Gate usage.
1: Unlock the front and
rear latches.
2: Supporting the
centre of the side gate,
undo the front latch.
3: Continuing to support
the centre of the side
gate, undo the rear
latch.
4: As the side gate is dropped,
push the front and rear latch-
es back to a closed position.
Removing gate.
Hold the gate at a 45
angle. Slide the gate
rearward and lift away from
the vehicle.
Storage drawer.
1: Unlock the two locking barrels
either side of the drawer.
2: Unlatch the unit on the under-
side of the drawer.
3: Slide the drawer out. When replac-
ing the drawer, the latch with make an
audible click when closed.

Rear rack bar removal.
‘C’ channel rubber can
be added or removed to
fit accessories.
Using a 5mm allen tool, undo the
three bolts, either side, holding the
rack in place.
Removing rubber.
Using ‘C’ channels.
Place the channel nuts
into the ‘C’ channel of
the SUB.
Press down on the nut,
depressing the spring.
Twist the nut in place
to lock it under the
edges of the channel.
Insert the eye-bolt and washer
into the channel nut. Tighten
with an allen key as shown.
Note:
M10 Eye-bolt kit - SUB.
M8 Eye-bolt
- Rack bar.
- Side and rear gates.
- Head board.
Note.
If side gates are producing any
unwanted noise, tighten or loosen the
latch bolt as shown.

Using ‘C’ channels, continued.
Eye-bolts in the bed are to be
used when strapping down loads.
Note that grab points are
available closest to the
outside of the bed
platform.
