug-in connector and coupling
