The CURE RIGHT DF-CR004 rechargeable UV Curing Gun utilizes the latest ultra

high ﬂux UV-A LED technology and is focused through custom designed optics to

provide a more ecient, faster, and safer cure light. Use for all automotive repair and

industrial curing needs utilizing ultraviolet light curable ﬁllers, base coats, primers, top

coats, and clear coatings.

WARNING

Up to 1 second curing time for some UV primers.

Powerful irradiance with maximum UV-A intensity of

55,000 μW/cm² at 8 inches (20cm).

Successfully tested on UV paint products by all major paint

manufacturers.

Only emits UV-A. Does not emit UV-B or UV-C.

Ecient active built-in cooling system keeps the light cooler

to maintain optimum light output during extended use.

Ecient ultrasonic range ﬁnder function.

Wall-Mounted charging station provides more convenient

recharging process.

Features :

1. UVA protection glasses must always be

worn when using the DF-CR004 UV Gun .

2. To prevent permanent eye injury and blindness: Do

not direct light at eyes. Risk of eye injuries!

3. Do not point UV light directly at uncovered skin.

4. Do not open the device, except when

removing battery for disposal/recycling.

5. Keep away from children ! This is not a toy.

6. Do not operate in direct sun light or extreme

temperature conditions.

7. Inspect before every use; do not use or charge if the

unit is damaged or any parts are loose.

8. Do not set light lens down on any surface. Potential

burn risk.

9. Have your device serviced by a qualiﬁed repair person

using only identical replacement parts. This will

ensure that the safety of the device is maintained.

10. Only use the USB charger included to charge the

lamp – The use of a NON-recommended chargers

can cause damage to the lamp or potentially cause

a ﬁre.

11. People with pacemakers should consult their

physician(s) before use. Electromagnetic ﬁelds in

close proximity to heart pacemaker could cause

pacemaker interference or pacemaker failure.

12. Contains Li-ion battery. Battery must be

recycled or disposed of properly. Do not open,

crush, heat above 140° F (60° C) or incinerate.

General Operation

Put the UV protection glasses on and do not

remove them until the unit is safely powered o.

Press the Main Switch for more than 1 second to

Power ON or OFF. Press the Light Trigger Switch

to activate & deactivate the UV light.

Accidental Triggering Protection System

Double click the Main Switch to lock or unlock

the light when the power and display screen is o.

Automatic Run Time Procedure

Press Set Button once to set the number of desired

minute(s). The minute timer will start ﬂashing.

Increase/decrease desired run time by pressing the

or button (Max run time 10 minutes).

Press button again to enter the desired seconds.

Seconds display will start ﬂashing. Increase/decrease

desired run time by pressing the or button (Max

run time 60 seconds).

By pressing and holding the or button

minutes/seconds are adjusted faster.

Press button to conﬁrm the setting procedure or auto

set after 5 seconds without adjustment.

The countdown will start after the trigger is pressed and

light is on.

The countdown can be manually stopped by pressing the

trigger , simultaneously turning o the light. Pressing

the trigger again will resume the countdown and turn

the light back on.

The last countdown setting will be remembered when

powered o using the Main Switch.

The light will be automatically switched o when the

countdown display reads " ".

The light will automatically power o after 60 minutes

without operation.

-Press button for more than 5 seconds when the

DF-CR004 is powered on . The display screen will

show the current temperature of the light .

-DF-CR004 has a built-in cooling system that will be

automatically powered on after reaching a

temperature higher than 104°F (40°C).

- Automatic active cooling system engages when light

light temperature reaches a range between 167°F

(75°C) to 194°F (90°C) . The UV Cure Gun can be

used during this active cooling, but a buzzer alarm

will sound every 30 seconds until the temperature

reaches below 122°F (50°C).

-The UV Gun will automatically switch o, when the

light temperature is above 194°F (90°C) . The

active cooling system will keep running until the

temperature is below 122°F (50°C).

-The light will not work until the cool down is

complete.

- For longer working life and to maximize

performance eciency, the light should be allowed

to cool down for few minutes after each use.

Put the corresponding adapter onto the

15V 1.5A universal charger.

Switch the light o and put it inside the

Wall-Mounted charging station. Connect

the charging station with 15V 1.5A

universal charger.

The charging port on the handle can also be

used when the charging station is not

available.

There will be a digital battery indicator on the

display screen showing the battery level during charging.

The battery indicator will ﬂash during charging. After

charging is complete the battery indicator will remain

solid and an alarm buzzer will sound 3 times.

When connected to charger, if the battery indicator does

not light up, please remove from the charger and try

again.

Always only use the charger recommended by

CURE RIGHT to charge the lamp. The use of a

non-recommended charger can lead to overheat-

ing or potential ﬁre.

Charge the DF-CR004 for 4-5 hours before

ﬁrst use and if stored for longer than 3 months.

DF-CR004 has a built-in ultrasonic range ﬁnder, ranging distance is 1.5” to 157±1.2” (4-400±3cm).

The display screen will show if distance is smaller than 1.5” (4cm) or longer than 157’ (400cm).

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Do not use the device if there is damage to the

housing, plug or cable.

Do not open the device ! There is a risk of sho-

circuit.

Repairs on the device may only be carried out by

commissioned and trained person, please contact

Dent Fix Equipment.

Carry out cleaning tasks only when the unit is

unplugged from power!

Protect the baery against heat caused by excessive

sunlight or re. Danger of explosion.

Keep away from excessive moisture. Do not immerse

in water.

If the baery is damaged or not charged correctly,

dangerous uids may leak from the baery.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

The device should not be discarded in the normal

household waste under any circumstances.

Dispose of the device via an authorized disposal

center or your communal waste disposal facility.

Observe the current applicable regulations. Contact

your waste disposal facility in the event of any

doubt.

WARRANTY

The device has a one year WARRANTY against

faulty workmanship or materials. The guarantee

does not apply to damage to the device arising

through a failure to comply with the operating

instructions.

irritations or severe burns. If you happen to come in

contact with these uids, rinse o immediately with

soap and water. Seek medical help immediately if the

uids make contact with your eyes or mouth.

Lamp lens will heat up and become hot aer being on

for a sho period. DO NOT TOUCH THE LAMP LENS

TO ANY SURFACE AFTER BEING ON or AFTER BEING

TURNED OFF UNTIL LENS IS COOLED.

RISK OF EYE INJURY ! DO NOT direct light at eyes or

permanent eye injury and blindness may occur.

ALWAYS USE UV EYE PROTECTION!

Dispose of all packaging materials via an environ-

mentally friendly disposal facility.

Rechargeable baeries must not be

disposed of in the household waste.

Return used rechargeable baeries to

a baery collection facility.
