Congratulations on purchasing a Full Boar Petrol
Demolition Breaker.
Your Full Boar Petrol Demolition Breaker FBT-2000 has
been designed for heavy duty breaking and chipping of
concrete, block and masonry products.
INTRODUCTION
WARNING! Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings
and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference. The term “power tool” in the warnings
refers to your petrol-operated power tool.
1. Work area safety
a. Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
b. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
c. Never run engine in an enclosed area. Exhaust gases contain deadly, poisonous carbon
monoxide, which has no odour or taste. Exposure may cause loss of consciousness and may
lead to death.
d. Keep by-standers, children and visitors away while setting up demolition breaker.
Distractions can result in mistakes.
e. Keep the engine at least 1 metre (3 feet) away from buildings and other equipment during
operation. Do not place flammable objects close to the engine. Procedure should be followed
to prevent fire hazards and to provide adequate ventilation.
2. Personal safety
a. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool.
Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal
injury.

GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
b. Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Contain long hair. Keep your
hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be
caught in moving parts.
c. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of
the power tool in unexpected situations.
d. Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Dust mask, non-skid safety shoes and hard
hat must be used for appropriate conditions.
3. Power tool use and care
a. Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct
power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
b. Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with
the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in
the hands of untrained users.
c. Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts
and any other condition that may affect the power tool’s operation. If damaged, have the
power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
d. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges
are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
e. Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions,
taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power
tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
f. Always shut off the engine, allow the engine to cool and remove the spark plug before
performing any maintenance. Such preventative measures reduce the risk of starting the
demolition breaker accidentally.
g. Never douse or squirt the unit with water or any other liquid. Keep handles dry and clean;
free from oil and grease. Allows for better control of the power tool.
4. Service
a. Demolition breaker service must be performed only by qualified repair personnel. Service or
maintenance performed by unqualified repair personnel could result in injury.
b. When servicing a demolition breaker, use only identical replacement parts. Follow
instructions in the Maintenance Section of this manual. Use of unauthorized parts or failure to
follow maintenance instructions may create a risk of injury and may void your warranty.

WARNING! This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.

cavity.
• Alwaysusethehandles,thisgivesyougreatercontroliftheaccessoryshouldbecomejammed.
• Usethickcushionedglovesandlimittheexposuretimebytakingfrequentbreaks.
• Vibrationcausedbythehammeractionmaybeharmfultoyourhandsandarms.
• Whenremovinganaccessoryfromthetoolavoidcontactwithskinanduseproperprotectivegloves
when grasping the bit or accessory. Accessories may be hot after prolonged use.
• Youngchildrenshouldbesupervisedtoensurethattheydonotplaywiththeappliance.
WARNING! Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling and other construction
activities contain chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Some examples of these chemicals are:
• Leadfromlead-basedpaints;
• Crystallinesilicafrombricks,cementandothermasonryproducts,and;
• Arsenicandchromiumfromchemically-treatedtimber.
The risk from such exposures vary depending on how often you do this type of work. To reduce your
exposuretothesechemicals;workinawellventilatedarea,andworkwithapprovedsafetyequipment,
such as those dust masks that are specifically designed to filter out microscopic particles.
Always wear eye protection and a dust mask for dusty applications and when drilling/chiselling
overhead. Sanding particles can be absorbed by your eyes and inhaled easily and may cause health
complications.

WARNING! Ensure the tool has been shut off and completely stopped before
performing any of the following operations.
Removing and Fitting the Chisel
The Full Boar FBT-2000 comes with 2 chisel attachments that require fitting before starting
the demolition breaker.
1. Pull the quick release bit lock out and rotate 180
degrees to free the chisel.
2. Slide the chisel shank out of the accessory retainer.
3. To fit a chisel slide the accessory into the accessory
retainer.
4. Secure the chisel in place by pulling the quick release bit
lock out and rotate 180 degrees.
Pull on the attachment to check that the chisel is secure.
Note: The accessories will have a small amount (approx.
10-12mm) of back and forth movement from the
accessory holder, this is normal.
Note: To avoid damage to the quick release bit lock, only
use round hex shank bits. Damage caused to the bit
lock by using incorrect accessories will not be covered
under warranty.

WARNING! Accessories can be hot after use, always wear gloves to prevent
burns or lacerations.
IMPORTANT! Always lubricate the accessory fitment prior to inserting them into
the demolition breaker. Using your finger, apply grease sparingly to the shaft of
the accessory. Lubricating the accessory will prolong the life of your tool. Non-
lubrication of accessories will void your warranty.

PRE-OPERATION CHECK
Adding Fuel
The 2-stroke demolition breaker requires a fuel mix of 40 parts of unleaded petrol (91
Octane) to 1 part 2-stroke engine oil. Ensure you are using the markings on the 40:1 side of
the mixing bottle.
1. Pour unleaded petrol up to the top mark of the main
compartment.
2. Pour 2-stroke oil up to the top mark of the small
compartment.
3. Close both lids and rotate the mixing bottle to allow the
oil to enter the main compartment. Shake the mixture
thoroughly.
4. Remove the fuel tank cap and pour the fuel mixture into
the demolition breaker up to the filler neck.
5. Once filled, ensure that the fuel tank cap is refitted tightly.

WARNING! Be careful not to spill fuel when refuelling. Spilled fuel or fuel vapour
may ignite. If any fuel is spilled, make sure the area is dry before starting the engine.
WARNING! Keep away from cigarettes, smoke and sparks when refuelling the
demolition breaker. Always refuel in a well-ventilated location.

Starting the Demolition Breaker
1. Press the priming bulb 10 times to prepare the
carbueretor for starting.
2. Close the choke lever by pushing it up towards “ “ .
3. Hold the demolition breaker handle firmly with one
hand. With the other hand, pull slightly on the recoil
starter until you feel resistance and then pull hard and
swiftly.
Do not let the recoil starter retract by itself, guide it back
by hand.
4. Repeat step 3 until the engine starts. Once started open
the choke lever by pushing it down towards “ “.
Note: Allow the engine to warm up for a few minutes
before changing the throttle speed.

OPERATION
Adjusting the Speed
1. To increase the speed push the throttle lever away with
your thumb.
2. To decrease the speed allow the throttle lever to retract.
Stopping the Engine
1. Reduce the speed of the engine by allowing the throttle
lever to retract.
2. Press the kill switch to shut off the engine.
Note: Always wait for the attachment to stop moving before
setting the tool down.
