Setting Grandstream GXP1400

Verify device’s IP address.

Press [Menu] !Select [Status] !Select [Network Status] !IP address displayed on [IPv4] option.

1. Open a web browser and enter the device’s IP address on the URL field.

Example: IP address from device: 192.168.001.002 !Format: [http://IP Address] !

Type [http://192.168.1.2]

2. Type password and click [Login]. Default password: [admin]

3. Hover cursor over [Accounts].

Select [Account 1] and click

[General Settings].

SIP Server and Outbound Login:

Enter Login Server. (voipXXXX.agile.ne.jp)

Account Name, SIP User ID, Authenticate ID: Enter

Unique ID (10 characters).

Authenticate Password: Enter Registered Password

(sent thru mail). *If password was changed, please enter

the new one.

Voicemail User ID: Enter 999.

Once done, click [Save].

* Set both [Account 1] and [Account 2].

* [Account 2] requires a different registered Unique ID.

Select [Network Settings]

Nat Traversal: Select [Keep Alive].

Once done, click [Save].

Select [Audio Settings]

Send DTMF: Check [in-audio]and [via RTP].

Preferred Vocoder – choice 1-7: Select either

[PCMA]or [PCMU].

Once done, click [Save].

[Call Features]

Disable Call Waiting: Select [Yes].

*This will ignore Catch. Select [No], if you want

to enable Catch.

Once done, click [Save].

NTP Server: Enter ntp.jst.mfeed.ad.jp

Time Zone: Select the time zone where you are located.

Once done, click [Save].

8. [Maintenance] tab ![Upgrade and Provisioning]

Firmware Upgrade and Provisioning:

Select [Always Skip the Firmware Check].

Once done, click [Save].

9. [Maintenance] tab

[Language]

Display Language: Select [Auto].

Once done, click [Save and Apply].

* After all configurations are set, click [Reboot]. This will reset the device and apply all changes made.
