Precautions
User must be read this user manual prior to install and using in work environment.
Please keep this document in proper place whenever needs to review it and get guidance.
Manufacturer is not responsible for improper installation, miss application such as explosive environment.
○ Warning
Serious problems could happen if users do not follow described as follows ;
- This product has designed and manufactures for electronics industry applications and generate high voltage,
do not open and modify it. Manufacturer should not take any responsibility for these cases.
- Do not use this product in explosive environments such as flammable, ignition and powders.
- Do not touch at any case when powered on this product or during activated by your hands, clothing or
metal tools. In case of maintenance, user must properly power off and access to cleaning.
- Do not allow to any liquid to product. After cleaning emitter points, user must be completely dry it out and
power on to use it.

Serious injury or loss property could happen if users do not follow described as follows ;
- This product designed electronics industry applications. Do not use this for other purpose.
- User must understand how to use this product by this document or advice from supplier. Without this, user
can have experiences like electrical shock or damage to this product.
- If there are any damages on power cable, communication cable, replace these first and try to use this
product. For more detail cable connection, see following user guide. In case of improper cabling, may cause
of product damage.
- Do not drop or any external forces to product.
- When installation, make it firm and not allow to easy movement in place.

Injury or loss of property could happen if users do not follow described as follows ;
- Emitter point may damage when user touch it with hard material. In case of emitter point damage, this can
cause of whole system degrade.
- This is product generate ozone along with ions, if any user smell ozone, please refresh air in working
environment.
- Be aware of proper safety handling procedure when use this product.

FMS (Facility Monitoring System)
FMS will allow to monitoring status of ionizers and alarm connection
DC Power Terminal
24V DC power connects from process tool when possible
Top LED (310A(S), 3110(S) Series)
Green LED indicates when ionizers working properly and normal condition same as section 1.
High flashing LED will allow to indicates from long distance
For Model 3110(S), single LED activates in two colors, Greed and Red.

Red LED will indicate when ionizers are in abnormal or out of control status same as section 2.

2. Installation
2-1. Basics Installation
Using stand and put in planar workbench or desktop
2-2. Inside or Outside of Process Tool
If users want to place this ionizer not in planar place, fit with it using wide hole of stand and screws
2-3. Recommended Installation Guideline
Place the ionizer at an appropriate distance from the ESD sensitive items or area.
The ionizer can be free-standing or can be mounted on the workstation or another supporting structure.
The ionizer mounts easily using the attached bracket or stand.
With the unit in place, focus it toward the work area or item to be neutralized.
2-4. Power Connection
Connect properly grounded 100-240V AC power cord to 24V DC adapter
In case of 24V DC connection, connect it through power terminal described above 1-2.

4. Maintenance
Must be power off for regular maintenance or emitter cleaning
4-1. Filter Cover Attach and Release
(Model 310A(S) / Model 3110(S) Series has filter covers. Model 310 have no this and open rear cover for
maintenance.
Filter cover allows very fast and easy maintenance.

Press filter cover slightly side by side and release or attach it on main enclosure
(※ Make sure this must be done when power off)

Press filter cover topside and release or attach it on main enclosure
4-2. Emitter Point Cleaning
After completely removed filter cover or rear panel from main enclosure, cleaning emitter points using with DI
water and IPA mixture capsule cleaner or cotton stick. After cleaning, make sure all liquid should dry out and
turn ionizer power on.
4-3. Filter Cover Cleaning
For Model 3110(S), it automatically shut down power, but Model 310A(S) does not.
Find proper place to cleaning worktable not in operating area or place. If you open this filter cover, this may
cause of contamination issue for ESDS items and electronic products. After release filter cover, user can wash
it with water or compressed air. If users clean it with water, must be dried before use it. If there is any damage
on filter cover, recommend replace it new one.

4-4. Emitter Replacement
Cleaning emitter points are varying based on operating environment. Recommended cleaning cycle will be
once in a month or every quarter. Emitter point life cycles are also varying based on operating environment
and performance trade off. Normally, emitter points will requires replace it in every year or second year. If there
is any damage on emitter point, highly recommend replace it. It is very easy to place by user due to pogo pin
and socket design.
