device. Failure to comply with the instructions given in this manual or using the device not mentioned in this manual may
cause in serious personal injury or equipment damage.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
General Safety
• DO NOT touch the base or the steel parts of the kettle while the appliance is operating or immediately after operation.
These components will be hot and may cause burns or other personal injuries.
• DO NOT fill the kettle above the “MAX”line.Doing this may cause the water to boil over during operation and may
result in scalding.Minimum amount of water needed for boiling is 0.5 L, too little water will result in the kettle switching
o before the water has boiled.
• ALWAYS handle with care when there is hot water inside the kettle.Failure to do so may result in burns or scalding.
• Use the appliance with the specified voltage 120V 60Hz.
• DO NOT allow children to use or play with this appliance. Always keep this kettle and its components out of reach from
children.
• DO NOT use the kettle if the kettle is malfunctioning, if it is broken or chipped, or if the power cord or plug is damaged
in any way. Stop using and contact with Customer Support immediately.(page 8 )
• ALWAYS unplug the kettle when it is not being used. This will prevent moisture from causing a short circuit in the power
base while it is plugged in.
• This appliance is for indoor use ONLY.
Use & Care
• The ideal environment for using this product is at elevations lower than 2000m.If using this product at elevations higher
than 2000m, the capacity of water used should not exceed 0.8L.
• ALWAYS place the kettle on a dry, flat surface.
• DO NOT place the kettle on or near heat sources such as stove tops, ovens, and etc.
• DO NOT turn on the kettle while the lid is open.
• DO NOT cover the opening of the kettle while it is operating. Doing so may result in damage to the kettle.
• ALWAYS empty and clean the kettle after using each time. If necessary, descale the kettle by following the instructions
in Descaling the Kettle (page 7 )
• DO NOT attempt to repair the kettle or its parts by yourself or through other third-party appliances when it is broken.
Doing so may result in further damage or personal injury and will void your warranty.
• DO NOT dispose of this kettle in regular household waste.
• If the kettle has been taken away from the base,the system will be keeping the in-progress setting for 10 minutes.
• The kettle will automatically keep the temperature for 10 minutes. 212 °F Temperature will not automatically keep
warm for 10 minutes. (automatic KEEPWARM mode is designed for users who brew coee to enhance the experience)

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR BARISTA KETTLE
Water Test
BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove and safely discard any packaging material or promotional labels attached to your kettle.
2. It is recommended that filling the kettle to the maximum level with cold tap water before your first using, bring to the
boil by selecting the BOIL 212 °F, then discard the water.
3. Your kettle will only operate when positioned on the power base.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Perform the Water Test before using your kettle to make sure it’s working properly. Do not drink the water that is boiled
during this initial test.

1. Fill kettle with desired amount of water.
USING YOUR BARISTA KETTLE
2. Put the lid back on and and ensure spout is not close to
and/or facing a wall or cabinet.
4. Press the START/CANCEL key to start.3. Press the +/-key to select desired temperture.
6. The HOLD temp mode will be automatically turned on
for 10 mins, which will keep the temperature at the
target level.
8. Happy brewing!
5. Once desired temperature is reached, the machine
will beep.
7. After 10mins on HOLD mode, the machine will
BEEP 3 times and stop.
1. Turn Kettle ON/OFF:
To turn on, press the ON/OFF button.
To turn o, press the ON/OFF button
for 3s and wait for LCD screen to turn
black.

1. Press and hold the“ KEEP WARM”button for 3 seconds, will appear on the display. There won't be beep
sound and key tone anymore while mute mode is on.
2. Press and hold “ KEEP WARM” button for 3 seconds to quit Mute mode . will be disappeared from the display
NOTE:
Press on START CANCEL to turn on the kettle,the indicator lights will be lit from right to left, left to right one time
each and the monitor will be turned. on.the START CANCEL indicator will keep lighting.

• Press KEEP WARM to turn on hode temperature mode, “HOLD” will appear on the display, it allows the kettle to hit
your desired SET temperature and maintain that SET temperature for 120 minutes. Once in HOLD mode, set your
goal temperature with the steps above (in “Set a Goal Temperature”).
• If you lift your kettle o of the base and then return it to the base within 10mins and it will continue the previous
setting. If you lift your kettle o of the base more than 10mins, the setting will be reset and back to stand by mode.
• Once 120 minutes have passed without lifting the kettle o the base, the kettle will go into standby for 10 minutes,
then turn itself o.
• To turn HOLD mode o, press KEEP WARM buttom and the “HOLD” will be disappeared from the display.
Mute Mode

At higher elevations, water will boil at a lower temperature. At sea level water boils at 100°C. Forevery 500
feet/152 meters in elevation gain, the boiling point for water decreases by approx. 1.1°F/0.5°C. Please use the
following chart to know when your kettle is boiling:
HIGH ALTITUDE USE
Follow our brew chart below to use the optimal brew temperatures for coee, tea, and other hot drinks. Please
note, since tea has a wide range of types, the tea steeping temperatures below are basic guidelines. If your tea
comes with brew instructions, we recommend following their instructions.
