1. The spraying and bonding process to body shall be carried out in a ventilated place,and safety masks shall be worn.
2. Please notice to the use of different glues when assembling the vehicle body: the vehicle shell is made of ABS
material,please use ABS special glue; The window and lamp are made ofacrylic material. Please use less corrosive
transparent glue or special glue for the model.
3. Please make clean on the bonding surface before bonding the ABS plastic body, and there shall be no paintonthe
bonding surface. After applying ABS glue to the two adhesives, apply pressure for 10 seconds to fully bondthem.
4. Please conduct simulated assembly to determine the sequence of component before bonding or spraying.
5. For the wiring diagram of electronic equipment, please refer to the description on page X ofthe manual;
Please conduct power commissioning when the wheels are suspended.
6. This product is a high-precision model. Please read this manual carefully before assembly and assemble in strict
accordance with this manual.
7. Screw thread sealant shall be used during assembly. Please noted that the screw thread sealant shall not have any
contact with the shell parts. The screw thread sealant and ABS materials will produce chemical reaction, whichwill
embrittle and crack the shell.
8. It is recommended to use professional tools for installation. Please pay attention to the safety when use tools.
