1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
CONTENTS
Dear customer!
Thank you for your good choice and purchase of a
Cooper&Hunter fan heater. It will serve you for a long time!
To improve product quality, its design, scope of delivery or manufacturing
process can be revised without advance notice.
The text and digital notations in this manual may have misprints.
Should you have any questions on the functioning and operation of the device,
please refer to the seller or a specialized service center to receive clarification.
Use the device only for purposes, stated in this manual.
Read and follow all the Instructions In this manual even If you feel you are
familiar with the product, and find a place to keep It handy for future
reference.
For your convenience record the complete model number (located on the
product identification plate) and the date you received the product,
together with your purchase receipt and attach to the warranty and
service information. Retain in the event that warranty service is required.
NOTE:
The rating of this product (as marked on the
product identification plate) is based on specific
loading tests. Normal use or the use of other
recommended attachments may draw
significantly less power.

When using any electrically powered
product, basic safety precautions should
always be followed.

IMPORTANT!
This product is NOT suitable to be used on long pile
carpetsor Flokati rugs.
2. SAFETY MEASURES
Read all instructions carefully prior to using the device for the first time. To
avoid electric shock or injury when using this device, always observe key safety
precautions including the following ones:
•Read all instructions before using this appliance and keep them forfuture
reference.
•Use only the voltage specified on the rating plate of the heater.
•Do not cover or restrict airflow to the inlet or exhaust grilles in anymanner
as the appliance may overheat and become a fire risk.
•Do not cover grilles, block entry or exhaust of airflow by placing
appliance against any surface. Keep all object at least 1 meter from the
front, side and rear of the appliance.
•Do not place the appliance close to a radiant heat source.
•Do not operate in areas where gasoline, paint or other flammable liquids
are used or stored.
•This appliance heats up when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bareskin
touch hot surface. Switch off and let cooling before moving.
•Do not use the appliance to dry clothes.
•Do not insert or allow foreign object or metal utensils to enter any
ventilation or exhaust opening, as this may cause an electric shock, fire or
damage to the appliance.
•Do not immerse in liquid or allow running into the interior of the
appliance, as this could create an electrical shock hazard.
•Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Switch of at
supply and unplug immediately.
•Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord, plug or after the
appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
Return to a qualified electrical person for examination, electrical or
mechanical adjustment, service or repair.
•Do not operate appliance with wet hands.
•The most common cause of overheating is deposits of dust or fluff in the
appliance. Ensure these deposits are removed regularly by unpluggingthe
appliance and vacuum cleaning air vents and grilles.
•Do not use this appliance in a window as rain may cause electric shock.
•Do not use a abrasive cleaning products on this appliance. Clean with a
damp cloth (not wet) rinsed in hot soapy water only. Always remove plug
from the mains supply before cleaning.
•Do not connect the appliance to the mains voltage until completely
assembled and adjusted.
•This appliance is not intended for use in outdoor locations.
•Do not use this appliance in the immediate surrounds of a bath, a
shower or a swimming pool or other liquids.
•Always operate upright.
•Switch off and let cooling before moving.
•Do not operate with cord set coiled up as a build up of heat is likely,
which could be sufficient to become a hazard.
•The use of an extension cord with this appliance is not recommended.
•Do not remove plug from power socket until the appliance has been
switched off.
•Do not remove plug from power socket by pulling the supply
cord-always grip plug.
•Always unplug appliance when not in use.
•Do not allow cord to come in contact with heated surface during
operation.
•Do not run cord under carpeting, throw rugs or runners etc. Arrange
cord away from traffic areas so that it will not be tripped over.
•Do not twist, kink or wrap the cord around the appliance, as this may
cause the insulation to weaken and split. Always ensure that all cord has
been removed from any cord storage area.
•Do not use outdoors or whilst standing on a damp floor.
•Do not store appliance while it is still hot.
•This appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm
persons without supervision.
•Young children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the
appliance.
•The appliance must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet.
•Do not use this appliance with another programmer, timer or any other
device that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if
the appliance is covered or positioned incorrectly.

•All covers of this appliance is intended to prevent direct access to the

Inorder to avoid overloading, do not cover the
heater
•To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse or expose the
product or flexible cord to rain, moisture or any liquid other than those
necessary for correct operation of the product.
•The fireguard does not give full protection for young children and for
infirm persons.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified
electrical persons in order to avoid a hazard.
•Do not use this appliance outdoors or on wet surfaces Avoid spilling
liquid on the appliance.
IMPORTANT!
In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent
resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must
not be supplied through an external switching
device, such a timer, or connected to a circuit that
is regularly on and off by the utility
•Use this appliance only as described in this manual. Any other use is
not recommended by the manufacturer and may cause fire, electric
shock or injury.
•This appliance is intended for household use only and not for
commercial or industrial use.

Operation guide
Check before turning on the machine
1. Check if the power wire is under good condition.
2. The product adopts 220-240V AC power supply, before use, please
confirm if the rated current of the power socket meets the local
requirements with safe grounding device, otherwise, please replace it
with the qualified socket.

ON/OFF button
Press the power switch (4) on the back to “I” position, you can
hear “Bi”, and the heater is in standby mode.
ON/OFF button:
Press the button “ ” to turn on the unit, the indicator lights up in
red, LED display will show room temperature and appliance start
at HIGH mode. Press it again to turn off the unit. The fan inside
will power off 30s later in HIGH / LOW mode.
MODE button:
In working mode, press the button “ ” to choose the working
modes which cycles as HIGH-FAN-LOW-HIGH, the
corresponding indicator lights up, red-blue-green-red, in turn.
TEMPERATURE SETTING button:
Press the button “ ” to choose the setting temperature you
want during working mode, which can be set in the order of 15 °C
- 35 °C, increased at 1 °C intervals. (default temperature is 24 °C).

TIMER FUNCTION:
1. In working mode, press the button “ ” and “ ” at the same time
to set automatic off of the product. The LED display will switch to timer
setting, the figures flash on screen, as below:
NOTE:
1. The temperature SET should be higher than
the room temperature, otherwise, the appliance
will not start heating.
2. Once the room temperature achieves the
target temperature, the appliance will stop
automatically, the fan inside will power off 30s
later.
3. If the room temperature is 1°C less than
temperature SET, the appliance will restart.
2. To deactivate timer function press the button “ ” and “ ” at the
same time.
3. The appliance can be set between 1 to 8 hours, increased at 1 hour
intervals.
4. To adjust the timer press “ ” or “ ” buttons then wait a few
seconds for the setting to be memorized.
NOTE:
Figures will keep flashing on the screen until the
program setting is finished
5. After setting finished, screen will automatically show “Temperature” -
“Timer” – “Temperature” in turns within 5 second each.
NOTE:
Timer on screen will decrease at 0.1 hour
intervals, eg: 2.8 hours.
6. When the programmed time is reached, the heater stop working, the
fan inside will power off 30s later.
TIP-OFF SAFETY DEVICE:
This appliance is provided with a safety device which will switch off the
heater in case of accidental tipping off (90°forward). When the heater
stop working, the fan inside will power off 30s later, the LED display and
indicator light will flash to alert the user to correct the appliance,
meanwhile, the buzzer will beep continuously. The heating is resumed
after the appliance is right up, the LED display and indicator light stop
flashing and the buzzer stops alarming.
NOTE:
The appliance works normally except that it is
tilted 90° forward.
MULTI-ANGLE USE:
This appliance can be use at multiple angles with flexible wind direction,
but the angles shown as picture 5 and 6 are not allowed.
IMPORTANT!
The appliance works properly at the angle of
picture 6, which is forbidden for safety
concerns.

If the product does not operate or does not operate properly, first check
according to the following list. If the reason the product does not operate
or does not operate properly is not included in the following list, the
product mayhave failed. At this time, it is recommended to send the
product to the dealer or the Media Service Center for treatment.

7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION
1. Light accumulated dust may be removed from the heater with a soft
cloth. Wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater occasionally with a cloth
moistened (not dripping wet) with a solution of mild detergent and water.
Dry the case thoroughly with a soft dry cloth before operating the heater.
2. The fan motor is lubricated by the factory, and will require no further
lubrication.
3. No other user maintenance is required orrecommended. If service is
required, send your heater to the nearest authorized servicedepot.
4. Store heater in a clean and dry place whennot in use.
There may be trace of smoke or odour when unit
is first operated. Do not be on the heating coil
during the manufacturing process. It will quickly
evaporate, and should not re-occur.
NOTE:
IMPORTANT!
Portable electric heaters are designed for spot
heating, or as a supplementary heat source. They
are not intended to be main sources of heat during
the normal heating season.
