Safety Information
polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the
other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third
grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are
provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit
into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of
the obsolete outlet.
10. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched
particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the
point where they exit from the apparatus. If the power
cord is damaged, it must be repaired by a qualified
repairer.

11. Only use attachments/accessories specified by the
manufacturer.
12. Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket or table

When a cart is used, use caution when moving the

13. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when

Internet Radio Quick start Guide
Thanks for your buying! We are sure that it will provide you with years of enjoyment and reliable service.
What you need before you can use your Internet radio?
A broadband Internet connection.
A wireless access point (Wi-Fi) connected to your broadband Internet, preferably via a router.
If your wireless network is configured to use Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) or Wi-Fi Protected
Access (WPA) data encryption then you need to know the WEP or WPA code so you can get the
Internet Radio to communicate with the network.
If your wireless network is configured for trusted stations you will need to enter the Radio‟s MAC
address into your wireless access point.
To find the Radio’s MAC address, need 3 steps:
1. Press , and then press or to <Information Center>, press to confirm.
2. Press or to <System Information>, press to confirm, and it is done!
3. Press or to <Wireless Info>, press to confirm, and you will get it!
To enter the MAC address into your wireless access point, read the instructions supplied with the
wireless access point maybe necessary.
Note: Before continue, make sure that your wireless access point is powered up and connected to your
broadband Internet.

Connecting to Network
Step 1 - Power up Radio
Connect the power adapter to connect the DC Jack on the side of the unit. After this connection is
made, insert the power adapter into the wall outlet, in use, radio can be switched on or off by
pressing .
Later, it will say:
Step 2 –Access to Network
If your network is not configured to request a password (WEP/WPA), radio will connect to the
network and display:
In some cases it may find more than one network. Press or to cycle through the name list,
press when the name of your favor network is displayed.
If a WEP/WPA key (password) is required, radio will display as following:
Press or to your favour Router, and then press to confirm.

Your radio will ask you to input the WEP/WPA code and display the password entry screen.
a. Press or to pick the character you‟ve desired, if you want quick run to number, you can
press directly reach 9-0.
b. While your target character shows up, press to select it, simultaneously, the cursor will forward
to next character for your selection.
c. If a wrong character is being input, press to delete it.
d. After input the last character, press to get your radio to try access internet.
Now, it should be connected to network and shows as below.
Note: a. WEP/WPA pass codes are case-sensitive.
b. Radio will automatically save the WEP/WPA code, therefore no bother to re-enter, unless you order a
<Reset to Default>.
Or, if it failed to access, please do follow:
A. Check your Router, see it works normally or not.
B. Relocate your radio to a stronger signal position, this is highly recommended!
C. Make sure your password is input correctly.

Choosing a Station
Note: If a wrong operation being conducted, you always can have it move back by pressing .
1. After your radio connect to network, press to enter while cursor point to <Internet Radio>.
2. Press to enter while cursor point to <Radio station/Music>.
3. Press or to your selecting option, press to confirm, and then step by step to your favor
program.
Note: a. There are seven options available for selecting a station: Global Top 20, Genre, Country/Location,
Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and USA.
b. „GENRE‟enables you to choose radio stations according to their content, for example Classic Rock,
Sport, News, etc.
c. „COUNTRY/LOCATION‟enables you to choose from the radio stations provided by any country which
you choose from a list.
d. Some radio stations do not broadcast 24 hours per day, and some stations are not always on-line.
e. If this station has on-demand content (that is, it gives the option of listening to programs which have
already been broadcasted.
