Download the Gosund app
You can either search for “Gosund” in the App Store or Google Play, or you can scan the
following QR code to enter the download page.

Pairing
•Open the Gosund app and create your Gosund account.
•Turn on the plug and put it close to the router when pairing.
•Press and hold the ON/OFF button for five seconds and release it when the plug
starts blinking fast to enter the network pairing mode.
You can add a new device in two ways.
You can tap the “+” symbol in the upper right corner and select “Auto Scan”. Or you can
tap the “+” symbol in the upper right corner, select “Add Manually”, and then select
“Gosund EP2”. Follow the instruction in the app to complete the operation.
Connecting with Alexa
First, make sure that your Alexa device is powered on and connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
network. Then, open Amazon Alexa app and select “skills & games”. Click the search
icon and enter “Gosund”. After finding Gosund, click on “Enable” and connect your
Gosund account to enable this skill. The device can now be controlled through Alexa.
Connecting with Google Assistant
First, open the Google Assistant app and login in. Tap your account name in the upper
right corner, then click on “Devices” in order to add a new device. Find “link a smart
home device” and click on it. Enter “Gosund” in the search bar and click on the “Gosund
smart”. Then link your Gosund account with your Google Assistant account. This device
can now be controlled through Google Assistant.
Reset
Turn on the power, hold the switch/pairing button for eight seconds and let go when the
socket starts to flash quickly. The reset is now successful.
When the socket is in a new network environment, you need to restore the factory
settings, and then reconnect to the network.

Warnings and Precautions
•Keep the device out of reach of children and pets.
•Do not use this product in humid environments or outdoors. It’s for indoor use
only.
•Do not place this product near heating devices, such as microwave ovens, or
radiators.
•Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high
humidity, moisture, flammable gases, vapours, and solvents.
•Do not disassemble, modify, or repair your device, and ask for the help from the
authorized professionals if the device malfunctions.
•Do not use the device when it is no longer working properly or visibly damaged.
•Do not store the device for extended periods of time in poor ambient conditions.
•Do not insert your device into another device.
•Never use aggressive detergents, such as rubbing alcohol or other chemical
solutions, because these could damage the casing or even impair the functioning
of the product.

Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you
need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller
directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for
which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
•Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended
or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation and service of the
product.
•Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized
person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g. during transport, cleaning
by inappropriate means, etc.).
•Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as
batteries, etc.).
•Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or
electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage,
electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and
inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power
supplies, etc.
•If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or
adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the
purchased design or use of non-original components.

This product must not be disposed of as normal household waste in accordance with
the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE - 2012/19 / EU).
Instead, it shall be returned to the place of purchase or handed over to a public
collection point for the recyclable waste. By ensuring this product is disposed of
correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment
and human health, which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of
