Installation:
It's very easy to install, you can search FGen softbox and browse it on YouTube
or read the video on the amazon product page for more information.
In addition, here are the steps for you:
a. Opens the softbox umbrella. Press the lamp holder ring firmly onto the lamp
holder to fully open the softbox umbrella.
b. The light stand can be adjusted to the desired height and inclination, simply
fasten the nuts tight.
c. Connect the softbox umbrella to the stand. Before assembly, you have to
remove the plastic sleeve on the 1/4 "thread of the stand.
d. Plug in and open the remote control on the cable to turn on the softbox.

A1: Definitely! The bulbs may be damaged during the long time shipping. We
