Pump kit components
Purpose If the condensate water cannot drain properly, a condensate pump
Part number 087353 can be installed. This document describes how this is to be done.
Tools needed You need the following tools to install the pump:
Standard handtools including screwdrivers and pliers.
Warning Switch off all power to the unit before you start mounting the pump.

Mode A and B There are two different operational modes:
Depending on the choice of mode, the hose needs to be fitted differently as shown
below:

How to install the condensate pump onto the unit
Introduction When the condensate pump has been prepared, it can now be mounted onto the unit.
Procedure
Procedure Follow these steps to fit the pump, power and signal wirings between the inlet and
outlet pipes:
Step Action
1 Mount the black drain hose to the reservoir. Fasten it using 2 pcs of cable tie.
2 Use cable ties to tie up the pressure equalization hose together with the
power/signal wiring.
3 Guide the power/signal cable and the pressure equalisation hose through the
square shaped hole in the corner of the cabinet.
4 Make sure that the drain hose is directed to the drain.

How to connect the condensate pump if mode A
Operation mode A:

Mount the pump on the T4 side of the unit where the drain is located, and follow the
steps below:
Procedure Follow these steps to install the condensate pump in mode A:
Step Action
1 Place the transparent pressure equalization hose beneath this edge of the
cabinet.
NOTE: The hose is painted blue in the picture to make the position more clear
2 Guide the pressure equalization hose through the cable grommet.
3 Cut off the equalization hose so that there is 20 mm left after the cable
grommets.

How to connect the condensate pump if mode B
Operation mode B:

Mount the pump on the T4 side of the unit where the drain is located, and follow the
steps below:
Procedure Follow these steps to install the condensate pump in mode B:
Step Action
1 Mount the pressure equalization hose to the reservoir.
NOTE: The pressure equalization hose is painted blue in the picture to make
the position more clear.
Reservoir is shown on page 4.
2 Guide and pull the pressure equalization hose together with the power/signal
wiring into the cabinet using the square shaped hole in the corner of the
cabinet.
There should be app. 20 mm left after the last cable grommet.
3 Lead the pressure equalization hose through the T2 area and afterwards
through the by-pass channel towards the T4 area.
4 Use the cable grommets to hold the power/signal cable and pressure
equalization hose in place.

How to connect the condensate pump to the control box
Control box and
wirings
Follow the instructions below to connect the control box:
Step Action
1 Connect the 4 pole green connector to the control box.
2 Connect the 2 pole green connector to the control box.
3 Disconnect the white connector J2 in the lower left corner of the PCB. Connect
it with the white connector from the cable (Y branch) to J2. Connect the 2
white connectors.
4 Connect the Earth terminals
