The CURE RIGHT DF-CR004 rechargeable UV Curing Gun utilizes the latest ultra
high flux UV-A LED technology and is focused through custom designed optics to
provide a more ecient, faster, and safer cure light. Use for all automotive repair and
industrial curing needs utilizing ultraviolet light curable fillers, base coats, primers, top
coats, and clear coatings.
WARNING
Up to 1 second curing time for some UV primers.
Powerful irradiance with maximum UV-A intensity of
55,000 μW/cm² at 8 inches (20cm).
Successfully tested on UV paint products by all major paint
manufacturers.
Only emits UV-A. Does not emit UV-B or UV-C.
Ecient active built-in cooling system keeps the light cooler
to maintain optimum light output during extended use.
Ecient ultrasonic range finder function.
Wall-Mounted charging station provides more convenient
recharging process.
Features :
1. UVA protection glasses must always be
worn when using the DF-CR004 UV Gun .
2. To prevent permanent eye injury and blindness: Do
not direct light at eyes. Risk of eye injuries!
3. Do not point UV light directly at uncovered skin.
4. Do not open the device, except when
removing battery for disposal/recycling.
5. Keep away from children ! This is not a toy.
6. Do not operate in direct sun light or extreme
temperature conditions.
7. Inspect before every use; do not use or charge if the
unit is damaged or any parts are loose.
8. Do not set light lens down on any surface. Potential
burn risk.
9. Have your device serviced by a qualified repair person
using only identical replacement parts. This will
ensure that the safety of the device is maintained.
10. Only use the USB charger included to charge the
lamp – The use of a NON-recommended chargers
can cause damage to the lamp or potentially cause
a fire.
11. People with pacemakers should consult their
physician(s) before use. Electromagnetic fields in
close proximity to heart pacemaker could cause
pacemaker interference or pacemaker failure.
12. Contains Li-ion battery. Battery must be
recycled or disposed of properly. Do not open,
crush, heat above 140° F (60° C) or incinerate.
