one of the sealing plugs to be found at the bottom part
of the ResistTel ase and s rew in the able gland
M20x1,5 ompletely. Lead the onne ting ord with the
wire ends through the able gland, fasten the ord with
the able gland and onne t the wire ends (a ording to
the onne tion table) to the terminals 5 to 10 in the
ResistTel.
Co issioning and Operation
Conne t the plug of the headset to the ja k of the on-
ne ting ord and put on the headset. Adjust the height
of ea h headset muff equally on both sides while hold-
ing the headband down on the top of the head until the
ear ushions have a tight and omfortable fit. The head-
band should sit straight and omfortable on the top of
the head. Adjust the flexible goosene k so that the mi ro-
phone is positioned at a distan e of approximately 5 mm
(0,2”) in front of your lips. Optimal voi e transmission and
the best possible noise ompensation are then pro-
vided. If the headset has been onne ted orre tly,
the headset mode repla es the handsfree mode of the
ResistTel. For this reason the handsfree mode of the
ResistTel is not possible with onne ted headset. If you
swit h on the ResistTel with the loudspeaker key you are
operating in headset mode. With the +/- keys of the
ResistTel you an hange the re eiving volume of the
headset for the a tual onversation. If you want to
hange the re eiving volume of the headset permanently
use the ResistTel menu „Settings_Headset Volu e“.
End of Operation
You terminate the onversation by pressing the loud-
speaker key. Take off the headset. Coil the onne ting
ord and hang it on the bra ket together with the head-
set. You terminate the headset mode if you dis onne t
the onne ting plug of the headset from the onne ting
ord.
Maintenance
When leaning, ensure that no moisture is allowed to
penetrate the inside of the headset. Do not use any
solvents (e.g. fuel, al ohol et .). Remove any loose dust
with a soft brush. If ne essary, lean the outside with a
suitable lean tissue only slightly moistened with lear
water and subsequently rub the devi e dry again. If
heavily soiled, a little dishwashing liquid an be used in
Bügels, dieser zuerst befestigt werden. Dana h kann die
Wandmontage des Telefons erfolgen. Zum Ans hließen
der Kopfgarnitur ist einer der am Telefongehäuse des
ResistTel befindli hen Vers hlussstopfen zu entfernen
und dur h eine Kabelvers hraubung M20x1,5 IP66 zu
ersetzen. Die Ans hlussleitung ist mit den Leitungs-
enden dur h die Kabelvers hraubung dur hzuführen
und mit der Kabel-Vers hraubung zu fixieren. Die
Aderenden sind (gemäß Ans hlusstabelle) an die Klem-
men 5 bis 10 im ResistTel anzus hließen.
Inbetriebnah e und Betrieb
Ste ker der Kopfgarnitur in die Bu hse der Ans hluss-
leitung ste ken und Kopfgarnitur aufsetzen. Die Hör-
s halen sind am Kopfbügel so einzustellen, dass die
Ohren gut umges hlossen werden und der Kopfbügel
auf der Kopfmitte aufliegt. Eine optimale Spra hüber-
tragung und bestmögli he Geräus hkompensation ist
dann gegeben, wenn si h das Mikrofon in einem Ab-
stand von a. 5 mm von den Lippen befindet. Ist die
Kopfgarnitur ri htig anges hlossen, ersetzt der Betrieb
mit Kopfgarnitur den Betrieb Freispre hen des ResistTel.
Daher ist der Betrieb Freispre hen bei anges hlossener
Kopfgarnitur ni ht mögli h. Wenn Sie das ResistTel mit
der Lautspre her-Taste eins halten, befinden Sie si h
im Kopfgarniturbetrieb. Mit den +/- Tasten am ResistTel
kann die Kopfgarniturlautstärke für das Gesprä h geän-
dert werden. Eine dauerhafte Änderung der Kopfgarni-
turlautstärke ist über das ResistTel Menü „Einstellungen_
Kopfgarnitur“ dur hzuführen.
Betriebsende
Dur h Drü ken der Lautspre hertaste wird das
Gesprä h beendet. Nehmen Sie die Kopfgarnitur ab.
Wi keln Sie die Verbindungsleitung auf und hängen Sie
zusammen mit der Kopfgarnitur auf dem Bügel. Der
Kopfgarniturbetrieb ist dur h Trennen des Verbin-
dungsste kers der Kopfgarnitur von der Ans hluss-
leitung beendet.
Pflege und Wartung
Beim Reinigen ist darauf zu a hten, dass keine Feu htig-
keit in das Innere der Kopfgarnitur dringt. Keine Lösungs-
mittel (z.B. Benzin, Alkohol) zum Reinigen verwenden.
Losen Staub mit einem wei hen Pinsel entfernen. Wenn
erforderli h, ist das Gerät außen mit einem geeigneten,
nur lei ht mit klarem Wasser angefeu htetes, sauberes
Tu h zu reinigen. Ans hließend ist das Gerät tro ken
