Dear User:
Please drive E-bike safely .The FEM3 instrument is one of the components to
operate an E-bike and to control cycling status. Please read instructions carefully
before using. Here we write the professional manual in order to make you
understand its materials, installation, setup, adjustment, maintenance and normal
use of the instrument clearly.
For your driving safety, before changing the settings, the first thing is to stop
before the relevant settings.

1.Open the display package, and take out LCD display and its components.
2.Use the Allen key to open the back of display and lock button, then take out
the rubber gasket.
3.Place the rubber gasket to the middle of the handlebar, and then fix the LCD
display to the rubber gasket on the faucet, and lock it with the latch.
4.Fix the Key module on the side of e-bike left brake.

Function switch:Riding gear shift , Assist Mode, Backlight turn on or off,
Multi-function display switch, ODO/Trip/Single riding time, Trip/ Single riding time
clearing, Battery display, Fault code display.
Level 1 setting:Miles/Km, Speed limit, Wheel diameter, Auto power-off time, Total
gear, Backlight brightness, Sleep time settings.
Level 2 setting:ID setting.
Level 3 setting:Power-on passward setting, Turn on or off power-on password,
Stall L turn on or off.
Note: Restore the factory settings usually before shipping out of the
factory, users or non-professionals do not operate, so as not to affect the
speed accuracy and riding status.

The LCD display have the all-in-one button key,installing on its throttle.
Its shape and location shown as belowing:

During the subsequent description, the up button called "MODE"; the
middle button called "+" ,and the bottom button called "-" instead.
Make sure the battery is energized and turn on the battery switch or the
electric vehicle power switch.
Press "MODE" button for 3 seconds to start up. In the startup states,
press "MODE" button for another 3 seconds to shut down.
Note: If more than four hours without the use of E-bike, please take off
the battery from the E-bike and have a reasonable storage.

7. Fault code display
During the power-on status,short press the button“+” to add one
mode,similarly, short press the button “-”to decrease one mode.
During the power-on status, long press the button “-” for three seconds,
and then enter assist mode. It will return to the cycling mode when press the
button “-”.
Note:The assisting mode is only suitable for use in walking mode and
should not be used when riding.
In the power-on state, press "+" button for 2 seconds to turn on the
backlight and press the "+" button for another 2 seconds will shut down the
backlight. If the E-bike is equipped with front / rear headlights, headlights will
turn on or off together with the backlight.

In the power-on state, press the "MODE" button to switch Trip /ODO/ Trip
riding time. Setting interface as shown below:
During the power-on state, long press the button “M” and “-” at the
same time for 2 seconds, trip and single riding time is cleared.
Note: The ODO can not be cleared.

The remaining battery capacity display interface as shown below:
when the E-bike electronic control system fails, the FEM3 instrument will
automatically display the fault code. The definition of the table and fault code
display interface as shown below:
