Capitolo 8 ISTRUZIONI PER L’UTILIZZATORE
Le informazioni contenute in questo capitolo sono destinate all’utilizzatore oppure a personale non specializzato (vedi par. 1.3 Manuale
d’uso e manutenzione).
Una volta installata, secondo le istruzioni di cui al cap. 3 (vedi Manuale d’uso e manutenzione), la macchina è da considerare pronta
all’uso.
8.1 COMANDI
A seconda dei modelli la macchina verrà fornita di combinazioni diverse di comandi:
8.1.1 Descrizione dei comandi e pulsanti ( Fig. 10)
I comandi di cui è dotata la macchina sono :
- interruttore generale ( 1 ). Consente l’accensione o lo
spegnimento della macchina
- spia sbrinamento ( 2 ). Consente di visualizzare la fase
dello sbrinamento
- deviatore alta/bassa umidità relativa ( 3 ). Consente
di ottenere 2 diversi gradi di umidità relativa: più alta
in posizione H, più bassa in posizione L.
Il pannello di comando è un termoregolatore digitale per il freddo
ed è provvisto di 4 pulsanti con funzioni speciche:
- Display ( 10 ) visore di temperatura e dello stato
di funzionamento della macchina.
- Tasto Set ( 12 ) accede al Setpoint, accede ai menù
di programmazione conferma i comandi.
- Tasto fnc ( 11 ) funzione di ESC uscita dallo stato
di programmazione.
- Tasto Up ( 5 ) consente l'incremento dei valori, (temp.
più alta) o l'attivazione manuale del ciclo di sbrinamento.
- Tasto Down ( 4 ) consente il decremento dei valori,
(temp. più bassa)
8.1.2 Allarmi e segnalazioni ( Fig. 10 )
L'interruttore generale ( 1 ) è dotato di una spia luminosa che
segnala la presenza di tensione.
Sul pannello di comando compaiono le seguenti segnalazioni di funzioni in atto :
- led COMP ( 9 ) indicatore acceso quando il compressore è in funzione, lampeggiante per ritardo partenza o
protezione attivata.
- led FAN ( 7 ) indicatore acceso quando la ventola evaporatore è in funzione.
- led DEF ( 8 ) indicatore acceso durante lo sbrinamento, lampeggiante per attivazione manuale.
- led ALL ( 6 ) acceso per allarme di temperatura in atto per disattivarlo premere un tasto qualsiasi.
L'indicazione E1 sul display indica una avaria della sonda ambiente.
L'indicazione E2 sul display indica una avaria della sonda evaporante.
8.2 INDICAZIONI RELATIVE ALL’USO
8.2.1 Avviamento
Prima di effettuare l’avviamento è necessario vericare che il collegamento elettrico e l’allacciamento siano stati realizzati come
previsto nei par. 3.3 e 3.4. Manuale d’uso e manutenzione.
E’ inoltre necessaria una pulizia preliminare secondo le modalità descritte nel par. 5.2.1. Manuale d’uso e manutenzione.
Sequenza di avviamento ( Fig. 10 )
- disporre l’interruttore generale ( 1 ) sulla posizione - I -
- attendere che il pannello di comando cessi di lampeggiare ( solo Comando Elettronico )
- attivare gli eventuali comandi ausiliari ( 3 ).
8.2.2 Modi di arresto ( Fig. 10 )
- disattivare gli eventuali comandi ausiliari
- disporre l’interruttore generale ( 1 ) sulla posizione - O -

8.2.3 Messa a punto e regolazione
La macchina è impostata, dalla fabbrica, per poter funzionare alla seguente temperatura :
- gamma TNBV PASTRY ( temperatura normale bassa ) - 2° C
- gamma BTV PASTRY ( bassa temperatura ) - 25° C
- gamma BTV ICE ( bassa temperatura ) - 30° C
- gamma BTST ICE ( bassa temperatura ) - 30° C
Se l’utilizzatore vuole operare in condizioni di temperatura diverse da quelle impostate, deve agire come segue :
Comando Elettronico ( Fig. 10)
• Termoregolatore
- Premere SET ( 12 ) e rilasciare, sul display compare la label "SET", premere nuovamente per visualizzare la temperatura
..impostata.
- Per incrementare la temperatura agire sul tasto UP ( 5 ) entro 5 secondi.
- Per abbassare la temperatura agire sul tasto DOWN ( 4 ) entro 5 secondi.
Lo strumento memorizza automaticamente l'ultimo valore di temperatura impostato.
8.2.4 Sbrinamento automatico e manuale
La macchina è impostata, dalla fabbrica, per poter effettuare lo sbrinamento automatico ad intervalli prestabiliti come segue :
- gamma TNBV ( temperatura normale bassa ) N.1 sbrinamento con durata 30’ ogni 8 ore di funzionamento
- gamma BTV ( bassa temperatura ) N.1 sbrinamento con durata 30’ ogni 6 ore di funzionamento
- gamma BTST ( statica ) sbrinamenti manuali durata 4 ore
ATTENZIONE: La gamma BTST Bassa temperatura statica è predisposta per degli sbrinamenti manuali, necessari quando lo
spessore del ghiaccio sulle pareti interne superi il centimetro. Dopo ogni sbrinamento manuale vericare la corretta pulizia
delle superci interne e procedere alla sua asciugatura, per evitare l’immediata formazione di ghiaccio una volta acceso.
Svuotare la bacinella di raccolta acqua di sbrinamento e riposizionarla correttamente nella sua sede
Per i modelli con Comando Elettronico,l’utilizzatore può effettuare uno sbrinamento manuale, a seconda delle proprie necessità,
agendo come segue ( Fig. 10 ) :
- premere, per oltre 3 secondi, il tasto UP/DEFROST ( 5 )
- durante il ciclo di sbrinamento il led DEF ( 8 ) rimane acceso
N.B: durante il ciclo di sbrinamento automatico o manuale sul pannello di comando rimane acceso l’indicatore
DEF ( 8 ) Al termine del ciclo di sbrinamento l’indicatore si spegne e la macchina riprende automaticamente il ciclo normale
di funzionamento.

Section 8 USER INSTRUCTIONS
The information in this section of the manual regards the user or other non-specialized personnel (see par. 1.3 in the “Instruction
and Maintenance Manual”). After the appliance has been installed in accordance with the instructions of section 3 of this manual, it
is ready for use.
8.1 CONTROLS
According to the models, the appliance is equipped of diffe-
rent types of controls:
8.1.1 Description of controls and pushbuttons (Fig.10)
The appliance is equipped with the following controls:
- main switch (1). To switch on and switch off the machine
- defrost warning light (2). It displays the defrost cycle.
- Switch for high/low humidity levels (3). Set to “H”
for high humidity and “L” for low humidity level .
The control panel comprises a refrigeration control digital
thermoregulator and is supplied with 4 pushbuttons with spe-
cical functions:
- Display (10). To control temperature and machine
functioning state.
- Set (12). To enter in Setpoint and in programming
Menus and to conrm the controls.
- fnc (11) ESC function. To go out from programming
state.
- UP (5). To increase values, (higher temperature) or
to start manually the Defrost cycle
- DOWN (4). To decrease values, (lower temperature)
Alarms and indications (Fig. 10)
The main switch (1) is equipped with a warning light that indicates the tension presence.
The following operating status indications appear on the control panel:
- COMP led (9): lighted when the compressor is running, ashing for departure delay or activated protection.
- led FAN (7): the indicator is on when evaporator ventilator is working
- DEF led (8): lighted during the defrost cycle, ashing for manual starting up.
- ALL led (6): lighted for alarm of temperature in progress
“E1” on display indicates faulty ambient sensor
“E2” on display indicates faulty evaporator sensor
8.2 OPERATION
8.2.1 Start-up
Before starting up the unit check that the electrical connections have been made correctly as indicated in headings 3.3 and 3.4

Perform preliminary cleaning of the unit as described in sub-heading 5.2.1. “Instruction and Maintenance Manual”
Starting sequence (Fig.10)
- set the main power switch (1) to - I -
- wait until the control panel stops ashing (Electronic Controls only)
- activate auxiliary commands ( 3 ).
8.2.2 Stopping the unit (Fig.10)
- deactivate any auxiliary commands
- set the main power switch (1) to - 0 -

8.2.3 Set-up and adjustment operations
The appliance is factory set for operation at the following temperature:
- TNBV range PASTRY (normal low temperature) - 2° C
- BTV range PASTRY (low temperature) -25° C
- BTV range ICE (low temperature) -30° C
- BTST range ICE (low temperature) -30° C
If you intend to use different temperatures, proceed as follows (Fig.10):
- press SET (12) and release, the display shows the “SET” label, press again to visualize the programmed temperature
- to increase the temperature, press the UP key (5) within 5 seconds
- to lower the temperature, press the DOWN key (4) within 5 seconds
The instrument automatically memorizes the programmed temperature last value.
8.2.4 Automatic and manual defrosting
The appliance is factory set for automatic defrosting at preset intervals as described below:
- TNBV range (normal low temperature) One 30' defrost cycle every 8 hours of operation
- BTV range (low temperature) One 30' defrost cycle every 6 hours of operation
If you wish to defrost Electronic Control models manually in accordance with effective requirements, proceed as follows (Fig.10):
- press the UP/DEFROST key (5) for more than 3 seconds
- during the defrost cycle the DEF led (8) remains illuminated.
N.B: during the automatic or manual defrost cycle the DEF led (8) on the control panel will be steadily illuminated. At the
end of the defrost cycle the led will switch off and the appliance automatically resumes its normal operating cycle.

Les informations contenues dans ce chapitre sont destinées à l’utilisateur ou aux personnes non spécialisées (voir paragraphe 1.3
du livret d’instruction et entretien).
Une fois installé conformément aux instructions du chap. 3, l’appareil peut être considéré comme prêt à l’usage.
8.1 COMMANDES
L'appareil est fournì, selon les modèles, avec différents types de commandes:
8.1.1 Commande électronique
Description (Fig. 10)
Les commandes dont est doté l’appareil sont:
- interrupteur général (1). Permet l’allumage ou l’extinction
de l’appareil.
- témoin dégivrage (2). Il afche le stade de dégivrage
- commutateur humidité relative élevée/faible (3). Permet
d’obtenir 2 degrés différents d’humidité relative: plus
levée en position H, plus faible en position L.
Le panneau de commande est un thermorégulateur digital
pour le froid et il est doté de 4 touches ayant des fonctions
spéciques
- Display (10). Permet de visualiser la température et
l’état de fonctionnement de la machine.
- Touche Set (12). Permet d’accéder au Setpoint et aux
menus de programmation, et conrme les commandes.
- Touche fnc (11) fonction de ESC. Permet de sortir
de l’état de programmation.
- Touche Up (5). Permet d’ augmenter les valeurs,
(temp. plus élévée) ou d’activer manuellement le cycle
de dégivrage.
- Touche Down (4). Permet de diminuer les valeurs,
(temp. plus basse).
Alarmes et signalisations (Fig. 10)
L’interrupteur général (1) est doté d’un témoin lumineux signa-
lant la présence de tension.
Sur le panneau de commande apparaissent les signalisations suivantes des fonctions en cours:
- led COMP (9) indicateur allumé quand le compresseur est en marche, clignotant pour rétard de départ ou protection activée.
- led FAN (7) (ventilateur): indicateur allumé avec ventilateur évaporateur en marche.
- led DEF (8) indicateur allumé pendant le dégivrage, clignotant pour activation manuelle.
- led ALL (6) allumé pour alarme de température en cours.
L’indication E1 sur l’afcheur indique une avarie au niveau de la sonde de température ambiance
L’indication E2 sur l’afcheur indique une avarie au niveau de la sonde de l’évaporateur.
8.2 INDICATIONS RELATIVES A L’UTILISATION
8.2.1 Démarrage
Avant d’effectuer le démarrage, il faut vérier que le raccordement électrique et le branchement ont été effectués comme prévu
aux par. 3.3 et 3.4. livret d’instruction et entretien
Il est également nécessaire de faire un nettoyage préliminaire en suivant les modalités décrites au par. 5.2.1.livret d’instruction et
entretien.
Séquence de démarrage (Fig. 10)
- disposer l’interrupteur général (1) sur la position - I -
- attendre que le panneau de commande cesse de clignoter (Commande Electronique uniquement)
- activer les éventuelles commandes auxiliaires ( 3 ).
8.2.2 Modes d’arrêt (Fig. 10)
- désactiver les éventuelles commandes auxiliaires
- mettre l’interrupteur général (1) sur la position - O -

8.2.3 Mise au point et réglage
L’appareil est réglé, en usine, pour pouvoir fonctionner à la température suivante:
- gamme TNBV PASTRY ( température normale basse ) - 2° C
- gamme BTV PASTRY ( basse température ) - 25° C
- gamme BTV ICE ( basse température ) - 30° C
- gamme BTST ICE ( basse température ) - 30° C
Si l’utilisateur désire travailler dans des conditions de température différentes de celles réglées, il doit procéder comme
suit (Fig.10):
- Presser la touche SET (12) et relâcher, sur l’afcheur apparaît “SET”, presser de nouveau pour visualiser la température
programmée.
- Pour augmenter la température, agir sur la touche UP (5) dans les 5 secondes
- Pour abaisser la température, agir sur la touche DOWN (4) dans les 5 secondes
L’instrument mémorise automatiquement la dernière valeur de température programmée.
8.2.4 Dégivrage automatique et manuel
L’appareil est réglé, en usine, pour pouvoir effectuer le dégivrage automatique à des intervalles préxés, comme suit:
- gamme TNBV ( température normale basse) 1 dégivrage de durée 30’ toutes les 8 heures de fonctionnement
- gamme BTV ( basse température ) 1 dégivrage de durée 30’ toutes les 6 heures de fonctionnement
Pour les modèles à Commande Electronique, l’utilisateur peut effectuer un dégivrage manuel selon ses propres exigences, en
agissant comme suit (Fig. 10) :
- presser, pendant plus de 3 secondes, la touche UP/DEFROST (5)
- durant le cycle de dégivrage, la Led DEF (8) reste allumé
N.B: Durant le cycle de dégivrage automatique ou manuel, l'indicateur DEF (8) reste allumé sur le panneau de commande.
Au terme du cycle de dégivrage, l'indicateur s'éteint et l'appareil reprend automatiquement le cycle normal de
fonctionnement.

Die in diesem Kapitel aufgeführten Anleitungen sind für den Benutzer bzw. nicht ausgebildetes Personal bestimmt (siehe Par.1.3
Bedienungs- und Wartungsanleitung).
Nach der Installation gemäß den Anleitungen in Kap. 3 ist das Gerät betriebsbereit.
8.1 BEDIENUNG
Nach Modell Kann die Maschine mit verschiedenen Bedienungstypen geliefert werden:
8.1.1 Elektronische Bedienung
Beschreibung (Abb. 10)
Die Gerätbedienung besteht aus:
- Hauptschalter (1): Ein- und Ausschalten des Geräts.
- Abtauung Kontrollampe (2). Erlaubt die
Abtauungsphase sichtbar zu machen.
- Umschalter hohe/niedrige rel. Luftfeuchtigkeit (3): Für 2
unterschiedliche rel. Luftfeuchtigkeitswerte.
Position H: höhere, Position L: niedrigere
Luftfeuchtigkeit.
Das Steuerpaneel ist ein digitaler Kälte-Temperaturregler und
ist mit vier Tasten mit bestimmte Funktionen verfügbar.
- Display (10) für die Kontrolle der Temperatur und den
Bertriebsstand des Geräts.
- Taste SET (12) Zugriff zur Setpoint, Programme und
Bestätigung der Steuerungen.
- Taste fnc (11) ESC-Funktion, Austritt aus der
Programmierung.
- Taste Up (5) Zunahme der Temperaturwerte (höhere
Temperatur) bzw. manuelle Aktivierung des Abtauzyklus.
- Taste Down (4) Abnahme der Temperaturwerte (niedrige
Temperatur).
8.1.2 Alarm und Signalisierungen (Abb. 10)
Der Hauptschalter ist mit einer Kontrolleuchte anliegender Spannung versehen.
Auf dem Steuerpaneel erscheinen folgende Signale für aktivierte Funktionen:
- Led COMP (9): Anzeiger angezündet bei Verdichterbetrieb, funkelnd bei Nachzündung oder aktivierte Schutzeinrichtung.
- Led FAN (7): Anzeiger eingeschaltet wenn der Verdampferventilator in Betrieb ist.
- Led DEF (8): Anzeiger angezündet während die Enteisung, funkelnd bei manuelle Aktivierung.
- Led ALL (6): Anzeiger angezündet bei Temperaturalarm.
Displayanzeige E1: Störung am Raumfühler.
Displayanzeige E2: Störung am Verdampferfühler.
8.2 GEBRAUCHSHINWEISE
8.2.1 Einschalten
Vor dem Einschalten ist sicherzustellen, daß elektrische und sonstige Anschlüsse gemäß den Vorgaben in den Abschnitten 3.3 und
3.4 durchgeführt wurden. Bedienungs- und Wartungsanleitung
Ferner ist eine vorläuge Reinigung gemäß den Vorgaben in Abschnitt 5.2.1 durchzuführen. Bedienungs- und Wartungsanleitung
Vorgehensweise beim Einschalten (Abb. 10):
- Hauptschalter (1) auf Position - I - stellen.
- Warten, bis das Steuerpaneel nicht mehr aufblinkt (nur bei Elektronik-Bedienung).
- Eventuelle Hilfsbedienungen aktivieren ( 3 ).
8.2.2 Ausschalten (Abb. 10)
- Eventuelle Hilfsbedienungen deaktivieren.
- Hauptschalter (1) auf Position - 0 - stellen.
