This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as staff kitchen areas
in shops, offices and other working environments; farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments; bed and breakfast type environments; catering and similar non-retail
applications.
For EN standard: This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, special needs
persons or persons lacking experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision. (Europe directive optional)
For IEC standard: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with special
needs, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. (Europe directive optional)
Children should be supervised so that they do not play with the appliance.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similar
qualified persons in order to avoid hazards.
Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance.
The appliance must be be unplugged after use and before carrying out user maintenance on the
appliance.

DANGER: To avoid the risk of child entrapment, before you throw away your old refrigerator or freezer,
please ensure the following steps are taken:
∙Remove all refrigerator doors.
∙Leave the shelves in place so that children may not easily climb or fit inside.
The refrigerator must be disconnected from the source of electrical supply before attempting the
installation of an accessory.
Refrigerant and cyclopentane foaming material used for the refrigerator are flammable. Therefore, when
the refrigerator is scraped, it shall be kept away from any fire source and be recovered by a special
recovering company with corresponding qualification other than be disposed by combustion, so as to
prevent damage to the environment or any other harm.

CAUTION
∙Do not pull the power cord when pulling the power plug from the
refrigerator. Please firmly grasp the plus and pull it out from the socket
directly.
∙To ensure safe use, do not damage the power cord or use the power
cord when it is damaged or worn.
∙Please use a dedicated power socket and the power socket shall not
be shared with other electrical appliances. The power cord should be
firmly contacted with the socket or a fire hazard may result.
∙Please ensure that the grounding electrode of the power socket is
equipped with a reliable grounding line.
∙Please turn off the valve of the leaking gas and then open the doors
and windows in case of leakage of gas and other flammable gases. Do
not unplug the refrigerator and other electrical appliances during a
gas leak, as a spark may cause a fire hazard.
∙Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments
of the refrigerator, unless they are a type of an appliance as
recommended by the manufacturer.

∙Do not arbitrarily disassemble or reconstruct the refrigerator, nor
damage the refrigerant circuit; maintenance of the appliance must be
conducted by a specialist.
∙Damaged power cord must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
maintenance department or related professionals in order to avoid
danger.
∙The gaps between refrigerator doors and between doors and
refrigerator body are small, be noted not to put your hand in these areas
to prevent from squeezing the finger. Please be gentle when close the
refrigerator door to avoid falling articles.
∙Do not pick foods or containers with wet hands in the freezing chamber
when the refrigerator is running, especially metal containers in order to
avoid frostbite.
∙Do not allow any child to get into or climb the refrigerator, to avoid risk
of suffocation and injury.
∙Do not place heavy objects on the top of the refrigerator considering
that objectives may fall when close or open the door,and accidental
injuries might be caused.
∙Please pull out the plug in case of power failure or cleaning. Do not
connect the freezer to power supply within five minutes to prevent
damages to the compressor due to successive starts.
∙Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and highly corrosive items in
the refrigerator to prevent damage to the appliance or fire hazards.
∙Do not place flammable items near the refrigerator to avoid fire
hazards.
∙The refrigerator is intended for household use, primarily for the storage
of foods. The refrigerator shall not be used for other purposes, such as
storage of blood, drugs, biological products, etc.

∙Do not store beer, beverage or other fluid contained in bottles or
enclosed containers in the freezing chamber of the refrigerator; the
bottles or enclosed containers may crack due to freezing and cause
damage to the appliance and/or a safety hazard.

ENERGY WARNINGS
1.) Refrigerating appliances might not operate consistently (possibility of defrosting of contents, or
temperature becoming too warm in the frozen food compartment) when sited for an extended period of
time below the cold end of the range of temperatures for which the refrigerating appliance is designed.
2.) Effervescent / carbonated drinks should not be stored in food freezer compartments and cabinets or in
freezer-temperature compartments and cabinets. Beverages such as ice water should not be consumed
too cold.
3.) Do not exceed the storage time(s) as recommended by the food manufacturers for any foods,
particularly for commercially quick-frozen foods in the freezer and frozen-food storage compartments /
cabinets.
4.) Take precautions to prevent an undue rise in the temperature of frozen food when defrosting in the
refrigerator, such as wrapping the frozen food in several layers of newspaper.
5.) Rise in temperature of frozen food during manual defrosting, refrigerator maintenance or refrigerator
cleaning could shorten the food's storage life.
6.) For refrigerator doors or lids fitted with locks and keys, keep the keys out of the reach of children and
out of the vicinity of the refrigerating appliance, in order to prevent children from being locked inside the
refrigerator.
DISPOSAL WARNINGS
Refrigerant and cyclopentane foaming material used for the refrigerator are flammable. When the
refrigerator is scraped, it must be kept away from any fire source and be recovered by a special

When the refrigerator is scraped, disassemble the doors and remove of door and shelves. Put the
doors and shelves in a proper place, to prevent children from getting trapped inside the appliance.
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household waste.
To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste
disposal, please recycle this appliance responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of
material resources. For more information on how to properly recycle your used appliance,
please contact your local electronic waste / appliance recycling collection service.

REFRIGERATOR PLACEMENT
∙Before use, remove all packing materials, including bottom cushions,
foam pads and tape inside of the refrigerator; remove the protective film
on the doors and the refrigerator body.
∙Keep away from heat and avoid direct sunlight. Do not place the
freezer in moist or damp areas, to prevent rust and reduced insulation.
∙Do not spray or wash the refrigerator. Do not put the refrigerator in
moist or damp areas where it can be easily splashed with water, to
avoid affecting the electrical insulation properties of the refrigerator.
∙The refrigerator must be placed in a well-ventilated indoor area/room;
the ground must be flat and sturdy; if the appliance is not level/stable on
the floor, adjust the bottom feet of the appliance (See Page 9).
∙The top space of the refrigerator must be greater than 30 centimeters /
11.8 inches. Appliance should be placed against a wall with a space of
more than 10 centimeters / 3.9 inches from the wall, to facilitate heat
dissipation.

ADJUST LEVELING FEET
Before adjustment, ensure the refrigerator is disconnected from power. Use extreme
caution to prevent injury.
To adjust the leveling feet:
a. Turn the feet clockwise to raise the refrigerator
b. Turn the feet counter-clockwise to lower the refrigerator
c. Adjust the feet either right or left to allow the refrigerator to stand
level to the floor per instructions (See Page 8).

Replacement or maintenance of the LED lamps is intended to be made by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similar qualified person.

INSTALLING THE WATER LINE
INSTALLATION

Connect to potable water supply only.
A cold water supply is required for automatic
icemaker operation. The water pressure must be
between 40 and 120 psi (275-827 kilopascals)
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
NOTE: Only use approved plastic tubing kits if not using
copper, certain types of plastic will crack or rupture with
age and cause water damage to your home.
Cross linked High Density Polyethylene, PEX, hose is extremely
durable and is becoming increasingly preferred.
• A Copper or approved flexible type, Universal
Refrigerator Tubing Kit or Ice-Maker install kit..
• 1/4" outer diameter to connect the refrigerator to the
water supply. If using copper, be sure both ends of
the tubing are cut square.
• A cold water supply. The water pressure must be
between 20 and 120 p.s.i. (138-827 kPa).
• Power drill.

the refrigerator OR you can cut off the flared fitting

kits. Before purchasing, make sure a saddle-type

2 CHOOSE THE VALVE LOCATION
Choose a location for the valve that is easily

to. Saddle valves are illegal and use is not
permitted in Massachusetts. Consult with your
licensed plumber.

CONNECT TO SHUTOFF VALVE
Place the compression nut and ferrule (sleeve) for cop-
per tubing onto the end of the tubing and connect it to
the shutoff valve. Make sure the tubing is fully inserted
into the valve. Tighten the compression nut securely.
For plastic tubing withQuick Connect (included)tubing
kit, insert the molded end of the tubing into the shutoff
valve and tighten compression nut until it is hand tight,
then tighten one additional turn with a wrench. Over
tightening may cause leaks.
NOTE: Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Plumbing Codes 248CMR shall be adhered
to. Saddle valves are illegal and use is not
permitted in Massachusetts. Consult with your
licensed plumber.
5 TIGHTEN THE PIPE CLAMP
Tighten the clamp screws until the sealing
washer begins to swell.
NOTE: 'RQRWRYHUWLJKWHQRU\RXPD\FUXVK

8 FLUSH OUT THE TUBING
Turn the main water supply on and flush out
the tubing until the water is clear.
Shut the water off at the water valve after about
one quart (1 liter), or 2 minutes, of water has
been flushed through the tubing.
6 ROUTE THE TUBING
Route the tubing between the cold water line
and the refrigerator.
Route the tubing through a hole drilled in the
wall or floor (behind the refrigerator or adjacent
base cabinet) as close to the wall as possible.

Fitting grips before it seals. Ensure
tube is pushed into the tube stop
Push the tube into the fitting all
the way up to the tube stop.
Pull on the tube to check it is secure. Turn on water
and check for leaks. (If you have leaks just cut a
small portion of hose further down to give a smooth
edge.)
To disconnect, ensure the system is depressurized
before removing the tube. Push in Quick Connect
end piece squarely against face of fitting. With it
held in this position, the tube can be removed.
