Precautions to Prevent Personal Injury and Damage
• Indoor only tables will not withstand outdoor conditions. If using the
table outdoors, move it indoors as soon as possible.
• Be alert for surface changes when moving the table. Cracks and
changes in the slope may cause the table to tip over.
• The table is not designed for supporting heavy loads. Do not place
heavy items on the table. Collapse of the support structure is
possible. Do not sit or stand on the top of the table.
• When using the table all the support legs and wheels must be in
contact with the floor. Failure to properly support the table may
damage the frame and table top.
• Opening or closing the table presents a risk for pinching. Keep all
children away and alert adults when moving the table top up or
down.
• Liquids left on the playing surface for extended peroids will damage
the table top. Wipe up any spills immediately.
For Outdoor Tables
• Strong winds may move or tip the table over. Take precautions as
needed to prevent damage or injury.
• Do not leave balls or paddles outside. They will likely be damaged
by outdoor conditions.
Assembly Tips
Make sure you understand the following before you begin to assemble your table tennis.
1. READ THIS MANUAL all the way through before beginning assembly.
2. Some drawings or images in this manual may not look exactly like your product.
3. You will need a second adult to assist with this assembly.
Note: Save all packing materials until the parts have been inspected and the table is
assembled.
Unpack the Pieces
• Lay the box on a flat surface (floor). You may want this near your
area of assembly.
• Unpack the boxes and part bags. Inspect and count the parts. The
Parts Identifier page can be used to record your results.
• If any parts are damaged or missing contact GLD customer service.
• Missing fasteners may be purchased at a hardware store using the
descriptions on the Parts Identifier page(s).

STEP 1 - CONNECT CASTER SUPPORTS TO TABLE
The table uses four casters that lock (#9) and four casters that do not lock (#10). Each half
of the table has two caster supports (#2).
1. Locate the four caster supports (#2).
2. Screw a locking caster(#9) and a non-locking caster (#10) into each caster support (#2).
3. Tip the table assembly (#1) and open the legs.
4. Place the shaft of the casters support (#2) over the inside leg. Line up the holes and
insert two bolts (#3) thru both pieces. Secure the connection with washers (#5) and nuts
(#8). Repeat for the other three legs.

STEP 2 - ASSEMBLE THE TABLE LOCK
When the tables are lifted up, a locking clip will hold the bottom of the table in position.
1. Position a table lock (#11) so the arm is on the inside of the table leg.
2. Insert a wing bolt (#4) thru the leg. Put a bushing (#7) onto the end of the wing bolt (#4).
3. Place the table lock (#11) onto the wing bolt (#4) so the small diameter of the bushing
(#7) enters the hole in the table lock.
4. Secure the assembly with a washer (#13) and a wing nut (#6).
5. Repeat numbers 1 thru 4 to assemble the second table lock.

STEP 3 - OPENING AND CLOSING THE TABLE
CAUTION: Use two adults to open or close the table.
To Open the Table
1. Move the two halves apart.
2. Lock the casters.
3. Hold the top edge and release the table lock.
4. Bring the top edge towards you. The legs will open as the table swings down.
5. When the legs are fully open, snap the leg locks closed.
6. Repeat numbers 2 thru 5 on the second half of the table.
7. Move the tables together.
8. Attach the net by clamping the posts on both sides of the table. The net should be tight
and not sagging.

To Close the Table
1. Remove the net.
2. Pull back on the leg locks.
3. With the casters locked, lift up on the end of the table.
4. As the table goes up, the legs will fold in.
5. When the table is fully up, the bottom edge will snap into the table lock.
CAUTION: Be certain the table is locked when in the raised position. If not properly locked,
the table can swing down causing damage or personal injury.
6. Repeat numbers 2 thru 5 on the second half of the table.
STEP 4 - LEVELING THE TABLE
The table should be set-up on a level surface. If the surface is slightly uneven the legs and
casters can each be adjusted about 3/8 inch. The leg adjusters are screwed in or out. The
casters have a ring between the caster and the support bar.
