Acceptance
Test outside conditions of de ivery. The de ivery shou d be compared
to the bi of ading and checked whether a is comp ete. It is a so
to check whether a regu ar accessories are inc uded in the de ivery.
This is to see in this book et under "genera data", in the machine card or on a
specia page. Specia accessories cou d be seen on the packing ist.
If damage is to be suspected it has to be recorded immediate y.
The extent of the damage shou d be described as exact as possib e on
the bi of ading or any other document or e se, the de ivery of the
machine shou d be refused.
If any damage due to the transport is noticed after acceptance on y,
the agent shou d be informed immediate y and a record shou d be made
on the spot, either in his or his representative's presence. Do not touch
anything before the above mentioned record has been made.
After the damage has been recorded and the document has been signed by
the agent or his representative, we beg to inform us as exact as possib e about
the extent of the damage. This information wi enab e us to judge whether the
damage cou d be repaired
owith spare parts
orequires the presence of one of our mechanical engineers
owhether the whole machine must be returned to our factory.
If there is no objection or damage in transit, the comp eteness of the batch
is to be checked on the basis of the bi of de ivery.
