1. What operating systems does the watch support?
iOS 7.0 and Android 4.0 and later.
2. What can I do if I didn’t receive the verication code when
pairing it with the phone?
Please conrm the following:
if the SIM card is picking the signal;
if the SIM card accepts text messages and can connect to the
Internet;
if the IMEI number has been typed in correctly (to check the IMEI
number please enter the menu and select “IMEI”). Please contact the
customer service provider if all of the above are normal.
3. What can I do if the QR Code won’t scan?
Try again with more light or adjust the distance between the camera
lens and the QR Code.
