Beschreibung
Die Einhell Tischverlängerung ist ein Zubehörartikel
speziell für die Einhell Präzisionskreissäge PKS 250
W/D . Sie dient zur Vergrößerung des Auflagetisches
für langes Plattenmaterial . Die max. Gewichts-
belastung von 25 kg darf dabei nicht überschritten
werden.
Sicherheitsregeln
Beachten sie die Sicherheitsregeln der
Präzisionskreissäge.
Beachten sie die Betriebsanleitung der PKS.
Montieren sie die Einhell Tischverlängeung nur an
Einhell-Präzisionskreissägen.
Beachten sie beim Anbau die Montageanleitung.
Beachten sie die Belastbarkeit des Tisches lt.
Angaben in den technischen Daten.
Halten sie ihren Arbeitsplatz immer frei.
Belasten sie den Tisch nicht unnötig mit Material
Stellen sie keine schweren Werkzeuge auf dem
Tisch ab.
Vor Nässe und Feuchtigkeit schützen.
Eigenmächtige Veränderungen schließen eine
Haftung des Herstellers aus.
Schieben sie die Profile wie in der Zeichnung
oben ineinander. Schrauben sie die Vierkantmuttern M8 mit
den Linsenschrauben M8x10 in den
Abschlußwinkel.

Montage
Die Nummern auf den Zeichnungen entsprechen den laufenden Nummern der Ersatzteilliste.

Schrauben sie das Abschlußblech der PKS ab.
Montieren sie die Scharniere mit den Abschluß-
blechen wie abgebildet.
Schrauben sie die Vierkantmuttern M8 mit
den Linsenschrauben M8x10 in das
Abschlußblech.
Montieren sie die beiden Stützwinkel sowie
beide Rohrstützen.
Schieben sie den komplett vormontierten Tisch
mit dem Abschlußblech auf die Profile des
Tisches auf. Achten sie jedoch darauf daß die
Vierkantmuttern in die Nut eingeführt sind. Nun
ziehen sie nach Überprüfung alle Schrauben
fest. Danach stellen sie den Tisch parallel mit
der Maschine ein.

Description
The Einhell table length extension is an accessory
item intended specially for the Einhell PKS 250 W/D
precision circular saw. It extends the length of the
support table for long boards and panels. The
maximum weight limit of 25 kg is not to be exceeded.

Fit the table length extension in accordance with
the assembly instructions
Observe the maximum table load quoted in the

Do not load the table with material unnecessarily
Never place heavy tools on the table
Protect from the wet and damp.
The manufacturer shall be under no liability if
unauthorized changes are made.

Interlock the sections as shown in the drawing
above. Screw the M8 square nuts with the oval
M8x10 oval head screws in the end bracket.
Assembly
The numbers used in the drawings correspond to the serial numbers in the list of replacement parts.

Unscrew the end plate of the precision circular
saw. Fit the hinge to the end plates as shown. Screw the M8 square nuts with the M8x10
oval head screws in the end plate.
Fit the two support brackets and the two tubular
supports.
Slide the completely pre-assembled table with
end plate onto the sections of the table. Mare
sure that the square nuts are inserted in the
slot. Then adjust the table so it is parallel to the
machine.

Descrizione
La prolunga per piano di lavoro Einhell è un articolo
accessorio particolarmente adatto per la Segatrice
circolare di precisione PKS 250 W/D. Essa serve per
ampliare il piano d’appoggio per lunghe tavole di
materiale da lavorare. La portata massima di 25 kg
non deve essere in tal caso superata.

su segatrici circolari di precisione Einhell
Durante il montaggio attenersi alle relative

Rispettare la portata massima del piano di lavoro
come indicato nei dati tecnici
Tenere pulito il posto di lavoro
Non caricate inutilmente il piano di lavoro con del
materiale
Non appoggiate sul piano di lavoro arnesi o
utensili pesanti.
Proteggere dall’acqua e dall’umidità.
Mutazioni arbitrariamente eseguite escludono la
responsabilità da parte del produttore.

Infilate uno nell’altro i profilati come illustrato
nel disegno qui sopra
Avvitate i dadi quadrangolari M8 con vite a
testa lenticolare M8x10 sugli angolari
terminali.
Montaggio
I numeri sui disegni corrispondono ai correnti numeri dell’elenco pezzi di ricambio

Svitate la lamiera terminale della PKS. Montate
le cerniere con le lamiere terminali come sopra
illustrato.
Avvitate i dadi quadrangolari M8 con le viti a
testa lenticolare M8x10 nella lamiera
terminale.
Montate ambedue gli angolari di sostegno,
nonché ambedue i puntoni tubolari.
Sovrapponete il piano di lavoro completamente
premontato, provvisto di lamiera terminale, agli
angolari del piano di lavoro stesso, facendo
però attenzione che i dadi quadrangolari siano
stati inseriti nella scanalatura. Dopodiché
verificate che il piano di lavoro sia parallelo alla
macchina.

Encaixe os perfis uns nos outros,
conforme o desenho acima.
Fixe as porcas quadradas M8
com os parafusos de cabeça de lentilha
M8x10 na cantoneira de fechamento.
Montagem
Os números nos desenhos correspondem aos números na lista de peças sobressalentes

Desaparafuse a chapa de fechamento da PKS.
Monte as charneiras com as chapas de
fechamento, conforme o desenho.
Fixe as porcas quadradas M8 com os
parafusos de cabeça de lentilha M8x10 na
cantoneira de fechamento.
Monte as duas cantoneiras de apoio e os dois
suportes tubulares.
Empurre a mesa completa, montada
previamente, com a chapa de fechamento
sobre os perfis da mesa. Observe que as
porcas quadradas estejam introduzidas na
ranhura. Depois ajuste a mesa em paralelo à
máquina.

Descripción
La extensión de mesa de Einhell es una accesorio
concebido especialmente para la sierra circular de
precisión PKS 250 W/D de Einhell. La mesa sirve
para aumentar la superficie de trabajo y permitir
operar con planchas más largas. No se puede
superar la carga máxima admisible para la mesa de
25 kg.

montar a sierras circulares de Einhell.

No recarge la mesa con material de forma
innecesaria
No deposite herramientas pesadas sobre la
mesa.
¡Presérvese del agua y de la humedad!
Modificaciones hechas por iniciativa propia
eximen al fabricante de su responsabilidad.

Enclave los perfiles de las piezas de la forma
indicada en la ilustración
Atornille las tuercas cuadradas M8 con los
tornillos alomados M8x10 en el ángulo final.
Montaje
Los números indicados en las ilustraciones corresponden a los números correlativos de las piezas de
recambio.
