Safety Instructions
This product uses flammable gas and could initiate
high-temperature flame. Use with caution to avoid
possible risk of fire or burns.
When you move the product, please put out a fire,
remove a battery, and keep the push button locked
by the lock slide.
Do not store this product in the vicinity of
combustible materials or possible flammable
chemicals.
Use this product in level, on a stable table.
Confirm that wax is not in the combustion pipe
before use.
Do not use this product where flame is drift to
sideways, such as near air conditioner, to avoid
overheating the product which causes a fire.
Use this product in well-ventilated place. Prolong use
in poor-ventilation room could carbon monoxide by
incomplete combustion.
Do not disassemble this product. Do not remove
stickers on the product.

Terms of Use
Method of lock and release
Check if the push button is up.
If you move the lock slide to
the front, the push button is
locked and you can't ignite.
If you move the lock slide to
the back, the push button is
released and you can ignite.
Please hold the push button with your finger when
you release it to prevent ignite.
Consecutive burning operation
Please hold the push button and move the lock slide
to the front to operate the
consecutive burning.
Please move the lock slide to
the back when you stop the
consecutive burning, then the
push button goes up and you
can put out a fire.
☆Be careful about burn and a
fire by checking ignition and putting out when you
operate the consecutive burning.
Move the lock slide to the other side way tightly.
Installing the battery
Make sure push button is locked.
Open a battery cover on bottom of the product and
place AA battery.
Be sure to close battery cover to avoid possible
electrical shock.
☆Please remove the battery when you move the
body, put it away, or do not use it for many hours.

Dust may clog burner pipe and lead to an ignition
failure. Clean it properly with following procedure.
Make sure push button is locked
and battery is removed.
Keep pressing the upper part of
front panel as pulling it forward.
front panel will come off.
Remove the connector on both
sides of burner pipe.
Hold burner pipe firmly and
remove burner pipe by
loosening a hexagon nut on
bottom side of burner pipe with
7mm wrench.
Clean a pinhole as described on
figure, with cotton swabs.
Wash burner pipe with hot water and dry it
completely.
Reassemble burner pipe by inverting the steps 2 to 4.

Gas filling
Make sure push button is locked and battery is
removed.
Set the product upside down before
you inset gas cartridge.
Fill a gas by inset the gas cartridge (for
cigarette lighter) upright to gas inlet on
bottom of the product.

Do not fill a gas in the vicinity of
combustible materials.
☆
Please take the body and a gas cylinder with
your hand when you fill up.

Troubleshooting
☆Does not spark
・Check the battery (ie: old battery, inserted in
wrong direction,)
・Check the connector if it is disconnected. (Refer
the instruction of cleaning a burner pipe step 3.).
☆It sparks but doesn't ignite
・Check inside burner pipe to see if any dusts are
clogging burner pipe. (Refer the instruction of "cleaning a
burner pipe").・Try adjusting a fire power with flame
adjusting
plate. If firepower is too strong or too weak, it may not
ignite. Check if a gas is filled in. Try filling a gas slightly.
☆It ignites but goes off quickly. Flame is
not stable.
・Check if fire power is too strong. Try adjusting fire
power lower.
・Check if a gas is filled in.If a remaining amount of
a gas is low, fire power may not stabilize.
・Shortly after you filling a gas, pressure in a gas
container is not stable therefore flame may not stabilize.
Please forbear from using the product for 5 minutes after
filling a gas.
Warranty
The touch burner is warranted to be free from defects in
materials or workmanship for a period of one year from your
purchased date. We will replace defective products or parts
without any charges for defects which have occurred during
the warranty period, except for defects from conditions
outlined below. Please note that defects described below
are specially excluded from the our warranty policy.
1. Improper operation of the instrument.
2. Repair or modification by any person or company who is
not authorised by Cosmo Bio Co., Ltd.
3. Use of fittings or other spare parts supplied by any person
or company other than Cosmo Bio Co., Ltd. or Cosmo Bio
official distributors.
4. Damage caused by any (in)-direct accident, neglect or
misuse.
5. Damage caused by natural disasters.
6. Damage caused by any improper solvents or samples.
Please keep your below Warranty Registration sheet and receipt / invoice
as a proof of purchase.
This will be required to demonstrate your warranty coverage.
Additionally, this will serve as a proof that your purchase was made at
an authorized or official Cosmo Bio distributor. Our Limited Warranty only
applies to products that were purchased from
Cosmo Bio or Cosmo Bio official distributors.
Please fill out the Warranty Registration, and a copy of it to validate your warranty.

Please remove the battery cover and check the printed label at the bottom
of battery housing part.
