1. INTRODUCTION TO FPT 180 CONVEYORS
Exact Equipment’s powered turn conveyors are the answer to many
backroom wrapping layout problems that require the turning of a process line to
conserve space or to allow one operator to serve both the loading and unloading
function.
Exact Equipment’s FPT 180 power turn features a sturdy, sanitary stainless
steel construction, power driven rollers and positive drive adjustment. Tapered
rollers eliminate the need for guide rails and provide accurate package turning and
movement. No lubrication is required.

Use a soft cloth and a mild soap and water solution to clean the surface
areas and polyurethane belts.
Be sure to wring excess solution from the cloth before cleaning and prevent
any water from dripping into motor areas as this may cause shorting and permanent
damage and/or possible hazard to operating personnel.
Clean the exterior surface with steel wool or Scotch Brite general all purpose
pads to remove any dried on food residue. DO NOT scrap with a knife or hard steel
object.
